8 best Red Sift OnDMARC alternatives in 2026

Switching from OnDMARC requires a plan for hosted authentication and the reports that support enforcement. Our product, Suped, is our number-one recommendation for its hosted-protocol workflows, source verification, and record drilldowns. We compare 8 distinct OnDMARC alternatives against that handoff. Suped is hosted SaaS, with no self-hosted or on-premise deployment; readers must accept cloud report processing. Historical-data import and forensic-report requirements need confirmation.

What matters when switching from OnDMARC
Preserve hosted authentication
01.
Changing rua moves future reports, not the services behind delegated DNS records. We would inventory OnDMARC dependencies before cancelling. Suped documents hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM plus hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT, so our product has concrete replacement workflows to assess. Verify selectors and policy contents at each handoff, and treat SaaS acceptance as a requirement.
Classify senders before policy changes
02.
An unknown source is not automatically a spoof, and an SPF pass against a different domain does not establish a DMARC pass. Suped separates source verification from detection and provides record drilldowns with authentication checks. We would use that evidence to preserve legitimate Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, marketing, and support traffic while keeping existing enforcement intact.
Price the complete domain estate
03.
Compare the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain together, including retained history and account separation. Suped publishes domain and email allowances, has per-domain MSP pricing, and negotiates enterprise capacity up to unlimited. Its free tier retains 14 days, so the complete 90-day comparison needs a suitable paid configuration. Confirm subdomain counting, support scope, and protocol entitlements before budgeting.

How we tested all 8 products

We applied the same documented evaluation framework to all 8 products: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain; Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and one support desk sender; and a 90-day monitoring window. This is an evidence-based product assessment, not a claim that we operated every product for 90 days. We compared published price, included domains and email or report volume, sender classification, authentication edge cases, and supported hosted protocols, together with onboarding, DNS handoff, enforcement controls, report drilldowns, alerts, account separation, and support entitlements. The authentication cases are aligned SPF pass, aligned DKIM pass, SPF pass with a visible From mismatch, DKIM pass on a subdomain, forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorized spoof sample, and an unknown sender needing classification. The expected protocol behavior matters: either aligned SPF or aligned DKIM is enough for DMARC; an unrelated SPF pass alone is insufficient; subdomain DKIM depends on relaxed versus strict identifier matching; and forwarding can retain a DMARC pass through valid aligned DKIM. We assessed documented investigation paths for these cases without inventing product-specific pass rates, detection measurements, or support interactions. Red Sift's documentation describes both source classification and Dynamic Services, so a migration needs more than a new report mailbox when those services are enabled. Starting-price metrics show the entry paid monthly price where verified, with annual-only figures labelled; free tiers are shown separately. Three months of retention should be checked against an exact 90-day requirement. We use the stated G2 review snapshot, with ratings out of five; products without reviews have no customer rating to interpret.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

