What is the difference between Unverified and Verified BIMI?

Unverified BIMI uses your SVG logo and is eligible at inboxes that accept logo-only BIMI. Verified BIMI uses a verified brand file, expands eligibility to more BIMI inboxes, and can add a verified tick where supported.

What does Suped host?

Suped hosts the optimized BIMI logo and the BIMI TXT record. For Verified BIMI, Suped also hosts the uploaded Verified BIMI file. Your domain points to the hosted record through one CNAME.

What do I need before setting up BIMI?

Your domain needs a valid DMARC policy of quarantine or reject applied to 100% of mail, plus an SVG logo. You can start with Unverified BIMI, or Suped can coordinate the trademark registration, certificate application, and renewals needed for Verified BIMI.

Does a valid BIMI record guarantee that my logo appears?

No. BIMI makes the logo eligible to appear. Each inbox provider applies its own authentication, alignment, reputation, volume, and interface requirements before displaying it.

Can BIMI increase email engagement?

An inbox trial reported by the BIMI Group found an average 10% increase in open rates for messages with brand logos. BIMI also gives recipients a recognizable visual cue before they open the message.

Can I start without verification?

Yes. You can launch with Unverified BIMI using an SVG logo, then move the same domain to Verified BIMI later without replacing the CNAME setup.

What BIMI services are included in my plan?

BIMI logo preparation, record management, and hosting are included on all paid plans, including hosting a Verified BIMI certificate you already have. Trademark registration and certificate application or renewal services are quoted separately.
