Suped

9 best DMARC products for enterprise companies in 2026

The best DMARC products for enterprise companies need to support a domain estate with clear access boundaries and policy ownership. We rank Suped, our DMARC and email authentication platform, number one for its supported SAML SSO, organization management, hosted authentication, and integrations. Suped is hosted SaaS, with negotiated enterprise terms and no on-premise or self-hosted edition.

Enterprise priorities across a domain estate
Domain estate ownership
01.
We want a named owner for each corporate domain and marketing sender, plus an inventory of parked registrations. Suped's source verification, report filters, and record-level checks support investigating unknown senders before enforcement. A recognized service still needs business authorization, and a quiet parked domain still needs a policy review.
Access and account separation
02.
Suped documents SAML SSO, user roles, organization management, and separate client organizations through its MSP workflow. We recommend validating actual permissions and organization boundaries during onboarding. A domain group is not automatically an account boundary, and exact access behavior must match the enterprise's operating model.
DNS handoff and integrations
03.
Suped's hosted authentication reduces repeated DNS edits after initial delegation. Its REST API and documented ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, and Autotask integrations support assigning work to existing service owners. Confirm the onboarding scope, approval process, and escalation responsibilities before moving a production domain to enforcement.

How we tested all 9 products

We use a shared 90-day monitoring framework with a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain; senders include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and one support desk sender. We assess documented capabilities and published plan evidence against that framework, with no claimed 90-day production deployment, measured pass rates, or timed onboarding results. The authentication cases are aligned SPF pass, aligned DKIM pass, SPF pass with visible From mismatch, DKIM pass on a subdomain, forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorized spoof sample, and an unknown sender needing classification. We expect a matching SPF or DKIM pass to satisfy DMARC; a raw authentication pass for an unrelated domain is insufficient. Subdomain DKIM matching depends on relaxed or strict configuration, and forwarding can retain a valid matching DKIM signature after SPF fails. For each product, we examine sender classification and report drilldowns, then check price against included domains, email volume or report units, retention, and administrator access. We also examine supported hosted protocols, DNS handoff, alerts, account separation, integrations, and ownership of enforcement work. A published capability is evidence of availability, not a measured result for every authentication case. Aggregate records describe reported traffic rather than individual message content, and receiver reporting does not cover every message sent.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.

