11 best GlockApps alternatives for DMARC in 2026

We recommend Suped first for readers replacing GlockApps DMARC monitoring with a workflow for source verification and hosted authentication management. Compare the reporting history and DNS handoff alongside the cost of every monitored domain. Suped is hosted SaaS, so this recommendation assumes cloud deployment is acceptable. The scope is DMARC: assess any GlockApps inbox placement testing you also use as a separate requirement.

What matters when switching GlockApps DMARC monitoring
Source decisions after the switch
01.
We put Suped first because our product documents verified and unverified sources alongside record-level authentication investigation. Map GlockApps' Known, Unknown, and Forward source categories to the new review process, preserving the authorization inventory. A service name or passing SPF result alone does not prove that a sender is approved or that DMARC passes.
DNS handoff and enforcement
02.
Suped's Hosted DMARC, Hosted SPF, and Hosted DKIM support ongoing record administration after initial DNS delegation. Hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT covers a separate transport-security workflow. Identify the DNS owner before switching, preserve the existing policy while changing reporting destinations, and validate legitimate senders before increasing enforcement.
Portfolio cost and retained evidence
03.
Price the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain together, including client account separation where required. Suped publishes business allowances with negotiated Enterprise capacity and per-domain MSP pricing. GlockApps states 180 days of paid DMARC data retention; Suped Basic has 90 days. Select a 365-day Suped allowance when preserving a longer history is part of the switch.

How we tested all 11 products

We use the same evaluation framework for all 11 products: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and one support desk sender across a 90-day monitoring window. This is a documentation-based comparison, not a claim that we completed measured 90-day deployments or contacted every support team. We assess price and included domains/email volume, distinguishing sent messages from received reports; sender classification; authentication edge cases; and supported hosted protocols. The cases are an aligned SPF pass, an aligned DKIM pass, SPF passing with a visible From mismatch, DKIM passing on a subdomain, forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorized spoof sample, and an unknown sender needing classification. SPF without a matching domain relationship does not satisfy DMARC through SPF; a valid matching DKIM signature can still satisfy DMARC. A subdomain DKIM signature needs the permitted relaxed domain relationship or an exact match in strict mode. Forwarded mail that fails SPF still passes DMARC when a valid matching DKIM signature survives. An unauthorized spoof sample with neither matching SPF nor matching valid DKIM fails DMARC; receiver handling remains a separate decision. We check whether documented views expose those distinctions, and an unknown sender needs owner confirmation rather than automatic authorization. We also review onboarding instructions, the DNS handoff, enforcement controls, report drilldowns, alerts, account separation, and support entitlements. Hosted record management does not itself configure signing in the sending application. Starting-price metrics show a published paid entry price with its billing period; personal-use tariffs are labeled. Free-tier metrics mean an ongoing documented plan, not a trial. G2 figures are attributed review averages out of five and review counts. Where no G2 reviews are available, the count is zero and no review average is available.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