Suped
Suped is our number-one OnDMARC alternative because our product covers the operational work on both sides of a switch: replacing hosted authentication records and investigating the reports that show whether legitimate senders still pass DMARC. We recommend starting with the corporate domain and marketing subdomain, then checking the parked domain separately. Keep the existing enforcement policy during a reporting-only migration unless the evidence justifies a change. Suped's source verification and record drilldowns help establish which failures require a sender fix before any stronger policy is published.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped combines aggregate DMARC reporting with hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM management, plus SPF flattening and hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. That makes our product relevant when leaving an OnDMARC setup that uses hosted authentication as well as reporting. We would map each existing DNS dependency to its replacement before cancelling the old service. Source verification, individual record analysis, and authentication issue guidance then support continued enforcement after the handoff. Hosted DKIM manages DNS records; each sending service still needs to sign its own messages.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The useful workflow starts with a source, then follows the evidence into individual DMARC records. Suped's data view filters by source, reporter, and IP address, while the detail view adds SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and rDNS checks. We would use those views to investigate a marketing sender whose SPF passes against a different domain, or forwarded mail that fails SPF but retains valid DKIM. CSV downloads preserve investigation data outside the platform. A recognized service name is a starting point for investigation, not proof that the sender is authorized.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped's documentation covers adding domains, configuring reporting, verifying that data is arriving, and resolving detected authentication issues. Those are concrete handoff steps for an OnDMARC migration. Enterprise arrangements are negotiated, so we would agree migration assistance, escalation contacts, and response commitments against the actual domain estate before the change window. We have not measured support response times or assumed that a particular SLA is included in every subscription.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
We recommend Suped first for organizations open to hosted SaaS that want to retain hosted authentication while reviewing senders and moving policies safely. That includes enterprise domain portfolios and MSP operations, with SAML SSO, roles, and separate client organizations documented. Enterprise pricing supports negotiated limits up to unlimited. Suped is not self-hostable or available on-premise, and a required historical import or forensic-report workflow needs explicit confirmation before purchase.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Teams replacing OnDMARC reporting and hosted authentication together, with a planned DNS handoff for each protocol.
  • Enterprise teams managing a substantial domain estate, with negotiated capacity and SAML SSO requirements.
  • MSPs that need separate client organizations, user roles, and monthly client reports alongside authentication investigation.
  • Administrators who want to verify unknown senders and inspect individual report records before approving policy changes.
Pricing structure
  • The ongoing free tier covers 1 domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of retention. The initial 14-day trial has no usage limits and is separate from the ongoing allowance.
  • Basic costs $19/month for up to 100,000 emails per month, 2 domains, and 90 days of retention. Pro costs $99/month for up to 1 million emails per month, 10 domains, and 1 year of retention.
  • A published $29/month configuration covers 3 domains, 250,000 emails per month, and 1 year of retention. Confirm how the marketing subdomain is counted before selecting a package.
  • Enterprise pricing is negotiated, with limits up to unlimited. MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Reporting and hosted authentication are both documented, so the migration discussion extends beyond changing the rua reporting address.
  • Source verification and record-level checks support decisions about unfamiliar senders without treating every failure as spoofing.
  • The documented organization controls and enterprise terms support evaluation across enterprise and MSP deployments.
  • Published domain, email, and retention allowances make it possible to budget a 90-day monitoring window before switching.
Trade-offs
  • Suped requires hosted SaaS acceptance; there is no self-hosted or on-premise deployment.
  • The free tier retains only 14 days of data, so it cannot hold the complete 90-day monitoring window.
  • Automatic import of OnDMARC history and source classifications is not established by the product documentation used here.
  • Forensic RUF processing is not established by that documentation. Confirm it if the existing workflow depends on forensic reports.
Verdict
Suped is our first recommendation for switching from OnDMARC when hosted SaaS fits. Its documented combination of hosted authentication, source verification, and report drilldowns supports the DNS handoff and the ongoing enforcement work; confirm historical import, support scope, and any forensic-report requirement before committing.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC Basic includes hosted DMARC, MTA-STS/TLS-RPT, and BIMI, plus aggregate and forensic reports. Hosted SPF is an add-on on Basic, and hosted DKIM is outside that tier.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Sender identification, automatic subdomain detection, a DNS timeline, and raw XML download/upload support migration checks. Basic excludes alert management, API access, and DMARC CSV export, so report access needs a plan-level review.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Basic lists tutorials, with email support and screen-sharing sessions as add-ons. Agree the support package before scheduling the OnDMARC DNS handoff; we have not measured response times.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We would consider its documented RUF and raw XML workflows when those are explicit requirements in an existing authentication process. Replacing OnDMARC's hosted SPF and DKIM still requires checking add-ons and the final package.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Teams that have an explicit requirement to retain forensic RUF processing and raw XML upload/download.
  • Administrators willing to confirm SPF, DKIM, alerting, and support entitlements individually before the migration.
Pricing structure
  • Basic starts at $8/month for the 50,000-email allowance, or $6.42/month billed annually. At 100,000 emails, the published price is $15/month or $12/month billed annually.
  • Basic includes 5 active domains and 2 platform users. Its price increases with outbound DMARC-compliant volume, reaching a published range of $8 to $250/month.
  • The ongoing personal-only free tier includes 1 active domain, 10,000 compliant emails per month, and 10 days of history. Basic has a separate 15-day trial.
  • Hosted SPF add-on pricing and Enterprise, API, and Partner package prices are Not publicly listed.
Strengths
  • A year of Basic history covers the proposed 90-day observation window.
  • Raw XML access supports checking report interpretation against the original aggregate data.
Trade-offs
  • Basic does not include hosted DKIM, and hosted SPF needs a separately priced add-on.
  • Alert management, API access, and CSV export are outside Basic, so the entry package does not cover every ongoing investigation workflow.
Verdict
PowerDMARC merits comparison for documented forensic and XML workflows. Check the total for hosted SPF, hosted DKIM, alerts, and support against Suped's proposed migration scope before treating the entry price as equivalent coverage.

