11 best DMARC solutions for BIMI and VMC support in 2026
The best DMARC solutions for BIMI and VMC support connect sender authentication with logo hosting and certificate setup. We rank Suped first for bringing these workflows together. Suped is hosted SaaS; confirm certificate fees and CMC-specific handling separately. Each receiving provider controls logo and verified tick display.

What matters when buying DMARC for BIMI
Enforcement before logos
01.
We prioritize sender verification and authentication drilldowns before publishing an enforcement policy. Suped connects those checks with hosted DMARC management. BIMI requires an enforced organizational-domain policy, including applicable subdomain policies; p=none is insufficient. Apply enforcement fully. Omit the deprecated pct tag in new records, and do not rely on a legacy value below 100.
Hosted logo operations
02.
Suped documents preparing and hosting BIMI assets through one DNS CNAME. We assess whether a product validates SVG Tiny P/S, supports public HTTPS assets, and makes DNS ownership clear. A DNS record or preview establishes configuration, not proof that a mailbox provider displayed the logo.
Certificate scope and cost
03.
We separate hosting from VMC/CMC validation and recurring certificate fees. Suped offers verification coordination, but certificate eligibility and charges need confirmation. Gmail accepts either certificate type for BIMI logos and reserves its verified checkmark for VMCs. No platform can promise universal logo or verified tick coverage.

How we tested all 11 products
We assessed documented capabilities against a shared 90-day monitoring design: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp and Zendesk as the support desk sender. We compared price and included domains/email volume, sender classification, retention, onboarding and DNS handoff, enforcement controls, report drilldowns, alerts, account separation and support scope. The authentication cases were aligned SPF pass, aligned DKIM pass, SPF pass with a visible From mismatch, DKIM pass using a subdomain signing identity, forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorized spoof sample and an unknown sender needing classification. SPF success with an unrelated envelope domain does not satisfy DMARC without a qualifying DKIM pass. A subdomain DKIM signature can satisfy relaxed alignment with the parent domain, but strict alignment requires an exact domain match. Forwarding can retain DMARC through a surviving aligned DKIM signature; an unknown source needs ownership checks before authorization. We also checked documented hosting for BIMI, DMARC, SPF, DKIM and MTA-STS/TLS-RPT, separating certificate issuance from hosting. Parked-domain enforcement was assessed separately from logo deployment. Findings use published product evidence and G2 review data; the framework is an evaluation design, with no completed 90-day comparative run, measured pass rates or support-response timings claimed.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

Suped
We put Suped first because our product connects the work that makes BIMI possible with the ongoing work that keeps it eligible: identifying legitimate senders, investigating authentication failures, and managing BIMI. Source verification and record-level investigation help establish whether enforcement is safe before a brand commits to certificate work. Suped is hosted SaaS. Certificate approval remains with the issuing certificate authority, and subscription prices alone do not establish an included VMC or CMC. Confirm certificate charges and CMC-specific handling when defining the project.
#1
our rank
$19/month
starting price
Yes
free tier
Feature set
Suped documents hosted DMARC, SPF and DKIM, alongside hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. Its BIMI documentation describes SVG Tiny P/S validation, public HTTPS asset hosting and a BIMI TXT record behind a generated CNAME. We value having those operations alongside sender verification and authentication issue resolution: a valid logo record cannot compensate for legitimate mail failing DMARC. MTA-STS and TLS-RPT address transport security and remain separate from BIMI eligibility.

User experience
We would begin by adding the corporate domain, marketing subdomain and parked domain, then verifying that aggregate reports arrive. The Sources view distinguishes verified and unverified sources; Data view filters records by source, reporter or IP address, and Detail view exposes SPF, DKIM, DMARC and rDNS checks. These are practical handoffs between the person approving a sender and the person changing its DNS. A source's presence in reports does not itself establish authorization. Failure alerts and summary emails support continued review after enforcement.

Support
Suped's documentation covers setup verification and issue resolution, giving the DNS owner a defined route for checking changes. Suped also advertises assistance with trademark registration and certificate applications and renewals. We separate that coordination from certificate issuance: the authority still validates eligibility. Enterprise buyers should agree onboarding ownership and support commitments in their service terms, including who handles logo changes and certificate renewal work. No support response time or completed implementation is asserted here.

