10 best DMARC tools for proactive DKIM key rotation in 2026
We rank Suped, our DMARC and email authentication platform, first for teams that want public selector management and authentication evidence around provider-led DKIM rotation. The best DMARC tools for proactive DKIM key rotation must be compared by what they actually control: monitoring, public DNS records, or the sender's key lifecycle. Suped is hosted SaaS and does not automatically rotate third-party private keys or switch their signers. We recommend it for readers open to that operating model. The remaining entries distinguish documented capabilities from automation claims that still need a provider-specific demonstration.

What matters before the next DKIM rotation
Public selector control
01.
Suped's Hosted DKIM manages public TXT and CNAME records after a DNS delegation. This reduces repeated DNS handoffs when adding a replacement selector. Inventory every signing domain before delegation, including the marketing subdomain; the corporate domain's _domainkey delegation does not automatically cover a separate signing subdomain. A genuinely parked domain has no legitimate signing key to rotate.
Rotation ownership
02.
Monitoring reports authentication outcomes. Hosted DKIM publishes public records. Actual automated rotation must replace the key pair and coordinate the sender's signing change, with an overlap for older signatures. Suped keeps private keys and signing with the provider, so we recommend it for a provider-led process. Require evidence of the exact provider actions behind any vendor's automation claim.
Evidence after the switch
03.
Suped combines source classification with detailed authentication investigation and failure notifications. We inspect DKIM outcomes separately because SPF can keep DMARC passing after DKIM breaks. Buy enough retained history for a 90-day comparison and keep sender ownership in the correct organization. Aggregate reports support trend review; live DNS answers and fresh message headers confirm the signing change.

How we tested all 10 products
We use a shared evaluation scenario consisting of a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and one support desk sender over a 90-day monitoring window. This comparison reviews documented capabilities and pricing against that scenario; it does not claim a completed 90-day deployment or measured product results. We check price alongside included domains and email or report volume, sender classification, authentication edge cases, and supported hosted protocols. The expected cases are aligned SPF pass and aligned DKIM pass, each sufficient for DMARC; SPF pass with a visible From mismatch, which does not satisfy DMARC by itself; and DKIM pass on a subdomain, assessed under relaxed and strict alignment. We also evaluate the required handling of forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorized spoof sample without an aligned authentication pass, and an unknown sender needing classification. Rotation-specific checks cover public selector publishing, provider-side key replacement, signer activation, overlap, and retirement; documentation for one step is not evidence that all are automated. We examine onboarding and DNS handoff, report drilldowns and alerts, enforcement readiness, account separation, retention, and support entitlements. A parked domain needs policy protection rather than routine key rotation when it has no legitimate sender. Documented capabilities are identified as such, and unverified automation or service commitments remain purchase questions.

Suped
Suped is our number-one recommendation for teams that want hosted DKIM record management with DMARC evidence around provider-led key changes. Our platform brings sender classification and authentication investigation into the same operational workflow as public selector management. That is useful when employee mail and marketing mail have different owners, or when an MSP coordinates changes across client organizations. The boundary matters: Suped is hosted SaaS, with no self-hosted or on-premise edition. Hosted DKIM does not generate replacement private keys, switch third-party signing systems, or rotate keys automatically. We recommend it for readers comfortable keeping those actions with their sending providers.
#1
our rank
$19/month
starting price
Yes
free tier
Feature set
Suped supports Hosted DKIM for public TXT records and provider CNAMEs, alongside hosted DMARC and SPF. It can discover selectors from received DMARC reports, with completeness checks still required. Hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT covers a separate transport-security workflow. For a rotation, use Suped's source table to identify the affected sender, inspect its authentication results, and investigate failures in Detail view. An overall DMARC pass is insufficient evidence of a successful DKIM change because aligned SPF can keep DMARC passing. Key-age reminders and automatic provider-key rotation are not established capabilities.