EasyDMARC quick facts
EasyDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
EasyDMARC Plus lists aggregate and failure reports, sender identification, managed DMARC, and managed BIMI. The pricing evidence places EasySPF and managed MTA-STS on Premium, with managed DKIM on Enterprise or MSP packaging.
EasyDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Vendor identification and subdomain detection support rebuilding the sender inventory after OnDMARC. We would verify the marketing subdomain's reporting and billing treatment rather than assume discovery means separate management is included.
EasyDMARC support screenshot
Support
Premium lists email support and a customer success manager with yearly billing; dedicated DMARC engineer support appears in Enterprise and MSP packaging. Confirm which migration work is included in the quoted package.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing workflow that explicitly uses EasySPF or EasyDMARC's managed-record functions warrants checking the relevant package. Those functions are package-specific, so product-wide capability does not establish entry-plan coverage.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • Teams comparing a specifically documented managed DMARC and BIMI workflow with their current delegated records.
  • Administrators able to obtain written confirmation of subdomain coverage and the full managed SPF, DKIM, and MTA-STS package.
Pricing structure
  • Plus starts at $44.99/month, or $35.99/month billed annually, for 100,000 emails per month, 2 domains, and 3 months of history.
  • Premium starts at $89.99/month, or $71.99/month billed annually, for 100,000 emails per month, 4 domains, and 1 year of history. Prices increase with the selected email allowance.
  • The ongoing free tier in the pricing evidence covers 1 domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of history. A separate trial is advertised without a credit card.
  • Enterprise and MSP prices are Not publicly listed. Confirm current packaging and any additional-domain charge before purchase.
Strengths
  • Managed DMARC and vendor identification are documented in the entry paid reporting package.
  • The published package descriptions make it possible to identify where SPF, MTA-STS, and DKIM management enter the buying discussion.
Trade-offs
  • Plus does not include the complete hosted SPF, DKIM, and MTA-STS set needed for some OnDMARC migrations.
  • The pricing evidence states that exceeding the selected email allowance removes report/dashboard access until an upgrade; verify that policy and current limits in writing.
Verdict
EasyDMARC is a relevant managed-authentication comparison, with material package differences. We would compare a written quote covering the existing OnDMARC protocols and volume against Suped, rather than budget from Plus alone.

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian's plan table lists enriched source data, automatic subdomain detection, aggregate processing, and TLS reporting across its plans. Paid Basic adds alerting and forensic processing, but the table does not establish a matching hosted SPF/DKIM migration package.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
Its source data identifies sending services rather than leaving every investigation at the IP-address level. Basic has 1 user and 1 domain group, so those allowances need checking against the people handling the OnDMARC migration.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
Dmarcian advertises DMARC onboarding, deployment, and support services. We would obtain a specific service scope instead of assuming that the Basic subscription includes hands-on DNS migration work.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
A reporting-led switch warrants consideration when DNS authentication remains under an established internal process. Replacing delegated OnDMARC authentication requires a separate, confirmed plan for those records.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Teams retaining their existing internal DNS change process and comparing source-enriched DMARC reporting.
  • Administrators who need to distinguish active sending domains from a separately maintained parked-domain inventory.
Pricing structure
  • Basic costs $24/month or $19.99/month billed annually, with up to 2 active domains, 100,000 DMARC-capable messages per month, 1 user, and 3 months of history.
  • Plus costs $240/month or $199/month billed annually, with 8 active domains, 1 million messages, 3 users, and 1 year of history.
  • The ongoing non-business Personal tier has 2 active domains, 1,250 messages per month, and 1 month of history. Paid plans have a separate 30-day trial.
  • Billing counts legitimate reported traffic rather than forwarded or fraudulent traffic. Custom capacity and service-provider terms require a quote.
Strengths
  • Unlimited inactive domains are explicitly listed, which matters when checking parked-domain coverage.
  • The billing definition distinguishes legitimate traffic from forwarding and spoofing volume.
Trade-offs
  • Basic has only 1 user, and API access and SSO appear on Enterprise in the published plan table.
  • Reporting and authentication checks do not establish hosted SPF or hosted DKIM replacement; confirm that dependency before leaving OnDMARC.
Verdict
Dmarcian is a reporting-led comparison with clear plan boundaries. For a switch that also needs hosted authentication, establish the full DNS replacement scope before comparing its subscription price with Suped.