Suitability
We recommend Suped for organizations open to hosted SaaS that want DMARC enforcement and BIMI administration in the same operational workflow, including enterprise domain portfolios. Users and roles, SAML SSO, and negotiable enterprise limits support team administration. MSP organizations can separate client accounts and produce monthly client reports. We would scope each sending domain's logo and certificate coverage explicitly, while treating the parked domain as an enforcement task rather than a branding deployment.

Who should use Suped
- Organizations preparing corporate and marketing mail for BIMI without losing record-level authentication evidence.
- Enterprise teams coordinating domain administration through roles and SAML SSO.
- MSPs that need separate client organizations and recurring reports alongside BIMI work.
- Teams switching reporting or hosted records while retaining control of their sending services.
Pricing structure
- Free includes 1 domain, 1,000 emails per month and 14 days of retention. The initial 14-day trial has no limits; the ongoing free tier has limits.
- Basic is $19/month for 2 domains, 100,000 emails per month and 90 days of retention.
- Pro is $99/month for 10 domains, 1 million emails per month and 1 year of retention.
- Enterprise pricing is negotiated, with limits up to unlimited. MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
- BIMI-specific charges, certificate fees and trademark work need confirmation in the agreed scope. No public certificate price is established by these subscription figures.
Strengths
- Authentication investigation and policy management support the enforcement prerequisite for BIMI.
- BIMI administration is tied to the domain rather than left as an unrelated DNS task.
- Enterprise administration and client organization separation are documented capabilities.
- Published business allowances make the monitoring portion of the budget concrete.
Trade-offs
- Hosted SaaS requires acceptance of Suped processing the reporting data; there is no self-hosted or on-premise edition.
- The entry paid plan includes 2 domains, so separately adding all entities in the evaluation design requires checking domain allowances and alias handling.
- A subscription does not guarantee certificate approval or logo display. CMC-specific handling and all certificate charges require confirmation.

OnDMARC
OnDMARC documents Dynamic Services for BIMI and authentication records. Enterprise and Premier list one VMC, while Express pricing does not establish certificate inclusion.
#2
our rank
$9/month, billed annually
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Dynamic Services covers DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI and transport protocols. Investigate supports checking authentication changes, and smart alerts support ongoing monitoring.

User experience
The delegated-record workflow keeps subsequent changes in OnDMARC. Express retains 30 days of data, so a 90-day review needs exports or a plan with longer history.

Support
Support varies by package. Confirm whether certificate application and renewal assistance are included, since the public support comparison does not establish every entitlement.

Suitability
An existing Dynamic Services deployment or contract containing a VMC is a concrete migration consideration. We would compare its remaining term and delegation work with Suped's hosted workflow.
Who should use OnDMARC
- Existing Dynamic Services users assessing the effort to migrate their delegated records.
- Contract holders verifying the scope of the single VMC listed on Enterprise or Premier.
Pricing structure
- Express starts at $9/month billed annually, with up to 4 domains, 1 million monthly emails and 30 days of history.
- Essentials, Enterprise and Premier: Not publicly listed. Essentials lists 1 year of history and unlimited email volume.
- Enterprise and Premier each list 1 VMC. Confirm covered domains, issuance conditions and renewal terms.
- A 14-day trial is available; no ongoing free tier is documented.
Strengths
- The public packaging distinguishes BIMI management from an included VMC.
- Delegation and investigation capabilities address DNS handoff and authentication checks.
Trade-offs
- Express history does not retain the entire 90-day evaluation window.
- Higher-tier prices and exact certificate service terms require a quote; account roles do not by themselves establish isolated client environments.

PowerDMARC
PowerDMARC includes hosted BIMI on Free and Basic, with BIMI reporting reserved for higher packages. Hosting and certificate assistance are separate purchasing questions.
#3
our rank
$6.42/month, billed annually
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Basic combines sender identification, hosted DMARC and BIMI with MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. Hosted SPF is an add-on, and hosted DKIM is outside Basic.

User experience
DNS publishing and automatically detected subdomains support setup. Raw XML access on Basic assists authentication investigation, but alert management and CSV export are excluded.