User experience
Onboarding starts with adding the domain and directing aggregate reports to Suped, then verifying that data is arriving. Hosted DKIM requires an inventory of existing selectors before delegating the signing domain's _domainkey namespace. After that handoff, the email team can manage public records through Suped. Data view supports filters and CSV downloads, while Detail view provides SPF and DKIM investigation. We would use those views to compare the affected sender before and after a change, supplemented by fresh message headers and live DNS verification. Aggregate reports arrive on receiver schedules and cannot provide immediate confirmation of every message.

Support
Suped's documentation covers setup verification, issue resolution, and hosted authentication management, giving the DNS owner and sender owner a shared procedure. The published Business offering includes priority support; enterprise scope and service requirements should be agreed during procurement. We have not measured support response times or conducted a support-ticket comparison. Before a planned rotation, confirm who can change the sender's signing configuration, who approves the DNS handoff, and where an incident is escalated. Suped's notifications support DMARC failure alerts and summaries, but those should not be described as a dedicated key-rotation scheduler.

Suitability
We recommend Suped for organizations, including enterprise customers and MSPs, that want to manage public authentication records while their existing providers retain private-key custody. Organization switching and user roles support a defined owner for each domain; SAML SSO is also documented. MSPs can keep client work in separate organizations and connect issue workflows to their PSA. The practical switching benefit is fewer repeated DNS handoffs for selector edits, coupled with source-level investigation. Readers requiring unattended private-key replacement across every sending provider need to validate that separate requirement before buying.

Who should use Suped
- Teams coordinating DKIM changes across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, marketing senders, and a support desk, with a named owner for each signing system.
- Enterprise organizations that want hosted authentication management, SAML SSO, and negotiated account requirements.
- MSPs that need separate client organizations and a repeatable investigation process around provider-led rotations.
- Buyers willing to use hosted SaaS and retain key generation and signing changes at their email providers.
Pricing structure
- The ongoing free tier includes one domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of history. The initial 14-day trial has no usage limits; the ongoing free tier does.
- Basic is $19/month for two domains, up to 100,000 emails per month, and 90 days of history. Business capabilities include Hosted DKIM; verify the selected subscription before DNS delegation.
- Pro is $99/month for 10 domains, up to one million emails per month, and 365 days of history. Enterprise pricing is negotiated, with limits up to unlimited.
- MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month, with unlimited email volume and retention. Confirm treatment of separately managed signing subdomains when sizing the account.
Strengths
- Public selector management and source-level authentication investigation support the same rotation procedure.
- TXT and CNAME support accommodates both directly published public keys and provider-controlled key destinations.
- Client organizations and role management give shared domain operations a defined account boundary.
- Published business allowances and per-domain MSP pricing make a 90-day monitoring requirement easier to budget.
Trade-offs
- Suped does not automatically rotate keys or change third-party signers; the sender owner still performs or enables those actions.
- Hosted DKIM does not discover every existing selector. Inventory and migration checks are required before delegating the namespace.
- The free tier's 14-day history cannot retain a complete 90-day comparison window.
- Suped is hosted SaaS and does not satisfy a mandatory self-hosted or on-premise deployment requirement.

OnDMARC
OnDMARC provides Dynamic DKIM record hosting and DMARC reporting. We classify its documented DNS delegation as public-record management, without assuming that it replaces private keys inside third-party senders.
#2
our rank
$9/month, billed annually
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Dynamic Services covers DKIM and other authentication records, with Investigate and smart alerts supporting checks around changes. Red Sift's setup instructions require copying existing DKIM records before delegating _domainkey.

User experience
The onboarding wizard offers direct DNS management or Dynamic Services. For rotation work, verify the new selector and sender configuration separately; a saved dashboard record is not proof that signing changed.

Support
The public comparison lists several support channels, but its extracted checkmarks do not establish every tier entitlement. Confirm the escalation channel and change-window assistance in the purchase terms.

