Suped

10 best DMARC products for New Zealand in 2026

We rank Suped first among the best DMARC products for New Zealand because our product connects sender verification, authentication investigation, and hosted record management. The buying need is to establish who owns each corporate or outsourced sender before enforcing policy across .nz and .co.nz domains. Suped is hosted SaaS, not self-hostable, and New Zealand data residency is not established by the information reviewed. Require contractual confirmation if local processing is mandatory; listed overseas prices do not establish NZD billing.

Buying priorities for New Zealand sender owners
Ownership of outsourced senders
01.
We prioritise a workflow that distinguishes recognised infrastructure from an authorised business sender. Suped's verified and unverified sources, detail views, and CSV export support checking an agency's marketing account or support desk against a named owner before enforcement. Geography alone is not evidence that a sender is legitimate.
DNS handoff and authentication changes
02.
A New Zealand business needs a DNS approver even when an MSP or overseas agency operates the sender. Suped documents hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM plus MTA-STS/TLS-RPT, reducing repeat DNS edits after approved delegation. Keep an inventory of delegated records, and confirm hosting location and service entitlements rather than inferring them from the domain suffix.
Accountability across domains and clients
03.
The corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain need separate ownership decisions and enough retained history. Suped's organisation management, roles, failure notifications, and client reports support that work across enterprise teams and MSP clients. Compare domain-count rules, USD allowances, and support coverage in NZST/NZDT before committing.

How we tested all 10 products

We assessed published prices, product documentation, and plan limits against a shared 90-day monitoring framework: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and one support desk sender. This is a documented-capability comparison, not a claim that we completed a measured 90-day deployment of every product. We checked price and included domains/email volume, sender classification, authentication edge cases, and supported hosted protocols. The seven cases are an SPF pass with domain alignment, a DKIM pass with domain alignment, an SPF pass with a visible From mismatch, a DKIM pass on a subdomain, forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorised spoof sample, and an unknown sender needing classification. A standalone SPF pass with a mismatched domain does not satisfy DMARC; a subdomain DKIM pass depends on relaxed or strict domain matching, and forwarding can retain a DMARC pass through valid DKIM with domain alignment. We also examined onboarding and DNS handoff, enforcement controls, report drilldowns, alerts, account separation, retention, pricing, and support entitlements. A recognised provider name does not establish sender ownership. Short-history plans do not retain the entire framework window, and no measured setup times, detection results, or support-response claims are inferred.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
What we evaluate
We evaluate each product using the same four criteria to explain its capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.
Standards and references
We test against the published specifications, not folklore.

