Suped

ChatGPT & Codex

Install the Suped plugin in ChatGPT or Codex to investigate email authentication issues, explore DMARC reports, and manage domains.

The Suped plugin connects ChatGPT and Codex to your organizations, domains, authentication issues, and DMARC reports. Both use the same plugin directory and connect through your Suped account.

Install and connect

  1. Open the Suped plugin or search for Suped in the Plugins tab in ChatGPT or Codex.
  2. Install the plugin, then connect your Suped account when prompted. Sign in to Suped, review the requested access, and select Allow access.
  3. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT or Codex to use Suped. Try “List my Suped organizations” to check the connection.

The connection uses OAuth, so you do not need a Suped REST API key. New accounts can complete onboarding in the conversation after connecting; you do not need to add a domain first.

For supported surfaces and plugin controls, see OpenAI's plugin installation guide.

Try it

  • “Show the domains and open authentication issues for Example Company.”
  • “Summarize Example Company's DMARC results for the last seven days.”
  • “Download the original XML for this DMARC report.”
  • “Add example.com to Example Company in Suped.”

If you manage several organizations, name the organization or MSP client in your request. MSP administrators can also ask Suped to create a client organization under their MSP.

Access and available data

The plugin follows the connected Suped user's organization permissions. Reading domains, issues, and reports, or adding domains, requires user or administrator access. Creating an MSP client requires administrator access to its parent MSP.

After adding a domain, ask the plugin for the required DMARC DNS changes. Apply them at your DNS provider, then ask it to verify setup. DMARC results become available after reporting is configured and reports arrive. The plugin can inspect issues but cannot resolve or dismiss them. See the MCP tool reference for the full list of supported actions.

If tools are missing, check that the plugin is installed and connected, then start a new chat. If an organization is missing, check that you connected the Suped account with access to it.