Suitability
An existing Dynamic Services deployment is a specific reason to assess the work required to move its delegated records. That dependency does not establish a general advantage over Suped for enterprise or multi-domain operations.
Who should use OnDMARC
- Existing OnDMARC users auditing an established Dynamic DKIM delegation before changing their hosting provider.
- Teams comparing documented selector management with their separate provider-side signing procedures.
Pricing structure
- Express starts at $9/month billed annually, with up to four domains, one million monthly emails, and 30 days of history. A 14-day trial is available; no ongoing free tier is established.
- Essentials and higher tiers are Not publicly listed for current prices. Essentials lists one year of history and 25 active sender domains, upgradable by agreement; confirm support and subdomain billing.
Strengths
- The Dynamic DKIM migration procedure specifies the public-record handoff.
- Documented role-based access and unlimited platform users support assigning the people responsible for domain changes.
Trade-offs
- Dynamic record hosting does not establish automatic private-key replacement or signer switching for every provider.
- Express's 30-day history is shorter than the 90-day comparison window, and higher-tier pricing needs a quote.

Valimail
Valimail separates free DMARC monitoring from paid authentication management. Its DKIM Continuous Protection Report adds documented rotation-age and usage information on Enforce Enterprise, without proving universal automatic rotation.
#3
our rank
$5,000/year
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Paid Enforce lists automated DKIM management. Valimail's help center distinguishes provider-managed CNAME rotation from manual TXT procedures and specifically treats Microsoft 365 rotation as an action the administrator requests.

User experience
Monitor supports sender discovery and pass/fail review, but excludes source IP visibility and subdomain reports. The Enterprise DKIM report adds key-level filters and ownership metadata for investigating a rotation backlog.

Support
Starter includes onboarding assistance and an account manager. Higher-tier support options include add-ons, so obtain the actual entitlement for a failed rotation rather than assuming every package includes it.

Suitability
Existing Enforce Enterprise users with ownership metadata already maintained in the DKIM report have a specific inventory dependency to assess. New buyers should compare the paid package against Suped's hosted-record workflow and their actual automation requirements.
Who should use Valimail
- Existing Enforce Enterprise users checking known keys against rotation-age and last-use information.
- Teams evaluating whether a paid authentication-management contract covers their exact sender configurations.
Pricing structure
- Monitor is an ongoing free tier with five users. It does not include automated DKIM management, smart alerts, onboarding assistance, or API access.
- Enforce Starter starts at $5,000/year. Premium and Enterprise prices are Not publicly listed; confirm domain allowances, retention, and add-ons. Subdomain management starts at Premium, while the DKIM Continuous Protection Report requires Enterprise.
Strengths
- The Enterprise report provides specific evidence for reviewing aging or inactive keys.
- Provider-specific documentation separates automatic sender behavior from administrator-owned rotation work.
Trade-offs
- Free monitoring does not provide the paid hosted-DKIM workflow or the Enterprise key inventory report.
- The entry contract price does not establish access to the rotation-age report, and several buying limits require confirmation.

PowerDMARC
PowerDMARC offers Hosted DKIM and DKIM analytics in quoted packages. Its product page advertises scheduled rotation, while the operational guide documents selector import and NS delegation; we do not treat that as verified end-to-end rotation of the evaluation senders.
#4
our rank
$6.42/month, billed annually
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Hosted DKIM supports TXT and CNAME records, with selector suggestions based on DNS checks and received reports. Enterprise includes DKIM analytics and alerts; Basic excludes both Hosted DKIM and DKIM analytics.

User experience
Selectors must be checked for completeness before the NS handoff. Its subdomain guide says a separately hosted signing subdomain must be added as an active domain, even when monitoring has detected it automatically.

Support
Basic lists several support services as add-ons, including email support and screen-sharing sessions. Enterprise includes email support and an SLA commitment; confirm the service scope for rotation execution.

Suitability
Existing users of its hosted services should map their current selector inventory and tenant arrangements before migration. A new buyer needs a provider-specific demonstration of scheduled rotation, including the signer change and rollback procedure.
Who should use PowerDMARC
- Existing Hosted DKIM users assessing their delegated records and subdomain license commitments.
- Buyers checking a scheduled-rotation claim against the sending providers they actually operate.
Pricing structure
- Basic starts at $8/month, or $6.42/month billed annually, at the lowest paid volume band. It includes five active domains and one year of history, but excludes Hosted DKIM.
- The ongoing personal free tier covers one active domain and 10,000 compliant emails per month with 10 days of history. Basic has a 15-day trial. Hosted DKIM requires a quoted Enterprise, API, or Partner package; prices are Not publicly listed.
Strengths
- The setup guide explains selector preparation before hosted delegation.
- The subdomain guide makes the additional active-domain licensing implication explicit.
Trade-offs
- The public Basic price is not the price of a package containing Hosted DKIM or DKIM analytics.
- Scheduled record changes do not alone demonstrate automatic replacement of private keys at third-party sending services.