Suped
Suped is our number-one recommendation for New Zealand businesses open to hosted SaaS. Our product connects DMARC source verification with detailed authentication investigation and hosted record management, so the decision to authorise a sender stays tied to evidence. A marketing agency's Mailchimp account and an internal support desk still need named business owners, even when their infrastructure is recognised. Suped supports that verification workflow alongside organisation management, roles, SAML SSO, and API access for enterprise operations. It is not self-hostable, and a New Zealand hosting location is not established by the product information reviewed.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Our product has separate data and detail views for investigating SPF, DKIM, and DMARC results, including filters for source, reporter, and IP address, plus CSV export. Sources can be verified or left unverified while the business checks ownership. Hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM are documented, alongside SPF flattening and hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. For a New Zealand company using several outsourced senders, this brings report evidence and authentication changes into the same product. Confirm which capabilities are included in the chosen subscription.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
Onboarding starts with adding the domain, configuring aggregate reporting, and verifying that reports arrive. We would then inspect the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain separately, checking the visible From domain against the authenticated identities. The detail view is relevant when a sender passes SPF using another domain or when forwarding breaks SPF but preserves DKIM. The DNS owner still approves the initial reporting and delegation records, and the business still decides whether each sender is authorised.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped's documentation covers setup verification, specific authentication issues, and checking that fixes have taken effect. Failure notifications and summary emails support ongoing review, while MSP organisations and PSA integrations provide a documented route for handling client work. For a New Zealand rollout, agree support coverage in NZST and NZDT, escalation contacts, and any enterprise commitments before scheduling enforcement changes. We do not infer a local office or a guaranteed response time from product capabilities.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
We recommend Suped for New Zealand businesses and enterprise teams that want to identify legitimate senders, investigate failures, and manage authentication records through a hosted service. The same workflow applies when an MSP manages separate client organisations or when internal administrators coordinate with a marketing agency. Enterprise pricing and allowances are negotiable, including scope up to unlimited usage. Buyers requiring self-hosting need a different deployment model, and buyers requiring New Zealand data residency need explicit contractual confirmation before proceeding.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • New Zealand domain owners who need to verify outsourced senders before increasing DMARC enforcement.
  • Enterprise teams coordinating access through roles, SAML SSO, and API workflows, with subscription entitlements confirmed.
  • MSPs that need separate client organisations and documented PSA workflows for authentication issues.
Pricing structure
  • Free is an ongoing tier for 1 domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of retention. The initial 14-day trial has no usage limits; those trial terms do not describe the ongoing free tier.
  • Basic is USD 19/month for 2 domains, 100,000 emails per month, and 90 days of retention. Confirm whether the marketing subdomain is an alias or a separately counted domain.
  • A published USD 29/month allowance covers 3 domains, 250,000 emails per month, and 365 days of retention if all three monitored names count separately. Pro is USD 99/month for 10 domains, 1 million emails per month, and 365 days of retention.
  • Enterprise pricing is negotiated, with scope up to unlimited. MSP pricing is USD 7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention. These are USD prices, not NZD billing claims.
Strengths
  • Source verification and authentication detail support a concrete owner review before policy changes.
  • Hosted record management reduces repeat DNS edits after the initial delegation is approved.
  • Published business allowances and per-domain MSP pricing make the domain-count discussion concrete.
  • Organisation management and enterprise access capabilities support internal teams and managed clients.
Trade-offs
  • Suped is hosted SaaS and cannot be deployed on-premise or self-hosted.
  • The ongoing free tier does not retain a full 90-day monitoring window, and Basic includes only 2 domains.
  • New Zealand data residency and local support-hour commitments require confirmation; neither is established here.
Verdict
Suped takes first place because our product connects verified sender decisions, report investigation, and hosted authentication changes in a practical workflow. Start with the full domain inventory and a named DNS approver, then choose an allowance that retains the monitoring evidence. Proceed only if hosted SaaS meets the business's deployment requirements.

Dynamic Services covers DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI; Express lists a 10-lookup SPF allowance. Investigate and forensic reporting are relevant to outsourced sender checks.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The workflow combines report review with delegated authentication records. A New Zealand DNS owner still needs to approve the initial handoff and coordinate later MX changes with MTA-STS policy maintenance.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
A 14-day trial is advertised, but the public support matrix does not clearly establish every tier entitlement. Confirm onboarding assistance and NZST/NZDT escalation coverage in writing.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing Dynamic Services deployment is a concrete switching consideration because delegated records need a migration plan. Unlimited users and role-based access are listed, but client separation still needs validation against the intended account structure.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Teams reviewing an existing OnDMARC delegation and its record migration requirements.
  • Administrators already using Investigate who need to check retention and domain allowances before renewal.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at USD 9/month billed annually, with up to 4 domains, 1 million monthly emails, and 30 days of history.
  • Essentials pricing is Not publicly listed. Its documented allowances include 25 active sender domains, unlimited parked domains, and 1 year of history.
  • Enterprise and Premier prices are Not publicly listed. A 14-day trial is temporary access, with no ongoing free tier documented.
Strengths
  • The protocol list explicitly includes DKIM record management and MTA-STS/TLS-RPT.
  • Express publishes domain and message allowances alongside its entry price.
Trade-offs
  • Express retains only 30 days, so the full monitoring history requires different packaging or a separate retention arrangement.
  • Higher-tier prices and exact support entitlements require confirmation; Express also retains the 10-lookup SPF allowance.
Verdict
OnDMARC has documented protocol management and investigation functions. Its entry price needs to be read alongside the short history window, SPF allowance, and unpublished higher-tier prices.