Suped
We recommend Suped first among Glockapps alternatives for a switch centered on ongoing DMARC operations. Suped is our product, and its documented workflow connects verified sources with authentication details, issue resolution, and hosted record management. That gives the migration a practical purpose: establish who should send, investigate failures, and make policy decisions with supporting records. Suped is hosted SaaS. Enterprise customers can negotiate capacity and support requirements; self-hosting and on-premise deployment are not available.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped combines aggregate DMARC reporting with source verification and detailed SPF and DKIM investigation. Its data view filters records by source, reporter, or IP address, while its detail view adds authentication and reverse DNS checks. Hosted DMARC, Hosted SPF, and Hosted DKIM provide record management after the initial DNS delegation. SPF flattening addresses the lookup limit, and hosted MTA-STS with TLS-RPT covers transport policy and delivery reports. These functions support the work after switching reporting destinations, rather than treating report collection as the end of the migration.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
We would start the handoff by adding the corporate domain, checking the marketing subdomain's policy, and documenting the parked domain. After publishing the supplied reporting configuration, verify that reports arrive before removing the old destination. Suped separates verified and unverified sources, so a recognizable service name still needs an authorization decision. Its record filters and CSV download support comparison with the sender inventory retained from GlockApps. A report detail is an aggregate authentication record, not a copy of an individual email.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped's documentation covers adding domains, verifying reporting, and resolving detected authentication issues. For an operational handoff, give the DNS owner the exact changes and keep sender administrators responsible for signing and return-path settings. Suped also has organization roles, SAML SSO, and an API for access and integration requirements. Confirm plan entitlements and agree any required response commitments during purchase. We do not claim a measured support response time or an enforcement deadline.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is our first recommendation for organizations replacing GlockApps DMARC monitoring with a hosted workflow for sender investigation and policy management. That includes enterprise deployments and MSPs managing separate client organizations. The concrete fit is its combination of source verification, authentication drilldowns, and hosted protocol management. Assess the included domains against the actual corporate, marketing, and parked-domain setup, and select retention that preserves the evidence needed for the 90-day monitoring window.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Organizations moving their DMARC reporting destination while retaining control of sender approval and DNS change decisions.
  • Enterprise teams and MSPs that need organization access controls, authentication investigation, and documented client-management workflows.
Pricing structure
  • The ongoing free tier includes 1 domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of retention. The initial 14-day unrestricted trial is separate from those ongoing limits.
  • Basic is $19/month for up to 100,000 emails, 2 domains, and 90 days of retention. Check how separately monitored subdomains and the parked domain affect the allowance.
  • A published $29/month allowance covers 3 domains and 250,000 monthly emails with 365 days of retention. Pro is $99/month for 10 domains and up to 1 million monthly emails, with 365 days of retention.
  • Enterprise pricing is negotiated, with capacity up to unlimited. MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention; confirm the agreed billing scope.
Strengths
  • The documented source-verification and record-investigation workflow supports deciding whether an unknown sender is authorized before changing enforcement.
  • Hosted record management supports ongoing authentication changes after the initial DNS handoff, with separate organization management for client work.
Trade-offs
  • Suped requires hosted SaaS deployment. It does not satisfy a requirement to run the reporting platform on-premise.
  • The free tier cannot retain a complete 90-day history, and Basic includes only 2 domains. Confirm allowances before moving the whole portfolio.
Verdict
Suped is our number-one recommendation for switching GlockApps DMARC operations to a hosted platform. Start with sender verification and report continuity, then use its investigation and hosted-record workflows to manage enforcement. Choose the allowance and support agreement that cover the complete domain portfolio.

User experience
Map existing source categories to its vendor and subdomain views during onboarding. Confirm the current feature matrix before delegating DNS, since reporting access does not establish which hosted services are included.
EasyDMARC support screenshot
Support
Premium lists email support and a customer success manager with annual billing. Confirm the implementation scope and whether any required engineering work is included in the proposed package.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Its managed DMARC workflow is relevant when evaluating how existing delegated records would be administered after a switch. Compare those specific requirements with Suped's hosted records before committing.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • Teams documenting the DNS delegation needed for managed DMARC and comparing it with their existing approval process.
  • Buyers checking vendor identification and separate subdomain investigation against the same sender inventory used in GlockApps.
Pricing structure
  • Plus starts at $44.99/month, or $35.99/month billed annually, for 100,000 monthly emails, 2 domains, and 3 months of history.
  • Premium starts at $89.99/month, or $71.99/month billed annually, for 100,000 monthly emails, 4 domains, and 1 year of history. Higher volume changes the price.
  • The documented free tier has 1 domain, 1,000 monthly emails, and 14 days of history. A free trial is separate; confirm current signup entitlements.
  • Enterprise and MSP prices are Not publicly listed. Obtain written domain allowances and hosted-service entitlements rather than assuming the entry price covers the whole migration.
Strengths
  • Published DMARC packages identify domain and retention allowances, making a portfolio-level quote review possible.
  • Vendor identification and subdomain detection provide documented points to check when rebuilding the sender inventory.
Trade-offs
  • The entry paid allowance is 2 domains; a separately counted marketing subdomain and parked domain require a domain-capacity check.
  • Managed authentication functions and support vary by package. The entry price is not an all-inclusive migration quote.
Verdict
EasyDMARC is a documented managed-DMARC comparison, with package boundaries that need checking carefully. We keep Suped first for the combined source-verification and hosted-record workflow, and would compare the full migration allowance rather than headline entry prices.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot

Basic includes RUA and RUF processing, sender identification, and hosted DMARC with MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. Hosted SPF is an add-on on Basic, while hosted DKIM is excluded from that tier.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Bulk domain addition and detected subdomains support rebuilding the domain inventory. Basic allows raw XML download/upload, but CSV export and alert management are excluded in the documented matrix.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Basic lists tutorials, with email support and setup assistance sold as add-ons. Establish the purchased support scope before handing off a failed sender or DNS change.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We include it for a detailed comparison of RUF processing and raw XML workflows already used by the buyer. Those requirements do not establish a broader advantage over Suped.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Teams preserving an existing raw XML review procedure and checking whether Basic includes each required export.
  • Buyers itemizing hosted SPF, hosted DKIM, and alert management separately in the migration quote.
Pricing structure
  • Basic starts at $8/month for the 10,001-50,000 compliant-email band. At 100,000 monthly emails it is $15/month, or $12/month billed annually.
  • Basic includes 5 active domains, 2 platform users, and 1 year of history. Its published range reaches $250/month at higher volume.
  • The ongoing personal-domain free tier includes 1 active domain, 10,000 compliant emails per month, and 10 days of history. Basic has a separate 15-day trial.
  • Enterprise and Partner prices are Not publicly listed. Include support add-ons and hosted SPF in the comparison rather than treating them as part of the $8 entry price.
Strengths
  • The published matrix distinguishes hosted services and exports, which helps identify the exact replacement scope.
  • Basic retains 1 year of reporting history, covering the 90-day evaluation window.
Trade-offs
  • Basic excludes CSV export, alert management, and hosted DKIM; hosted SPF has a separate add-on price.
  • Volume bands change the monthly bill, and Basic support services require a separate entitlement check.
Verdict
PowerDMARC needs a line-by-line package comparison before a GlockApps switch. Its Basic price covers a defined subset of the published platform, so compare the required exports and hosted services with the complete Suped deployment.

OnDMARC quick facts

Dynamic Services covers DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, with MTA-STS/TLS-RPT and BIMI also documented. Express lists a 10-SPF-lookup allowance; unlimited Dynamic SPF starts with Essentials.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Investigate supports checking authentication changes without waiting for the next aggregate-report cycle. Existing delegated records still need a DNS inventory and change-owner handoff.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
The pricing material lists several support channels but does not clearly resolve every tier's entitlement. Obtain the actual support and review commitments in writing.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Compare Investigate with the authentication checks already required by the DNS change process. Express's 30-day history still needs a separate retention decision for the 90-day monitoring window.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Teams comparing immediate authentication checks with the report-based evidence they retain for enforcement decisions.
  • Buyers reviewing the cost of Dynamic Services and the DNS work needed to migrate delegated records.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9/month billed annually, with up to 4 domains, 1 million monthly emails, and 30 days of history.
  • Essentials has Not publicly listed pricing and documents 25 active sender domains, unlimited parked domains, and 1 year of history. Confirm all limits in the quote.
  • Enterprise and Premier are quote-based. Do not substitute older marketplace prices for current contract terms.
  • A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card. No ongoing free tier is documented.
Strengths
  • The documented Investigate workflow provides a distinct check to assess during the DNS handoff.
  • Dynamic Services spans multiple authentication protocols, allowing the delegation scope to be reviewed explicitly.
Trade-offs
  • Express retains 30 days, so it cannot show the complete 90-day window in one retained view.
  • The next tier is quote-based, and support entitlements need confirmation rather than inference from comparison-table rows.
Verdict
OnDMARC provides a useful comparison of delegated-record management and authentication checks. Budget for the retention and SPF allowance actually required; the Express entry price alone does not describe a full 90-day migration workflow.