Support
Basic lists tutorials, with email support and setup assistance as add-ons. Confirm the service scope for a VMC or CMC project instead of treating hosted BIMI as managed issuance.

Suitability
Existing PowerDMARC delegations or RUA/RUF processing workflows are relevant to a switch. We would map those records and service entitlements before moving reporting and BIMI to Suped.
Who should use PowerDMARC
- Existing hosted BIMI users checking which authentication services are included in their package.
- Accounts using raw XML and RUF data that need those workflows covered during migration.
Pricing structure
- Free is for personal domains: 1 active domain, 10,000 compliant emails per month and 10 days of history.
- Basic starts at $8/month for up to 50,000 compliant emails, or $6.42/month billed annually. It includes 5 active domains and 2 users.
- At 100,000 compliant emails, Basic is $15/month or $12/month billed annually. The published Basic monthly range reaches $250.
- Enterprise and Partner Program: Not publicly listed. Confirm certificate fees, hosted SPF and service add-ons separately.
Strengths
- Hosted BIMI is explicitly included in entry packaging.
- Basic retention covers the proposed 90-day review.
Trade-offs
- Basic excludes alert management, BIMI reporting and CSV export.
- Support add-ons and volume bands affect the complete project cost; the personal free tier is not a business deployment allowance.

EasyDMARC
EasyDMARC includes managed BIMI and managed DMARC on Plus. The entry package's domain and user limits matter when corporate and marketing teams share a BIMI rollout.
#4
our rank
$35.99/month, billed annually
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Plus includes vendor identification, subdomain detection and aggregate and failure reports. Premium adds alert management and managed MTA-STS; managed DKIM is listed on Enterprise.

User experience
A delegated management workflow supports DNS changes, while reporting identifies sources needing authentication work. Confirm separate subdomain accounting before assigning a different marketing logo.

Support
Plus lists knowledge-base access; Premium adds email support, with a customer success manager on annual billing. Certificate application assistance and fees need explicit confirmation.

Suitability
For an existing Managed BIMI and Managed DMARC deployment, record migration is the specific switching task. We would compare the required tier with Suped using the same domain inventory.
Who should use EasyDMARC
- Existing Managed BIMI users planning a change of hosted-record provider.
- Accounts reviewing the cost of adding team permissions and authentication alerts to a Plus deployment.
Pricing structure
- Free includes 1 domain, 1,000 monthly emails, 14 days of history and basic BIMI tools; these tools do not establish managed certificate inclusion.
- Plus starts at $44.99/month or $35.99/month billed annually, for 100,000 monthly emails, 2 domains and 1 user.
- Premium starts at $89.99/month or $71.99/month billed annually, with 4 domains, unlimited users and 1 year of history at the entry volume.
- Enterprise and MSP: Not publicly listed. Additional domains and certificate costs need confirmation.
Strengths
- The packaging identifies where managed BIMI begins.
- Sender identification and managed DMARC address the work before BIMI activation.
Trade-offs
- Plus has 1 user and 2 included domains, with alert management on Premium.
- Exceeding the selected email quota removes report/dashboard access until an upgrade, interrupting the evidence needed for enforcement decisions.

MailHardener
Mailhardener explicitly includes BIMI asset hosting on Standard. This is evidence of hosting, not evidence that the subscription pays for certificate issuance.
#5
our rank
EUR 199/year
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Standard includes RUA/RUF reporting, SMTP TLS aggregation and hosted MTA-STS alongside BIMI assets. DNS monitoring helps identify changes that affect authentication readiness.

User experience
Report breakdowns and domain inspection support investigation before enforcement. Standard's 3 months of retention is close to the evaluation window; confirm exact calendar coverage or export requirements.

Support
Standard includes technical support and self-service onboarding; Large adds limited onboarding assistance. Confirm certificate procurement and renewal responsibilities separately.