Support
Paid plans have a 30-day trial, and separate onboarding and deployment services are advertised. We have no measured support response times; confirm the service scope and New Zealand working-hour overlap.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Existing Dmarcian source reviews, IP Safelisting, and domain-group arrangements are specific items to map before switching. Basic has one user, so involving an MSP and internal owner requires an access-plan check.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Teams auditing an established Dmarcian source inventory before migration.
  • Administrators who need to preserve existing IP Safelisting and domain-group decisions during a switch.
Pricing structure
  • Basic is USD 24/month or USD 19.99/month billed annually. It includes 2 active domains, 100,000 monthly DMARC-capable messages, 1 user, and 3 months of history.
  • Plus is USD 240/month or USD 199/month billed annually, with 8 active domains, 1 million messages, 3 users, and 1 year of history. Enterprise starts at USD 600/month or USD 499/month billed annually.
  • The ongoing free Personal plan allows 2 domains and 1,250 monthly messages with 1 month of history, strictly for non-business use. Paid subscriptions have a separate 30-day trial.
  • Legitimate reported traffic determines volume pricing; forwarded and fraudulent traffic are excluded. Active subdomains count as active domains.
Strengths
  • The pricing model distinguishes legitimate traffic and inactive domains.
  • Paid tiers publish history, user counts, and domain-group allowances.
Trade-offs
  • The free tier cannot cover a New Zealand business domain, and Basic has only one user.
  • Access controls start at Plus; API access and SSO require Enterprise under the published matrix.
Verdict
Dmarcian provides a documented source-analysis workflow. Budget for commercial use and the access tier required to involve each sender owner, rather than treating the Personal account as a business starting point.

Source identification and automatic subdomain detection support the corporate and marketing review. Raw XML is useful for checking the underlying forwarded SPF failure or a DKIM signing-domain result.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Basic lists tutorials, with email support and setup assistance shown as add-ons. Confirm the purchased support scope and New Zealand escalation hours rather than assuming the broader support package is included.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing raw XML review process or hosted MTA-STS configuration is a specific continuity consideration. Basic has two users and domain groups, while separate client tenancy belongs to partner packaging.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Teams mapping existing PowerDMARC hosted records and XML-based investigation procedures before switching.
  • Administrators checking whether a current Basic subscription includes the alerts and support they actually require.
Pricing structure
  • Basic starts at USD 8/month for the 10,001 to 50,000 compliant-email band. At 100,000 emails it is USD 15/month, or USD 12/month billed annually.
  • Basic includes 5 active domains, unlimited inactive domains, 2 users, and 1 year of history. The public paid range reaches USD 250/month as volume rises.
  • The ongoing free tier is personal-only: 1 active domain, 10,000 compliant emails per month, and 10 days of history. Basic has a separate 15-day trial.
  • Hosted SPF on Basic and additional domains require a quote. Enterprise and Partner pricing is Not publicly listed; phishing and invalid traffic do not determine the published billing volume.
Strengths
  • Basic includes a full year of history and a separate inactive-domain allowance.
  • Raw report handling provides evidence beyond a summary pass percentage.
Trade-offs
  • Basic excludes alert management, API access, and hosted DKIM; hosted SPF costs extra.
  • The lowest advertised price is a volume band, and support add-ons need to be included in the budget.
Verdict
PowerDMARC's Basic subscription has useful report and transport-policy functions, with important packaging boundaries. Compare the actual sender volume and required alerts, hosted protocols, and support before relying on the entry price.

EasyDMARC support screenshot
Support
Plus lists knowledgebase access; Premium includes email support and a customer success manager on annual billing. Confirm onboarding scope and NZST/NZDT coverage without treating published roles as response-time guarantees.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Existing managed DMARC or BIMI records are specific migration dependencies to inventory. Direct business accounts and the MSP multi-tenant offer have different packaging, so client separation needs an explicit plan check.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • Teams mapping existing EasyDMARC managed DMARC and BIMI records before a change of provider.
  • Administrators reviewing Plus domain and user limits against a shared agency and internal ownership workflow.
Pricing structure
  • Plus starts at USD 44.99/month or USD 35.99/month billed annually for 100,000 emails, 2 domains, 1 user, and 3 months of history.
  • Premium starts at USD 89.99/month or USD 71.99/month billed annually at 100,000 emails. It includes 4 domains, unlimited users, and 1 year of history.
  • The ongoing free tier includes 1 domain, 1,000 emails per month, 1 user, and 14 days of history. A separate trial is available without a credit card.
  • Higher message volumes change pricing, additional domains require sales, and Enterprise/MSP prices are Not publicly listed. The published quota rule removes report/dashboard access until an over-limit plan is upgraded.
Strengths
  • The documented plan matrix distinguishes managed DMARC, SPF, MTA-STS, and DKIM availability.
  • Published domain, user, and retention limits make the initial package scope visible.
Trade-offs
  • Plus has only two domains and one user; the full separately counted domain set needs additional scope.
  • API, SSO, and managed DKIM are reserved for Enterprise/MSP, and volume limits affect report access.
Verdict
EasyDMARC's documented capabilities span reporting and managed records, with several functions gated by tier. Model the whole New Zealand domain set and named administrators before comparing its entry price with Suped.