Valimail quick facts
Valimail feature set screenshot
Feature set
Valimail separates free Monitor visibility from paid Enforce authentication management. Enforce Starter lists automated DMARC, SPF, and DKIM functions; the pricing evidence places subdomain management and reporting on Premium or above.
Valimail user experience screenshot
User experience
Monitor includes sender discovery and pass/fail status, but excludes downloadable reports and source-IP detail. That limits its use for validating the full investigation workflow before an OnDMARC replacement.
Valimail support screenshot
Support
Enforce Starter lists onboarding assistance and an account manager; deeper support services are package-dependent. Confirm the DNS migration responsibilities and exact escalation terms in the quote.
Valimail who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We would inspect Enforce when a buyer specifically wants its documented sender-management workflow. Monitor alone does not replace delegated SPF/DKIM management, and marketing-subdomain requirements need package confirmation.
Who should use Valimail
  • Teams evaluating Valimail Enforce for a specifically required sender-management process, with its contract scope confirmed.
  • Administrators who understand that the free monitoring account is a visibility step rather than a hosted-authentication migration.
Pricing structure
  • Monitor is an ongoing free product, with 5 users and sender discovery. It excludes policy and sender management through SPF/DKIM configuration.
  • The public pricing evidence lists Enforce Starter from $5,000/year. Exact included domain, subdomain, sending-service, and email-volume allowances are not confirmed in the official table used for that evidence.
  • Premium and Enterprise prices are Not publicly listed. Subdomain workflows, source-IP detail, API access, and support add-ons need explicit package confirmation.
  • Do not use historical procurement price lists or secondary volume tables as a substitute for a current written quote.
Strengths
  • The free Monitor product is clearly distinct from the paid authentication-management product.
  • The paid descriptions identify sender management and automated DKIM functions that belong in a hosted-authentication handoff discussion.
Trade-offs
  • Free Monitor lacks downloadable reports and source-IP detail, restricting direct comparison of investigation workflows.
  • The marketing subdomain introduces a documented package boundary, and paid capacity and add-on costs require quote confirmation.
Verdict
Valimail's paid automation merits a scoped comparison, but free Monitor is not an equivalent hosted-authentication replacement. We would compare the complete subdomain and investigation package with Suped before approving a switch.

MailHardener quick facts
MailHardener feature set screenshot
Feature set
Mailhardener Standard lists RUA and RUF aggregation, SMTP TLS aggregation, hosted MTA-STS, BIMI asset hosting, and DNS monitoring. Its plan card does not establish hosted SPF or hosted DKIM replacement for delegated OnDMARC records.
MailHardener user experience screenshot
User experience
Standard provides a shared environment with unlimited users; isolated customer environments belong to the separate MSP package. We would check that distinction before reproducing existing client access boundaries.
MailHardener support screenshot
Support
Standard lists technical support with self-service onboarding, while Large adds limited onboarding assistance. Confirm the migration scope separately; no support response measurement is available here.
MailHardener who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Its documented combination of RUF aggregation and hosted MTA-STS is relevant when those exact workflows must continue. Any hosted SPF or DKIM dependency still needs an explicit replacement plan.
Who should use MailHardener
  • Teams with an explicit requirement for both RUF aggregation and hosted MTA-STS.
  • Administrators checking whether a shared organization or separately isolated client environments match existing access boundaries.
Pricing structure
  • Standard costs EUR 19/month or EUR 199/year for up to 10 domains, unlimited users and report volume, and 3 months of retention.
  • Large costs EUR 99/month or EUR 999/year for up to 100 domains and 12 months of retention. Enterprise pricing is Not publicly listed.
  • The ongoing free personal/evaluation plan covers 1 domain, 1 user, fair-use report volume, and 1 month of retention.
  • The separate MSP package costs EUR 149/month plus EUR 1/domain/month, or $164/month plus $1.10/domain/month, with isolated customer environments.
Strengths
  • The Standard plan card explicitly includes transport-policy hosting and both aggregate and forensic reporting.
  • The separate MSP description explicitly documents isolated customer environments, allowing a concrete access-boundary check.
Trade-offs
  • The documented Standard hosting set does not establish a complete replacement for delegated OnDMARC SPF and DKIM.
  • Standard onboarding is self-service, and the MSP package has a fixed platform fee in addition to per-domain charges.
Verdict
Mailhardener is a relevant RUF and MTA-STS comparison. Confirm hosted SPF/DKIM requirements and the appropriate account model before assessing its total migration cost against Suped. No G2 reviews are recorded in the review data used here.