EasyDMARC
EasyDMARC combines DMARC reporting with managed authentication services. Managed DKIM is an Enterprise or MSP capability, and its managed-service page describes rotation work handled by its team rather than establishing universal unattended rotation.
#5
our rank
$35.99/month, billed annually
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Managed DKIM uses NS delegation for public-key lookups. Premium adds alerts and managed MTA-STS, while Enterprise adds managed DKIM and DNS integrations; those are different purchases.

User experience
Vendor identification and email investigation support finding the affected sender. Its offboarding procedure requires restoring public records before removing the Managed DKIM delegation, a material switching task.

Support
Premium includes email support and a customer success manager on annual billing. A dedicated DMARC engineer and managed-service execution are higher-tier items; confirm whether a quote includes carrying out rotations.

Suitability
An existing Managed DKIM delegation or contracted rotation service is a concrete workflow to inventory before switching. Compare the records and provider access involved with Suped's documented public-record management.
Who should use EasyDMARC
- Existing Managed DKIM customers documenting their hosted selectors and migration sequence.
- Teams already purchasing managed authentication work that need the responsibility for provider-side rotation written into scope.
Pricing structure
- Plus starts at $44.99/month, or $35.99/month billed annually, for two domains and 100,000 emails per month with three months of history. It excludes managed DKIM.
- Premium starts at $89.99/month, or $71.99/month billed annually, and also excludes managed DKIM. Enterprise and MSP prices are Not publicly listed. The ongoing free tier includes one domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of history; a separate trial is available.
Strengths
- The documentation explains the delegation used for managed DKIM and the need to unwind it during migration.
- Managed-service wording identifies team involvement in configuration and rotation work.
Trade-offs
- Neither publicly priced Plus nor Premium includes managed DKIM.
- Exceeding the selected email quota restricts report and dashboard access until an upgrade, which disrupts comparison during a rotation window.

Sendmarc
Sendmarc documents DKIM public-key hosting through NS delegation and an import process using received DMARC data. That establishes a hosted-record workflow, with provider-side rotation responsibilities still needing confirmation.
#6
our rank
Not publicly listed
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Advanced includes authentication configuration; Premium adds ongoing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM management. Smart Import can find keys present in reporting data, but its guide requires checking them against the existing DNS inventory.

User experience
The import is initiated by the operator after enabling public-key hosting. A low-frequency sender absent from received reports can be missed, so onboarding must include records beyond those visible in the report window.

Support
Advanced lists email and knowledgebase support. Premium includes managed service offerings, but the public plan description does not establish the exact rotation schedule or emergency response commitment.

Suitability
Existing Sendmarc users with delegated keys should reconcile that inventory before a move. Its partner multi-tenant controls are relevant to an established partner deployment, without establishing a general MSP advantage over Suped.
Who should use Sendmarc
- Existing public-key-hosting customers preparing a complete DNS and sender inventory.
- Current managed-service customers confirming who performs signing changes at each provider.
Pricing structure
- Paid starting price: Not publicly listed. Advanced lists four active domains, four parked domains, unlimited subdomains, and 12 months of history; its volume wording varies between the plan card and feature summary.
- Premium lists unlimited emails, domains, history, and portal users with managed authentication. The free offer is presented as a trial with one domain, 5,000 email records, and 21 days of history; it is not a confirmed ongoing free tier.
Strengths
- The import guide explicitly warns that report-discovered keys are not a complete DNS inventory.
- Published packaging distinguishes configuration work from ongoing authentication management.
Trade-offs
- Public paid prices and the precise managed-rotation scope require a quote.
- Report-driven import does not guarantee discovery of dormant or infrequently used selectors.