Sendmarc who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing Sendmarc-managed implementation is a specific transition consideration because responsibilities and delegated records need to be transferred. Partner packaging includes multi-tenant management, but its commercial terms require confirmation.
Who should use Sendmarc
  • Businesses documenting responsibilities in an existing Sendmarc-managed authentication rollout.
  • Partners reconciling an established multi-tenant deployment with quoted domain and service terms.
Pricing structure
  • Paid starting price: Not publicly listed. Request a proposal that names the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain.
  • Premium lists unlimited emails, domains, history, and portal users; the final service and contract scope still needs confirmation.
  • The free offer is labelled Free Trial, with up to 5,000 email records, 1 domain, 21 days of history, and 1 user. We do not treat that trial as an ongoing free tier.
Strengths
  • Premium documents management of the core authentication records alongside transport reporting.
  • The partner programme describes multi-tenant administration and deployment tools.
Trade-offs
  • No public paid price establishes the cost of the evaluated business footprint.
  • Implementation responsibilities, support hours, and partner billing need proposal-level confirmation.
Verdict
Sendmarc has documented managed authentication capabilities, with pricing that remains proposal-based. A comparison needs the full domain scope and a written division of sender-owner and DNS responsibilities.

Suitability
Existing MailHardener MTA-STS hosting or RUF review procedures are concrete migration items. Buyers using its isolated MSP environments need to map client access and exports before transferring reporting.
Who should use MailHardener
  • Administrators planning a migration of existing hosted MTA-STS policies and failure-report procedures.
  • MSPs mapping existing isolated customer environments and access permissions before switching.
Pricing structure
  • Standard is EUR 19/month or EUR 199/year for up to 10 domains, unlimited report volume, unlimited users, and 3 months of retention.
  • Large is EUR 99/month or EUR 999/year for up to 100 domains and 12 months of retention. Enterprise pricing is Not publicly listed.
  • The ongoing free account is personal/evaluation-only, with 1 domain, 1 user, fair-use report volume, and 1 month of retention.
  • The MSP package is EUR 149/month plus EUR 1 per domain/month, with isolated customer environments. It is separate from the regular Standard subscription.
Strengths
  • Standard publishes unlimited report volume and users with a multi-domain allowance.
  • The MSP documentation explicitly describes isolated customer environments.
Trade-offs
  • The free account is not an ongoing commercial substitute, and Standard setup is self-service.
  • Hosted SPF, DKIM, and DMARC record management are not established by the cited plan cards; confirm any required hosting scope.
Verdict
MailHardener's published scope covers report aggregation and transport-policy hosting. Compare that scope with the hosted authentication records and sender-verification work required for the business, and distinguish regular accounts from the separate MSP package.

Suitability
An existing DNS timeline or managed SPF configuration is a specific continuity consideration. Check administrator counts and access controls when an internal domain owner and external MSP both need access.
Who should use DMARCly
  • Teams inventorying existing DMARCly DNS timeline investigations and managed SPF records before migration.
  • Administrators reviewing the effect of its automatic volume-based plan changes on campaign budgets.
Pricing structure
  • Professional is USD 17.99/month for 2 domains, 100,000 compliant messages, 1 administrator, and 2 months of history.
  • Growth is USD 39.99/month for 8 domains, 250,000 messages, 3 administrators, 4 months of history, and 1 managed SPF domain.
  • Business is USD 69/month; Enterprise is USD 199/month. API access, user access control, and SAML SSO are listed at Enterprise.
  • There is a 14-day trial and no permanent free tier. Volume over the plan quota temporarily moves billing to the next suitable tier; additional DMARC domains cost USD 1 each beyond quota.
Strengths
  • The plan table publishes compliant-message limits and administrator allowances.
  • The overage policy explains automatic tier changes and extra domain charges.
Trade-offs
  • Professional does not retain 90 days and includes only one administrator.
  • Campaign peaks change billing automatically, and managed SPF has its own domain limits.
Verdict
DMARCly has published reporting functions and billing rules. The entry price does not cover a full 90-day history, and campaign peaks and hosted SPF domain counts belong in the cost comparison.