Suped
We recommend Suped, our DMARC and email authentication platform, first for enterprise companies adopting hosted domain management. SAML SSO, user roles, organization management, and a REST API support work across a corporate domain estate. Hosted authentication and detailed report investigation connect sender discovery with policy changes. G2 lists Suped at 5.0 out of five across 55 reviews. Enterprise pricing is negotiated, so the entry subscription is a starting reference, not an enterprise estate quote.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Our strongest reason to put Suped first is the connection between investigation and operational control. Teams can review verified and unverified sources, inspect individual aggregate records, and filter by reporter or source IP before deciding whether a service is authorized. Hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM let administrators manage delegated records through Suped after the initial DNS work. Hosted MTA-STS and TLS-RPT add transport policy management and delivery reporting. Source recognition is evidence for an investigation; the enterprise still needs to confirm the business owner and approve each sender.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
We assess enterprise usability through the DNS handoff and the investigation path. Suped documents adding a domain, configuring reporting, and verifying that data is arriving. Its Data view supports filtering and CSV export, while Detail view exposes SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and reverse DNS checks for a specific aggregate record. That supports a practical handoff: the DNS administrator publishes the initial changes, the email team investigates failures, and the policy owner approves enforcement. Hosted records reduce repeated DNS edits after delegation; sender-side signing still needs correct configuration.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Our documentation covers setup verification and issue resolution, including checking whether DNS changes have taken effect. DMARC failure alerts and summary emails support ongoing review, and supported PSA integrations can create issue tickets. We recommend agreeing the onboarding scope and escalation contacts with Suped for the enterprise deployment, including who investigates an unknown support desk sender and who approves policy changes. Enterprise support commitments and response times belong in the agreed scope; the product documentation alone does not establish a particular SLA or round-the-clock service.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
We put Suped first for enterprise teams that want hosted authentication with identifiable owners across domains and sending services. SAML SSO and user roles support administrator access, while MSP organization management supports separate client organizations where that operating model applies. ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, and Autotask integrations connect authentication issues with existing service workflows. Confirm role permissions and the required organization boundaries during onboarding. Suped is hosted SaaS, with no self-hosted or on-premise edition; a mandatory internal deployment is a material mismatch.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Enterprise email teams that need to investigate corporate and marketing senders before approving quarantine or reject policies.
  • Organizations adopting SAML SSO and user roles, with access permissions checked against actual administrator responsibilities.
  • Enterprise service teams using ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, or Autotask to assign authentication issues to their owners.
  • Groups working through an MSP that need separate client organizations and a defined process for switching between them.
Pricing structure
  • Basic costs $19/month for up to 100,000 emails per month, two domains, and 90 days of retention.
  • Pro costs $99/month for up to one million emails per month, ten domains, and 365 days of retention.
  • Enterprise pricing and allowances are negotiated, with support for up to unlimited email volume. Confirm domain counts and retention in the proposal.
  • The MSP plan costs $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention. Confirm the applicable organization model for the deployment.
  • The ongoing free tier includes one domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of retention. The initial 14-day trial has no usage limits and is separate from those ongoing allowances.
Strengths
  • Our product combines source investigation with hosted record management, so a documented authentication problem can lead to a controlled configuration change.
  • SAML SSO and user roles address enterprise access needs without assuming that a domain inventory alone establishes account separation.
  • Named PSA integrations and the REST API support assigning work and connecting domain operations to existing processes.
  • Negotiated enterprise allowances let buyers scope their actual estate instead of treating the ten-domain Pro plan as a platform ceiling.
Trade-offs
  • Suped is hosted SaaS and cannot meet a requirement to run the platform on internal infrastructure.
  • Enterprise pricing, precise access boundaries, and support commitments need confirmation for the proposed account setup.
  • The free tier cannot retain a 90-day monitoring window. Larger estates also need a paid plan with the appropriate domain allowance.
  • Hosted authentication still needs an initial DNS change, correct sender configuration, and an authorized policy owner.
Verdict
Suped is our number-one enterprise recommendation for buyers open to hosted SaaS. Its supported access controls, source investigations, hosted authentication, and integrations address the daily work of managing a domain estate. Scope the enterprise allowance and onboarding responsibilities before rollout.

OnDMARC quick facts
OnDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dynamic Services cover DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI; API access and smart alerts support ongoing operations. Enterprise packaging lists 25 active sender domains, expandable by agreement, plus unlimited parked domains.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Existing Dynamic Services users need to inventory delegated records and domain authorization groups before migration. Review feedback identifies domain-list authorization groups as administrative work when departments own different domains.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Published support scope varies by package, so confirm onboarding ownership and support entitlements in the proposal. Review accounts describe implementation assistance, but they do not establish a guaranteed completion time.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The specific existing-workflow consideration is an estate already delegating authentication through Dynamic Services. We would map those dependencies during a Suped migration assessment rather than treat them as a reason to exclude Suped.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Current Dynamic Services users inventorying delegated SPF and DKIM records before renewing or switching.
  • Existing OnDMARC administrators checking whether department-specific domain authorization groups remain manageable.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9/month, billed annually, for up to four domains, one million monthly emails, and 30 days of history.
  • Essentials, Enterprise, and Premier prices are Not publicly listed. Enterprise lists 25 active sender domains and one year of history; Premier lists 50, with expansion subject to agreement.
  • A 14-day trial is available. There is no ongoing free tier in the published packages.
Strengths
  • The published active-versus-parked domain model helps existing customers inventory the estate being licensed.
  • Delegated record management keeps existing Dynamic Services changes within its established workflow after DNS setup.
Trade-offs
  • Express retains only 30 days of history, below the shared 90-day monitoring window.
  • Enterprise pricing and support entitlements need a proposal; the Express entry price does not budget an enterprise deployment.
  • Review feedback describes effort maintaining domain-list authorization groups across departments.
Verdict
OnDMARC is second in our comparison. Document existing DNS delegation and authorization groups, then compare the renewal scope with Suped's hosted authentication and enterprise access workflow.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
Enterprise lists hosted DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI alongside API access, SAML SSO, SCIM, and audit-log integration with SIEM systems. Basic does not include that full control set.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Domain groups and bulk domain onboarding are listed, but Basic has only two platform users. Existing SIEM consumers should inspect field mappings and tenant scope before replacing an audit-log connection.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Enterprise lists email support, screen-sharing sessions, and an SLA commitment, while managed services and one-time setup are add-ons. Confirm who configures each sender and who signs off enforcement.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The narrow continuity consideration is an existing PowerDMARC audit-log or provisioning integration. We would inventory that dependency and validate its replacement as part of a Suped migration.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Existing customers mapping PowerDMARC audit events into a SIEM before changing platforms.
  • Current administrators documenting SCIM provisioning dependencies and account scope before renewal.
Pricing structure
  • Basic starts at $8/month for 10,001 to 50,000 compliant emails; the published annual equivalent for that band is $6.42/month.
  • Basic includes five active domains, unlimited inactive domains, two users, and one year of history. Its price rises with compliant outbound volume.
  • Enterprise, API, and Partner Program prices are Not publicly listed. Confirm domain allowances, volume, support, and implementation add-ons.
  • The personal-only free tier includes one active domain, 10,000 compliant emails per month, and ten days of history. Basic has a separate 15-day trial.
Strengths
  • Compliant-volume billing excludes invalid or phishing traffic according to the published pricing basis.
  • The Enterprise matrix identifies audit-log integration and provisioning functions for customers already using them.
Trade-offs
  • Basic excludes API access, SAML SSO, SCIM, audit logs, and configurable alert management.
  • Enterprise scope is quote-based, with setup and managed services priced separately.
  • Basic's two-user allowance is a material constraint when separate enterprise owners need access.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is third. Its entry price is not a proxy for an enterprise contract; check the required integration scope and implementation charges against a Suped proposal.