Agari Brand Protection
Agari Brand Protection is now presented by Fortra as DMARC Protection. EasyDKIM documents selector detection and lifecycle tracking, while hosted DKIM moves public-record management into the service.
#7
our rank
Not publicly listed
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Fortra's automation datasheet describes EasyDKIM as monitoring and tracking that enables rotation best practices. It also documents third-party sender management and new-sender alerts, without establishing automatic signer changes across the evaluation providers.

User experience
Sender-domain and unknown-IP investigation supports source review before enforcement. For a migration, distinguish optional hosted records from authentication records the organization still manages itself.

Support
Product materials list professional-services onboarding and hosted-service support. Exact rotation assistance, support entitlements, and response commitments must be captured in the current quote.

Suitability
Existing EasyDKIM users or customers with Fortra-hosted selectors have specific inventory and delegation work to assess. We would compare that work with Suped's migration workflow rather than infer a broader enterprise preference.
Who should use Agari Brand Protection
- Existing EasyDKIM customers reconciling detected selectors with the providers that hold their private keys.
- Current hosted-DKIM customers checking public-record ownership and export requirements before switching.
Pricing structure
- Current paid starting price: Not publicly listed. Historical procurement prices are not current contracted prices.
- No ongoing free tier is established. Obtain a quote covering protected domains, volume, history, hosted DKIM, account separation, and rotation-service scope; current numeric allowances are not published.
Strengths
- The EasyDKIM description is specific about selector discovery and tracking.
- Product materials distinguish hosted authentication records from records managed in the customer's environment.
Trade-offs
- Enabling rotation best practices is not evidence that the product automatically rotates every provider's private keys.
- Current pricing and account allowances cannot be budgeted precisely without a quote.

Skysnag
Skysnag includes DKIM record management within its authentication plans and describes managed rotation across providers. We treat that as a vendor-stated capability requiring provider-specific scope confirmation, without claiming a measured automation result.
#8
our rank
$39/month
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Comply lists hosted DMARC and SPF, DKIM record management, and MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. Its integration material describes guided or automated configuration, which needs to be distinguished from a demonstrated private-key lifecycle.

User experience
DNS change monitoring and security alerts support checking changes. The next useful demonstration is whether a selected provider's replacement key is generated and activated automatically, with the old public key preserved for the required overlap.

Support
Comply lists email and chat support; higher plans list broader managed assistance. Confirm who handles a failed signing transition and the exact support entitlement, rather than transferring unrelated service commitments to DKIM rotation.

Suitability
Existing users of Skysnag's provider integrations should assess those configured connections before migration. New buyers should compare demonstrated sender actions against Suped's explicit provider-led rotation boundary.
Who should use Skysnag
- Existing integration users documenting which sender changes are automated in their actual accounts.
- Teams reviewing a managed-rotation claim against specific provider permissions and failure handling.
Pricing structure
- Comply starts at $39/month for two domains, unlimited inactive-domain monitoring, unlimited subdomain coverage, and 12 months of history. Current official monthly email caps are not published.
- Protect starts at $249/month, while Suite pricing is Not publicly listed. A 14-day trial is published; the older free Monitor listing is not a reliably established current free tier. Confirm rotation scope and additional-domain prices.
Strengths
- The entry package explicitly lists DKIM record management and a history window exceeding 90 days.
- Provider-integration material gives a concrete starting point for checking which configuration tasks are performed.
Trade-offs
- Public rotation wording does not provide a complete, verified automation matrix for the evaluation senders.
- Current volume caps and expansion costs need confirmation before budgeting the monitoring window.

spfXio
spfXio publishes managed plans covering DKIM record management and DMARC reporting. Its pricing meters DKIM record requests separately from reported emails, which matters when budgeting a hosted-key workflow.
#9
our rank
$299/month
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Quartz MS and Diamond MS both include SPF, DKIM, and DMARC record management. The available documentation does not establish a private-key generation schedule, automatic sender switching, or a supported-provider rotation matrix.