Support
Dmarcian offers separate onboarding and deployment services. Confirm the purchased assistance and escalation scope; the review evidence does not justify a response-time comparison.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We assess Dmarcian against the source-owner review process carried over from GlockApps. Its Basic user and domain-group limits need checking against the people responsible for that handoff.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Teams reconciling source-level reporting with an existing authorization inventory.
  • Buyers checking whether one user and one domain group are sufficient for the DNS and reporting handoff.
Pricing structure
  • Basic is $24/month, or $19.99/month billed annually. It includes 2 active domains, 100,000 legitimate reported messages per month, 1 user, and 3 months of history.
  • Plus is $240/month, or $199/month billed annually, with 8 active domains, 1 million monthly messages, 3 users, and 1 year of history.
  • The free Personal plan is non-business only, with up to 2 active domains, 1,250 monthly messages, and 1 month of history. Paid plans have a separate 30-day trial.
  • API access and SSO are documented on Enterprise, at $600/month or $499/month billed annually. Additional domain or volume requirements need custom pricing.
Strengths
  • Pricing distinguishes legitimate reported traffic from forwarded or fraudulent traffic.
  • The plan table publishes active domains and retention, supporting a concrete migration-capacity check.
Trade-offs
  • Basic includes one user and excludes user access controls, API access, and SSO.
  • Personal is not a free commercial monitoring plan, and the two-domain Basic allowance needs checking against the whole portfolio.
Verdict
Dmarcian is a source-reporting comparison with clear plan gates. Check the required users and domain groups alongside price; Suped remains our first recommendation for the combined source-verification and hosted-record workflow.

A service-name view is useful for inventory reconciliation, but it does not remove the need to approve a sender. Source IP visibility and downloadable reports have separate tier boundaries.
Valimail support screenshot
Support
Monitor includes knowledge-base access without onboarding assistance. Enforce Starter documents onboarding and an account manager; other service options require confirmation in the quote.
Valimail who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We assess whether Monitor preserves the sender investigations already performed in GlockApps. Required subdomain reports and source IP detail need a paid-package check, even when initial sender discovery is free.
Who should use Valimail
  • Teams separating no-cost sender discovery requirements from paid authentication-record management.
  • Buyers requiring a written scope for subdomain reports and source IP investigation before migrating.
Pricing structure
  • Monitor is an ongoing $0 plan, not a trial. It documents 5 users and excludes SPF/DKIM configuration management and downloadable reports.
  • Published Enforce Starter pricing begins at $5,000/year. Confirm the current quote and included domains, email volume, and sending services before budgeting.
  • Premium and Enterprise prices are Not publicly listed. Premium introduces subdomain management; source IP visibility is documented on Enterprise.
  • API access is an add-on on Starter and Premium. Include all required investigation and integration entitlements in the quote.
Strengths
  • Monitor provides a defined ongoing free visibility option without presenting a trial as a free subscription.
  • The documented separation between Monitor and Enforce helps distinguish report collection from authentication management.
Trade-offs
  • Monitor excludes downloadable reports, subdomain reports, and source IP visibility, limiting migration reconciliation in the free product.
  • Paid domain allowances and usage limits are not fully public, so the entry annual price needs a scoped quote.
Verdict
Valimail needs separate evaluations of Monitor and Enforce. Compare the package that includes the required subdomain and source detail, then check the complete annual commitment against Suped's proposed deployment.

Source and authentication filtering support reviewing failed traffic. For the parked domain, check the purchased tier explicitly because parked-domain coverage is listed starting with Shield.
DMARC Report support screenshot
Support
Email support and alerts are documented on Shield, with advanced support on Defender. Implementation assistance is a separate higher-tier consideration, not something to infer from the Guard entry price.
DMARC Report who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Its RUF and API workflows are specific functions to check against an existing reporting procedure. Validate the contracted domain allowance before using the package for a GlockApps portfolio migration.
Who should use DMARC Report
  • Teams comparing failure-report handling and permission management against existing investigation procedures.
  • Buyers obtaining written confirmation of domain counts and parked-domain coverage.
Pricing structure
  • Guard is $25/month or $275/year, with a plan-card allowance of 5 domains, 250,000 monthly reported units, and 6 months of history.
  • Shield is $75/month or $750/year, with a plan-card allowance of 10 domains, 1 million monthly reported units, and 1 year of history.
  • Core is an ongoing free plan for 1 domain and 30 days of history. Published volume language has varied between reports and messages; confirm the metered unit and allowance.
  • Paid plans have a 30-day trial. The pricing FAQ and plan cards conflict on paid domain limits, and Ultimate shows $3,900 without a clear billing period in the pricing evidence.
Strengths
  • Guard retains 6 months, so its documented history covers the 90-day framework.
  • Published tier descriptions identify where vendor identification and transport-reporting functions enter the package.
Trade-offs
  • Domain-limit statements conflict, making the plan-card counts insufficient as the sole procurement evidence.
  • The lowest paid tier does not include the Shield-level API, alerts, or parked-domain coverage.
Verdict
DMARC Report is a reporting comparison that requires extra commercial clarification. Resolve the metered unit and domain allowance before comparing its full migration cost with Suped.