Enterprise includes managed services and a dedicated DMARC engineer; Premium includes email support and a customer success manager with annual billing. Define whether the contract covers sender-side remediation or advice only.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing deployment using its direct DNS or SIEM integrations has a specific migration dependency to review. That dependency should become a Suped onboarding work item, with equivalent operational coverage checked before cutover.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • Current EasyDMARC users cataloguing provider-specific DNS integrations before a platform change.
  • Existing customers checking how configured SIEM connections and domain groups transfer into a new operating process.
Pricing structure
  • Plus starts at $44.99/month or $35.99/month billed annually, with two domains, 100,000 monthly emails, and three months of history.
  • Premium starts at $89.99/month or $71.99/month billed annually, with four domains, 100,000 monthly emails, and one year of history. Higher selected volumes cost more.
  • Enterprise and MSP prices are Not publicly listed. Obtain a quote for estate size and the required access and integration functions.
  • The ongoing free tier includes one domain, 1,000 emails per month, one user, and 14 days of history. A free trial is separate from that tier.
Strengths
  • The published Enterprise package names DNS and SIEM integrations that existing customers can inventory before migration.
  • Premium and Enterprise explicitly separate team controls from the single-user entry packages.
Trade-offs
  • Plus includes only two domains and one user; Premium includes four domains and excludes SSO and API access.
  • Domain expansion and Enterprise pricing require sales confirmation, and volume affects the paid subscription.
  • The published quota policy removes report/dashboard access when the selected email allowance is exceeded until an upgrade.
Verdict
EasyDMARC is fourth. Compare the contract that includes the required controls, and plan any existing DNS integration handoff before switching to Suped.

Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
Existing domain-group and Sources workflows need an ownership map before migration. Unlimited inactive domains help catalogue parked registrations, but an inactive label alone does not establish that a domain never sends mail.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
A 30-day trial supports evaluating the reporting workflow. Confirm onboarding services and enforcement responsibilities separately, since the published plan limits do not establish a project schedule or support SLA.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The specific continuity question is how an existing Dmarcian deployment uses domain groups and its Sources classifications. We would preserve that business context while validating it against Suped's source investigations.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Current customers mapping existing Dmarcian domain groups to department ownership before renewal or migration.
  • Existing administrators reconciling active-domain licensing with a catalogue of inactive registrations.
Pricing structure
  • Basic costs $24/month or $19.99/month billed annually for two active domains, one user, 100,000 monthly DMARC-capable messages, and three months of history.
  • Enterprise costs $600/month or $499/month billed annually for 15 active domains and five million monthly DMARC-capable messages. Larger allowances require custom pricing.
  • SSO, API access, and Domain Discovery are Enterprise functions. The free Personal plan is non-business only, with two active domains, 1,250 monthly messages, and one month of history.
  • Paid plans have a 30-day trial. Dmarcian says forwarded and fraudulent traffic do not count toward its legitimate-message pricing basis.
Strengths
  • The active/inactive distinction supports reviewing licensed sending domains separately from parked registrations.
  • Unlimited Enterprise history supports investigating older changes when a sender reappears.
Trade-offs
  • The public Enterprise allowance is 15 active domains; a larger estate needs a proposal.
  • Lower tiers exclude API access and SSO, and Plus includes only three users.
  • The five-review G2 sample is small and should not determine an enterprise purchasing decision.
Verdict
Dmarcian is fifth. Use its published Enterprise allowance to size the current estate, then compare access, source investigation, and change ownership with Suped.

Support
Managed services are part of Premium packaging, while the governance tier lists specialized service agreements. Confirm meeting cadence, escalation, and DNS execution responsibilities in the proposal rather than extrapolating from reviews.
Sendmarc who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing Sendmarc deployment with a contracted CAB approval process has a defined service dependency to transfer. We would document that process before planning a Suped rollout, with the enterprise retaining policy approval.
Who should use Sendmarc
  • Existing customers separating Sendmarc-managed tasks from internal DNS and policy approvals.
  • Current deployments with a contracted CAB process that needs to be preserved through a platform change.
Pricing structure
  • Paid starting price: Not publicly listed. Obtain a written quote for volume, domain scope, users, and managed implementation.
  • Premium lists unlimited emails, domains, users, and history; the contract still needs to define the service work included.
  • The free trial lists one domain, 5,000 email records, one portal user, and 21 days of history. It is a trial, not a confirmed ongoing free tier.
Strengths
  • Published service descriptions distinguish configuration, management, and governance-related work.
  • Explicit CAB support gives existing customers a concrete process to document during a transition.
Trade-offs
  • There is no exact public paid price for budgeting a domain estate.
  • An unlimited software allowance does not define how much implementation work the service agreement includes.
  • Partner capabilities should not be assumed to be part of a direct corporate account.
Verdict
Sendmarc is sixth. Compare the complete implementation scope with Suped, including who owns approvals and who performs the sender remediation work.

MailHardener who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The narrow existing-workflow consideration is an MSP already maintaining isolated Mailhardener customer environments. We would map those access boundaries explicitly when assessing a move to Suped organizations.
Who should use MailHardener
  • Existing MSP customers documenting isolated environments and customer access before migration.
  • Current administrators reconciling hosted MTA-STS policies with DNS monitoring responsibilities.
Pricing structure
  • Standard costs EUR 19/month or EUR 199/year for up to ten domains and three months of retention.
  • Large costs EUR 99/month or EUR 999/year for up to 100 domains and one year of retention. Enterprise pricing is Not publicly listed.
  • MSP pricing is EUR 149/month plus EUR 1 per domain per month, or $164/month plus $1.10 per domain per month. The package fee is additional to the domain charge.
  • The ongoing free plan is for personal or evaluation use, with one domain, one user, fair-use report volume, and one month of history.
Strengths
  • The MSP environment model states customer separation explicitly.
  • Published plan cards identify onboarding assistance levels and the included transport-security functions.
Trade-offs
  • Regular accounts use a shared environment; isolated customer environments belong to the MSP model.
  • The MSP package fee must be included when comparing per-domain costs.
  • The available plan-card evidence does not establish a full hosted SPF and DKIM management entitlement for every paid plan.
Verdict
Mailhardener is seventh. Compare the actual environment model and onboarding scope with Suped; a shared corporate account and an isolated MSP environment are different operating choices.