Suitability
An existing BIMI asset and MTA-STS hosting arrangement is a concrete operational dependency. Its MSP plan separates customer environments, which should be included in any migration inventory.
Who should use MailHardener
- Existing customers consolidating their BIMI assets and MTA-STS hosting decisions.
- MSP accounts checking how customer-specific asset URLs and access rights transfer.
Pricing structure
- Free is for personal or evaluation use: 1 domain, 1 user, fair-use reports and 1 month of retention.
- Standard is EUR 19/month or EUR 199/year for up to 10 domains, unlimited users and unlimited report volume.
- Large is EUR 99/month or EUR 999/year for up to 100 domains and 12 months of retention.
- MSP pricing is EUR 149/month plus EUR 1/domain/month. Enterprise: Not publicly listed. Certificate charges are not established by these prices.
Strengths
- Published Standard entitlements explicitly cover BIMI asset hosting.
- Report volume and user access are unlimited on the listed paid plans.
Trade-offs
- The published information reviewed does not establish bundled VMC/CMC issuance or certificate fees.
- Standard onboarding is self-service, and the precise retention window should be checked for a full 90-day review.

Skysnag
Skysnag separates BIMI setup from VMC and trademark work in its public packaging. Its entry subscription does not establish an all-inclusive certificate project.
#6
our rank
$39/month
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Comply lists hosted authentication services, BIMI setup and DNS change monitoring. Protect adds managed enforcement, while Suite describes complete BIMI, VMC and trademark support.

User experience
Comply lists 24-hour report processing and 12 months of history. Source investigation and policy checks should establish readiness before the certificate work proceeds.

Support
Comply lists email/chat support and setup-only BIMI assistance. Ask which party handles certificate validation requests and renewals under the selected service scope.

Suitability
An existing Skysnag trademark or certificate application is the narrow workflow to account for. We would preserve that application while evaluating Suped for ongoing authentication and BIMI administration.
Who should use Skysnag
- Customers with an active trademark or VMC project who need to account for work already commissioned.
- Existing Comply users confirming the boundary between setup help and recurring certificate services.
Pricing structure
- Comply starts at $39/month with 2 domains and 12 months of history. Current official email-volume allowances need confirmation.
- Protect starts at $249/month. Suite and MSP: Not publicly listed.
- VMC and branded checkmark work are add-ons on lower tiers; certificate and trademark service prices are not publicly listed.
- A 14-day trial is advertised. The published information reviewed does not confirm a current ongoing free tier.
Strengths
- Public packaging acknowledges the separate certificate and trademark work.
- Comply retention supports a 90-day evidence window.
Trade-offs
- The starting price does not establish final email-volume coverage or additional-domain costs.
- Complete certificate services require scope confirmation, and no branded display promise overrides mailbox-provider rules.

Valimail
Valimail separates free Monitor, paid Enforce and the Amplify branding add-on. For this buying need, the relevant cost is Enforce plus Amplify and any certificate charges.
#7
our rank
$5,000/year
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Enforce provides hosted authentication automation and sender management. Amplify adds BIMI and logo-display workflows, while subdomain management starts at Premium.

User experience
Monitor identifies senders but excludes source IP visibility, downloadable reports and subdomain reports. Those limits affect investigation of marketing mail before enforcement.

Support
Starter includes onboarding assistance and an account manager. Confirm Amplify's certificate procurement scope and renewal support because its public price and detailed allowances are not listed.

Suitability
An existing Enforce delegation is the specific migration consideration. We would compare the Amplify add-on scope with Suped's combined authentication and BIMI workflow.
Who should use Valimail
- Enforce customers examining the incremental scope and price of Amplify.
- Existing delegated-record users documenting which DNS functions must transfer during a switch.
Pricing structure
- Monitor is an ongoing free product, with 5 users and restricted investigation capabilities.
- Enforce Starter starts at $5,000/year. Current official domain and volume allowances are not publicly specified.
- Enforce Premium, Enterprise and the Amplify add-on: Not publicly listed.
- Request the total for subdomain reporting, Amplify and certificate issuance/renewal rather than budgeting only for Starter.
Strengths
- The product packaging identifies a separate BIMI add-on.
- Hosted authentication automation addresses enforcement prerequisites.
Trade-offs
- Free Monitor does not include policy and sender management or detailed source IP visibility.
- Amplify pricing is unavailable publicly, and marketing-subdomain management requires Premium or above.