The plan evidence lists email support and alerts on Shield, advanced support on Defender, and assisted enforcement on Ultimate. Confirm service responsibilities without treating an enforcement guarantee as a measured outcome.
DMARC Report who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Its failure-report and group-permission workflows warrant examination when those are explicit migration requirements. The corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain need a written capacity confirmation.
Who should use DMARC Report
  • Teams explicitly requiring failure reports and group-permission management, subject to package confirmation.
  • Administrators prepared to obtain written domain, parked-domain, and volume entitlements before changing DNS.
Pricing structure
  • Guard costs $25/month or $275/year. Its plan card lists 5 domains, 250,000 monthly DMARC reports, and 6 months of history.
  • Shield costs $75/month or $750/year. Its plan card lists 10 domains, 1 million monthly DMARC reports, and 1 year of history.
  • Core is an ongoing free tier. Its card lists 1 domain, 10,000 monthly reports, and 30 days of history, while FAQ copy gives a conflicting 1,000-message allowance; confirm the live limit.
  • Paid plans advertise a separate 30-day trial. Public FAQ language also conflicts with paid domain caps, and the billing period for the displayed $3,900 Ultimate figure is unclear; do not budget from it without confirmation.
Strengths
  • Guard provides documented failure-report handling and permission controls with retained history longer than the proposed 90-day window.
  • Shield's listed parked-domain coverage makes the non-sending-domain requirement explicit in package selection.
Trade-offs
  • Public material conflicts on domain and free-volume limits; reports and messages also need a precise billing definition.
  • Guard does not include every listed ongoing-control requirement, with alerts, API access, and transport reporting placed on Shield in the pricing evidence.
Verdict
DMARC Report warrants a reporting-workflow comparison after its limits are confirmed in writing. We would resolve the volume meter and hosted-authentication scope before considering it equivalent to the proposed Suped migration.

DMARCwise who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
A hosted-DMARC and TLS-reporting workflow warrants examination where those functions meet a defined requirement. We would keep the SPF and DKIM handoff separate until their replacement is confirmed.
Who should use DMARCwise
  • Teams specifically evaluating hosted DMARC with REST API access and SMTP TLS reporting.
  • Administrators who already have a confirmed plan for SPF and DKIM DNS management outside the reporting migration.
Pricing structure
  • Starter costs EUR 15/month billed yearly as EUR 180 plus taxes, with 3 domains, 3 team members, and 3 months of retention.
  • Growth costs EUR 39/month billed yearly, with 20 domains, unlimited members, SSO, and 6 months of retention. Scale costs EUR 99/month billed yearly for 100 domains and 1 year of retention.
  • The ongoing free tier includes 1 domain, a soft 1,000-email monthly limit, 2 weeks of retention, and no additional team members. A separate 14-day trial is available.
  • The MSP package is EUR 1 per active domain per month with a 100-domain minimum, so its minimum charge is EUR 100/month plus taxes. Undiscounted monthly checkout prices are Not publicly listed in the pricing evidence.
Strengths
  • Starter lists the API and hosted-DMARC functions alongside a 3-domain allowance.
  • Paid unlimited reporting volume separates report growth from domain and retention package selection.
Trade-offs
  • The documented hosted-DMARC workflow does not establish hosted SPF/DKIM or forensic RUF replacement.
  • The MSP price has a 100-domain minimum, and the quoted Starter price requires annual billing.
Verdict
DMARCwise is a defined hosted-DMARC reporting comparison. For an OnDMARC switch involving several hosted protocols, confirm the missing dependencies and annual commitment before comparing it with Suped. No G2 reviews are recorded in the review data used here.

Move your OnDMARC workflow to Suped

Suped dashboard
Plan the DNS handoff
Map delegated records to Suped hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, plus hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT, before ending the existing service.
Verify senders before enforcement changes
Use Suped source verification and individual record checks to investigate unfamiliar senders and preserve legitimate email during the switch.
Budget the whole domain estate
Match published domain and email allowances to the 90-day monitoring window, with per-domain MSP pricing and negotiated enterprise capacity where required.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

How we keep this ranking honest

We apply the same migration questions to each product: which hosted services transfer, how senders are classified, what evidence is available for policy decisions, and what the complete domain estate costs. We check product documentation and pricing evidence, distinguish trials from ongoing free tiers, and flag conflicting limits instead of filling gaps with estimates. Our product is Suped, and we explain its documented strengths alongside material limits. The review process separates documented capabilities and G2 customer-review figures from outcomes that require a live deployment; we do not present this comparison as a completed 90-day trial across all vendors. A final buying review should confirm package entitlements and support responsibilities before DNS changes.

Every product is evaluated against the same criteria, including Suped. We compare capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
Practical recommendations