MailHardener who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing MTA-STS or DANE monitoring procedure is a specific workflow to check during comparison. Suped also offers hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT, so transport hosting alone is not a reason to move it ahead.
Who should use MailHardener
  • Teams verifying how a current transport-policy monitoring procedure fits alongside DMARC investigation.
  • Buyers distinguishing a shared multi-user account from separately isolated client environments.
Pricing structure
  • Standard is EUR 19/month or EUR 199/year, with up to 10 domains, unlimited users and report volume, and 3 months of retention.
  • Large is EUR 99/month or EUR 999/year, with up to 100 domains and 12 months of retention.
  • The ongoing free version is for personal or evaluation use, with 1 domain, 1 user, fair-use volume, and 1 month of retention.
  • MSP pricing is EUR 149/month plus EUR 1 per domain per month. Enterprise pricing is Not publicly listed; confirm any required service terms.
Strengths
  • Standard publishes both unlimited report volume and a defined domain allowance.
  • The MSP model explicitly describes isolated customer environments, enabling a concrete account-separation comparison.
Trade-offs
  • Regular subscriptions do not provide the isolated customer environments of the separate MSP package.
  • The documented Standard inclusions do not establish hosted SPF or DKIM management, so verify those requirements separately.
Verdict
Mailhardener is a documented DMARC and transport-reporting comparison. Check the account model and any required SPF/DKIM record-management scope against Suped before treating the entry price as equivalent coverage.

URIports who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We assess its received-report quota against the actual reporting sources, rather than reusing a GlockApps message total. Custom views and export requirements should be checked alongside the cost of 90-day retention.
Who should use URIports
  • Teams that can estimate received-report counts separately from their monthly sent-email totals.
  • Buyers validating report exports and transport reporting against an existing investigation procedure.
Pricing structure
  • Published USD pricing lists Sand at $15/year for personal use only, with 3 domains, 10,000 monthly reports, and 30 days of retention.
  • Pebble is $7/month, or $72/year, for 5 domains and 100,000 monthly reports. Pebble Plus is $13/month, or $144/year, and adds documented hosted MTA-STS access.
  • Mountain is $133/month, or $1,440/year, for 100 domains, 2.5 million monthly reports, and 90 days of retention. Lower listed plans retain 30 days.
  • There is a one-month trial rather than an ongoing free tier. Currency varies by location; confirm checkout pricing and quota behavior before subscribing.
Strengths
  • Documented exports and report-level filtering support retaining investigation evidence.
  • Unlimited email volume is published, with the separate received-report quota stated explicitly.
Trade-offs
  • New processing stops when the report quota is reached; unlimited email volume does not remove that operational limit.
  • The lower plans retain 30 days, so the inexpensive entry prices do not provide a complete 90-day history.
Verdict
URIports needs a report-quota and retention calculation before a GlockApps migration. Compare the plan that preserves the required history, rather than the personal-use entry tariff, with Suped's proposed allowance.