Sendmarc
Sendmarc distinguishes BIMI configuration on Advanced from BIMI management on Premium. Certificate issuance and asset-hosting details need confirmation in the quote.
#8
our rank
Not publicly listed
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Advanced combines source reporting and authentication configuration with MTA-STS/TLS reporting. Premium adds managed authentication services rather than only configuration assistance.

User experience
Advanced lists 4 active domains, 4 parked domains and unlimited subdomains. Its 12-month history accommodates the evaluation window; verify the relevant source drilldowns during evaluation.

Support
Advanced includes email and knowledge-base support. Premium includes managed service offerings; request written ownership of logo preparation and certificate renewal work.

Suitability
Existing Sendmarc configuration or managed-service contracts determine what must transfer. Its distinction between configuration and management is the relevant comparison when defining a Suped migration.
Who should use Sendmarc
- Existing Advanced accounts clarifying which BIMI tasks remain with their DNS team.
- Managed-service customers recording certificate and DNS responsibilities before switching.
Pricing structure
- Advanced, Premium and partner pricing: Not publicly listed.
- Advanced lists 4 active domains, 4 parked domains, unlimited subdomains, 5 users and 12 months of history.
- Advanced volume language starts at 100,000 records and reaches 5 million emails; confirm the quoted allowance and counting unit.
- The free trial lists 1 domain, 5,000 records and 21 days of history. It is not a confirmed ongoing free tier.
Strengths
- The configuration-versus-management distinction helps assign BIMI ownership.
- Parked-domain coverage is separately documented.
Trade-offs
- No current public paid price supports an all-in BIMI budget.
- Published BIMI support does not establish included certificate fees, specific CMC handling or the exact hosted-asset scope.

Palisade
Palisade documents hosted BIMI in its MSP material and branding assistance in its quote-based Enterprise offering. Starter's public price does not establish that scope.
#9
our rank
$29.99/month
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Public notes list managed DNS workflows, source analysis and hosted authentication services in partner packaging. The exact BIMI and certificate entitlement depends on the package.

User experience
Starter has 90 days of history; AI Assisted lists unlimited history and permissions. Verify which source-level evidence and alerts are included before using either for enforcement approval.

Support
Starter lists DMARC engineer support, and AI Assisted lists priority human support. Confirm whether logo preparation, certificate applications and renewals are included in the purchased scope.

Suitability
An existing Smart DNS or partner-hosted BIMI deployment is a concrete migration task. We would inventory its records and certificate obligations before comparing a switch to Suped.
Who should use Palisade
- Existing Smart DNS accounts mapping hosted-record dependencies before a change.
- Partner customers checking how BIMI hosting and certificate work are priced in their agreement.
Pricing structure
- Free includes 1 domain, 1,000 monthly emails, 2 weeks of history and 1 user.
- Starter is $29.99/month for 3 domains, 100,000 monthly emails, 90 days of history and 3 users.
- AI Assisted is $49.99/month for 5 domains and 100,000 monthly emails, with unlimited users and history.
- Enterprise and MSP: Not publicly listed. Hosted BIMI and certificate costs require package-specific confirmation.
Strengths
- Public partner material confirms a hosted BIMI offering.
- The self-serve limits make the reporting subscription scope visible.
Trade-offs
- The published information reviewed does not map hosted BIMI or certificate inclusion to the Starter price.
- Partner pricing is quote-based, and trial wording differs across its pages.

DMARCly
DMARCly lists BIMI across its paid plans alongside authentication reporting. Its public pricing evidence does not establish hosted logo assets or bundled VMC/CMC issuance.
#10
our rank
$17.99/month
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Professional includes sender identification, aggregate and forensic reporting, BIMI and MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. Safe SPF starts on Growth rather than the entry plan.

User experience
DNS timelines and alerts support configuration review. Professional keeps 2 months of history, so Growth or exports are needed to preserve the full 90-day evidence window.

Support
Professional includes email support, with live chat from Growth. Certificate procurement, asset hosting and renewal responsibilities require confirmation beyond the BIMI pricing-table label.