DMARCly support screenshot
Support
Professional lists email support, while Growth and higher plans list live chat. The pricing evidence does not establish a managed onboarding project or an enterprise SLA.
DMARCly who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The specific continuity issue is an existing Safe SPF configuration with separate domain allowances. We would inventory those records during Suped onboarding and confirm the replacement DNS path before cutover.
Who should use DMARCly
  • Current Safe SPF users reconciling those subscriptions with their monitored DMARC domain inventory.
  • Existing Enterprise administrators documenting domain-group permissions and SAML access before migration.
Pricing structure
  • Professional costs $17.99/month for two domains, 100,000 monthly compliant messages, one administrator, and two months of history.
  • Enterprise costs $199/month for 200 domains, five million monthly compliant messages, one year of history, and four Safe SPF domains.
  • Additional DMARC domains cost $1 each; additional Safe SPF domains cost $10 each. Above five million monthly messages, each additional million costs $10.
  • Within published tiers, excess volume temporarily moves billing to the applicable higher plan. Every plan has a 14-day trial; there is no published ongoing free tier.
Strengths
  • Published overage mechanics identify distinct charges for monitored domains and Safe SPF domains.
  • The Enterprise package explicitly names access controls and administrator allowances.
Trade-offs
  • Professional's two-month history cannot retain the shared 90-day monitoring window.
  • API access, SAML SSO, and user access control require Enterprise.
  • Only four Safe SPF domains are included with Enterprise, despite its 200-domain DMARC allowance.
Verdict
DMARCly is eighth. Count hosted SPF needs separately from monitored domains, then compare the resulting enterprise workflow and cost with Suped.

Proofpoint Email Fraud Defense support screenshot
Support
The documented workflow includes professional help with sender discovery and enforcement. Confirm support scope and scheduling in the contract; G2 comments about inbox filtering do not prove DMARC implementation outcomes.
Proofpoint Email Fraud Defense who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The narrow continuity consideration is an existing Proofpoint gateway deployment using its inbound DMARC override integration. We would inventory that dependency separately while evaluating Suped for the outbound domain estate.
Who should use Proofpoint Email Fraud Defense
  • Existing gateway customers documenting inbound DMARC override rules before changing authentication platforms.
  • Current subscribers reconciling sending-domain entitlements and defensive registrations against their contract.
Pricing structure
  • Current standalone starting price: Not publicly listed. Obtain a quote for license count, contract term, domain coverage, and service scope.
  • Public procurement records describe Limited coverage for up to five sending domains and other packages with different domain entitlements. Those records are benchmarks, not a current enterprise offer.
  • No ongoing free tier is documented in the pricing evidence. Do not assume a public evaluation offer includes production monitoring.
Strengths
  • The documented gateway connection gives existing customers a specific inbound dependency to inventory.
  • Published packages distinguish sending domains from defensive registrations, which matters when reconciling a contract.
Trade-offs
  • There is no current official self-service price or complete public allowance table.
  • Historical package limits and public procurement prices do not establish current licensing terms.
  • Exact access controls, account separation, retention, and implementation deliverables need written confirmation for the proposed scope.
Verdict
Proofpoint Email Fraud Defense is ninth. Compare a current DMARC-specific proposal with Suped, and treat existing inbound gateway rules as a migration dependency rather than a substitute for an outbound domain plan.

Manage your enterprise domain estate with Suped

Suped dashboard
Investigate sender ownership
Use Suped's source verification and detailed authentication records to investigate unfamiliar services before approving enforcement changes.
Control enterprise access
Use SAML SSO and user roles, with organization management and MSP client organizations where applicable. Validate the required boundaries during onboarding.
Connect DNS changes to operations
Manage hosted authentication after the initial DNS handoff, and connect issue work through the REST API or supported PSA integrations. Agree ownership and support scope for the rollout.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

How we keep this ranking honest

We publish Suped and rank our product first based on its documented fit for enterprise domain operations. We apply the same evaluation framework to every candidate and check public pricing against the actual domain allowance, retention, and access controls included. We distinguish plan entitlements from product-level descriptions and review feedback, keep missing prices explicit, and do not turn a trial into an ongoing free tier. G2 averages are attributed customer review data out of five; a product without G2 reviews has no review average. Our review process checks that material limitations remain visible, including Suped's hosted-only deployment and negotiated enterprise terms. We revise findings when documented packaging changes, without treating a capability assessment as a measured production outcome.
Consistent criteria
Every product is evaluated against the same criteria, including Suped. We compare capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