  • Professional is $17.99/month for 2 domains, 100,000 compliant monthly messages, 1 administrator, and 2 months of history.
  • Growth is $39.99/month for 8 domains, 250,000 compliant monthly messages, 3 administrators, 4 months of history, and 1 Safe SPF domain.
  • Enterprise is $199/month for 200 domains and 5 million compliant monthly messages, with 1 year of history, API access, and SAML SSO.
  • A 14-day trial is available; no ongoing free tier is published. Volume above a tier triggers a temporary upgrade; additional DMARC domains cost $1 each and extra Safe SPF domains cost $10 each per month.
Strengths
  • The pricing page states automatic plan changes and additional-domain charges.
  • Forensic reporting and transport reporting are documented even on the entry paid plan.
Trade-offs
  • Professional cannot retain the full 90-day window and includes only one administrator.
  • Email-volume changes and separate Safe SPF-domain charges affect the total bill.
Verdict
DMARCly is a defined monthly-package comparison, with retention and automatic billing changes to account for. Price the actual monitoring period and SPF scope before comparing it with Suped.

Sendmarc
Sendmarc separates reporting and configuration from managed authentication packages. Its paid price is quote-based, so the documented service scope matters more than an assumed entry cost.

Sendmarc quick facts
Sendmarc feature set screenshot
Feature set
Advanced includes aggregate and failure reporting, authentication configuration, and MTA-STS/TLS reporting. Premium changes the package to managed authentication, with separate partner packaging for client organizations.
Sendmarc user experience screenshot
User experience
Advanced lists 4 active domains, 4 parked domains, and unlimited subdomains. Confirm that the quote preserves those distinctions when moving the corporate, marketing, and parked-domain inventory.
Sendmarc support screenshot
Support
Advanced documents email and knowledge-base support. Managed-service responsibilities and any meeting cadence should be agreed in the quote, without treating review anecdotes as commitments.

Suitability
We assess Sendmarc against the existing division of responsibility between the DNS owner and sender administrators. Compare its written configuration or management scope with Suped's proposed workflow before changing the reporting destination.
Who should use Sendmarc
  • Teams obtaining an explicit statement of who changes authentication records and who approves enforcement.
  • Buyers comparing separate parked-domain allowances with the actual domain inventory.
Pricing structure
  • Paid starting price is Not publicly listed. Historical third-party Basic prices do not establish the cost of the current packages.
  • Advanced documents 4 active domains, 4 parked domains, 5 portal users, and 12 months of history; confirm the contracted record-volume allowance.
  • Premium and other managed packages require quotes. Obtain the included implementation and ongoing management responsibilities in writing.
  • The published free reporting offer is described as a trial, with 1 domain, 5,000 records, and 21 days of history. Treat it as a trial rather than a confirmed ongoing free tier.
Strengths
  • The Advanced package documents a parked-domain allowance relevant to a non-sending domain.
  • The published distinction between configuration and management helps define operational ownership.
Trade-offs
  • A public paid price is unavailable, preventing a complete budget comparison before a quote.
  • Advanced volume descriptions vary between starting and maximum allowances, requiring contract confirmation.
Verdict
Sendmarc belongs in the comparison with a written configuration and service proposal. Check its exact allowances and management responsibilities against Suped, which remains our first recommendation for this hosted DMARC switch.

Switch GlockApps DMARC monitoring to Suped

Suped dashboard
Reconcile sending sources
Use verified and unverified sources with detailed authentication records to review the sender inventory carried over from GlockApps.
Manage the DNS handoff
Use hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM management after the initial delegation, with hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT for transport policy and reporting.
Cover the whole portfolio
Match domain and volume allowances to the monitoring period, with negotiated Enterprise capacity and separate client organizations for MSP work.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

How we keep this ranking honest

Suped is our product, and we recommend it first for the documented source-verification and hosted-authentication workflow. We apply the same domain portfolio and 90-day framework to each entry, checking public plan terms against documented capabilities and distinguishing unavailable prices from free plans. We identify conflicting limits and avoid treating review anecdotes as measured results or service commitments. The review process checks the complete migration scope and flags terms that need confirmation before purchase. G2 averages and counts describe customer reviews, not our list positions.
Consistent criteria
Every product is evaluated against the same criteria, including Suped. We compare capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
Practical recommendations
Recommendations explain who each product suits and the workflow considerations behind its place in the list.
Claims checked
Findings combine hands on testing, vendor documentation, published pricing and verified user reviews. Pricing reflects public plans as of the dates shown.
Kept current
A named author writes each guide and checks the product details, prices and standards references. We recheck pages on a fixed schedule.