Suitability
An existing Safe SPF deployment is the narrow record-management dependency to assess. We would verify the BIMI service scope before comparing its subscription with Suped's documented hosting workflow.
Who should use DMARCly
- Existing Safe SPF users accounting for SPF migration alongside BIMI work.
- Current reporting users verifying what the BIMI entitlement includes beyond record assistance.
Pricing structure
- Professional is $17.99/month for 2 domains, 100,000 compliant messages per month, 1 administrator and 2 months of history.
- Growth is $39.99/month for 8 domains, 250,000 compliant messages, 3 administrators, 4 months of history and 1 Safe SPF domain.
- Business is $69/month; Enterprise is $199/month. Additional domain and message-volume charges are published separately.
- All plans offer a 14-day trial. No ongoing free plan is documented, and certificate fees are not established by the listed prices.
Strengths
- BIMI is listed on the entry paid plan.
- Published domain and volume limits support subscription budgeting.
Trade-offs
- BIMI support in a plan table does not confirm hosted assets or certificate inclusion.
- Professional retention falls short of 90 days, and exceeding message volume triggers a temporary tier increase.

Agari Brand Protection
Agari Brand Protection is now presented as Fortra DMARC Protection. Product material describes BIMI support, but no current public package establishes an included VMC or CMC.
#11
our rank
Not publicly listed
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Hosted authentication records, sender intelligence and new-sender alerts support enforcement preparation. BIMI support is described at product level rather than in a public certificate-entitlement table.

User experience
Reporting covers protected domains, authenticated volume and policy performance. Confirm access to the source and identifier detail needed to separate a forwarding failure from an unauthorized sender.

Support
Professional-services onboarding is described with purchase. The quote should name the owner of BIMI asset setup and certificate validation requests, including renewal responsibilities.

Suitability
An existing Fortra contract or hosted-record deployment is the specific buying dependency. We would compare its remaining obligations with Suped using the same domain and sender inventory.
Who should use Agari Brand Protection
- Existing contract holders reviewing BIMI scope within their purchased DMARC service.
- Users of its hosted authentication records who need a documented migration inventory.
Pricing structure
- Current starting price: Not publicly listed. Purchase is quote-based.
- No current public domain allowance, DMARC volume table or certificate price is established by the published information reviewed.
- Historical procurement prices do not establish the cost of a current BIMI deployment.
- No ongoing free tier is documented. Confirm reporting retention, account separation and certificate service scope in the quote.
Strengths
- Sender management and hosted authentication address work required before BIMI.
- BIMI support is stated in product material.
Trade-offs
- Current pricing and BIMI-specific entitlements are not publicly itemized.
- The evidence does not establish bundled certificate issuance, CMC handling or the scope of hosted BIMI assets.

Manage BIMI readiness and hosted logos with Suped
Suped
Get started

Prepare enforcement
Verify sending sources and investigate SPF/DKIM failures before applying the policy needed for BIMI.
Manage hosted BIMI
Keep logo and BIMI record management alongside domain authentication, with a defined DNS handoff.
Define certificate scope
Coordinate verification with Suped and confirm certificate fees, renewal ownership and provider-specific eligibility before launch.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

We have done the migration enough times to know the shape.
Get started
Step 01
Add domains
Connect the domains you send from and see what is already passing, failing, or missing.
Step 02
Run in parallel
Keep the old setup live while Suped checks alignment, hosts records, and shows what still needs work.
Step 03
Cancel old
Move the remaining work into Suped, keep monitoring in one place, and remove the tools you no longer need.
How we keep this ranking honest
We publish this comparison as Suped, the company behind our number-one recommendation. We use the same domain and sender framework for every entry and check published capabilities against the BIMI buying task: enforcement readiness, hosted asset scope and certificate responsibilities, plus pricing and ongoing operation. Findings distinguish documented availability from measured performance. We use documented public prices and available G2 aggregates; G2 values are review ratings out of five, and zero reviews means no review evidence rather than a product-quality finding. We retain unresolved package limits and quote requirements instead of inferring entitlements, and updates should recheck certificate packaging and mailbox-provider requirements. A low entry price does not establish the cost of a completed BIMI project.
Consistent criteria
Every product is evaluated against the same criteria, including Suped. We compare capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
Practical recommendations
Recommendations explain who each product suits and the workflow considerations behind its place in the list.
Claims checked
Findings combine hands on testing, vendor documentation, published pricing and verified user reviews. Pricing reflects public plans as of the dates shown.