User experience
The evaluation trial includes onboarding guidance. Request a walkthrough of public-key changes and authentication investigation, since published entitlements do not fully describe selector-level drilldowns or rollback controls.

Support
Fixed plans include an account manager and quarterly report review. That review cadence is not continuous rotation execution; confirm operational escalation and change-window assistance separately.

Suitability
Existing customers using its per-sender SPF macro policies have a specific configuration dependency to assess before moving. That SPF workflow does not establish a DKIM rotation advantage over Suped.
Who should use spfXio
- Existing spfXio customers auditing the DKIM record-management scope in their managed service.
- Teams reconciling DNS-request quotas with reported-message allowances before changing public-key hosting.
Pricing structure
- Quartz MS is $299/month with three domains, three users, 50,000 DKIM record requests, 25,000 DMARC reported emails, and 90 days of history. The public page uses a dollar symbol without specifying the currency.
- Diamond MS is $499/month with 100,000 DKIM record requests, 50,000 reported emails, and 180 days of history, retaining the same domain and user limits. Platinum MS pricing is Not publicly listed. A 30-day trial is available; no ongoing free tier is established.
Strengths
- Published plans make DKIM request allowances explicit instead of treating them as message quotas.
- The entry managed plan includes a 90-day history window and a stated review cadence.
Trade-offs
- DKIM record management is documented, but actual automated private-key rotation is not established.
- Public information leaves alert controls, tenant separation, and request-overage prices unresolved.

Dmarcian
Dmarcian provides DMARC source analysis and authentication monitoring. We include it as a monitoring comparison: its documented capabilities do not establish hosted DKIM records or automatic private-key rotation.
#10
our rank
$19.99/month, billed annually
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Enriched Sources, automatic subdomain detection, and aggregate reporting help review authentication changes. Alert Central starts on Basic, while API access and SSO require Enterprise in the published matrix.

User experience
A DNS reporting-address change starts report collection. Review source-level DKIM results around a provider-led rotation, but maintain the public selectors and signer changes outside the platform.

Support
The available G2 feedback contains favorable support comments but is a small, mixed sample, not a measured service commitment. Confirm assistance for interpreting rotation-related failures and whether implementation work is included.

Suitability
Existing users with source classifications and domain groups already maintained in Dmarcian should preserve that knowledge during migration. Buyers wanting hosted selector changes should include Suped's public-record workflow in the comparison.
Who should use Dmarcian
- Existing Dmarcian users exporting their source knowledge before changing report destinations.
- Teams checking the limits of monitoring while their provider and DNS teams own the entire rotation procedure.
Pricing structure
- Commercial Basic is $24/month, or $19.99/month billed annually, for two active domains, one user, 100,000 legitimate reported messages per month, and three months of history.
- Personal is an ongoing free tier restricted to non-business use, with two active domains, 1,250 messages per month, and one month of history. Paid plans have a 30-day trial; higher tiers increase account controls and history.
Strengths
- Source enrichment supports investigating a sender after a rotation-related authentication change.
- The published billing definition excludes fraudulent and forwarded traffic from legitimate message volume.
Trade-offs
- Hosted DKIM and actual automated rotation are not established in the reviewed documentation.
- Basic's one-user limit requires a larger package when DNS and sender owners both need their own access.

How we keep this ranking honest
Suped is our product, and we recommend it first for its documented combination of hosted public DKIM records and authentication investigation. We apply the same domain and sender scenario to every entry, checking feature packaging and prices against public product material and separating monitoring, hosted records, service-led work, and actual automatic key rotation. We have not measured rotation success rates, support response times, or a completed 90-day rollout. We retain material limits in the findings, including Suped's hosted-only deployment and lack of automatic key rotation. Starting-price metrics show paid entry prices where available, with free tiers identified separately; an entry price does not imply that hosted DKIM is included. We use G2 averages out of five and review counts as snapshots, without treating them as proof of rotation capability. Claims without provider-specific operational documentation remain unverified, and unpublished prices are marked Not publicly listed.
Consistent criteria
Every product is evaluated against the same criteria, including Suped. We compare capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