Existing REST API domain imports or hosted DMARC records are specific migration considerations. Client access is documented for the MSP plan, while standard subscriptions have their own team-member limits.
Who should use DMARCwise
  • Teams planning a transfer of existing hosted DMARC records or API-driven domain imports.
  • MSPs reconciling an existing client-access workflow with the published minimum billing commitment.
Pricing structure
  • Starter is EUR 15/month billed yearly as EUR 180 plus taxes. It includes 3 domains, 3 months of retention, and 3 team members.
  • Growth is EUR 39/month billed yearly with 20 domains, 6 months of retention, unlimited members, and SSO. Scale is EUR 99/month billed yearly with 100 domains and 1 year of retention.
  • Free includes 1 domain, a soft limit of 1,000 monthly emails, and 2 weeks of retention. A separate 14-day trial is available; paid plans have unlimited reporting volume.
  • MSP pricing is EUR 1 per active domain/month with a 100-domain minimum charge of EUR 100/month plus taxes. It includes unlimited report processing and 1 year of retention.
Strengths
  • The paid volume policy removes message-volume bands from the published price calculation.
  • Starter explicitly publishes domain, member, and retention allowances.
Trade-offs
  • Free does not retain the full monitoring window and excludes additional team members.
  • The MSP minimum matters for a smaller client portfolio; hosted SPF/DKIM inclusion is not established by the reviewed plan details.
Verdict
DMARCwise has published domain-based packages and unlimited paid report volume. Its member limits, retention, MSP minimum, and required hosted protocols still need to be matched to the business's actual workflow.

  • Teams moving an existing regression-alert and parked-domain monitoring workflow.
  • Administrators comparing a published bulk-import/API process against actual reported email volume.
Pricing structure
  • Personal is USD 1/month or USD 10/year for 10 domains, 2,000 reported emails per month, and 1 administrator.
  • Starter is USD 25/month or USD 250/year for 25 domains, 500,000 monthly emails, and unlimited administrators. Medium is USD 50/month or USD 500/year for 100 domains and 2 million emails.
  • Large is USD 100/month or USD 1,000/year for 200 domains and 5 million emails, with priority support. All public tiers retain 90 days.
  • The 30-day trial is temporary; there is no ongoing free tier. Report processing stops when the monthly email capacity is exceeded and resumes after an upgrade or the next calendar month.
Strengths
  • History, domain allowances, and message caps are stated separately in the plan table.
  • Parked-domain and transport-failure alerts are explicitly documented.
Trade-offs
  • The lowest price has a 2,000-email cap and only one administrator.
  • Over-limit report processing stops, priority support requires Large, and hosted protocol scope needs confirmation.
Verdict
VerifyDMARC's public plans make the limits visible, including the low-volume entry tier and processing stop at quota. Compare those constraints with campaign peaks and the required record-management workflow before budgeting.

Use Suped to verify and manage your New Zealand senders

Suped dashboard
Verify each sending source
Use our product's source verification and record detail to investigate outsourced senders before authorising them. Keep the agency or internal owner involved in the decision.
Make DNS handoffs explicit
Inventory existing delegation, approve the initial DNS changes, and use supported hosted authentication records for ongoing management. Confirm the required services in your plan.
Keep domains and clients accountable
Use organisations and roles for access, then configure failure notifications and client reports. Choose published allowances or negotiate enterprise scope for the actual domain portfolio.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

Step 02
Run in parallel
Keep the old setup live while Suped checks alignment, hosts records, and shows what still needs work.
Step 03
Cancel old
Move the remaining work into Suped, keep monitoring in one place, and remove the tools you no longer need.

How we keep this ranking honest

We publish Suped and evaluate our product using the same domain footprint and authentication cases as the other nine entries. Our review process checks published prices and plan restrictions against product documentation, distinguishes reporting from record hosting, and keeps unresolved commercial terms explicit. We use documented capabilities rather than invented deployment measurements, and treat customer feedback as context rather than proof of a technical result. G2 averages are out of five and use the available review totals; products without reviews have no available G2 average. Prices remain in their stated currencies and billing periods. Starting prices describe paid entry options, while free-tier flags are qualified in each entry. No listing establishes New Zealand residency, NZD invoicing, local offices, or local certifications.
Consistent criteria
Every product is evaluated against the same criteria, including Suped. We compare capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
Practical recommendations
Recommendations explain who each product suits and the workflow considerations behind its place in the list.
Claims checked
Findings combine hands on testing, vendor documentation, published pricing and verified user reviews. Pricing reflects public plans as of the dates shown.
Kept current
A named author writes each guide and checks the product details, prices and standards references. We recheck pages on a fixed schedule.
