Suped

10 best TechSneeze DMARC Report Viewer alternatives in 2026

We rank our product, Suped, first among Techsneeze DMARCts report viewer alternatives for teams ready to replace a locally operated viewer with hosted monitoring and authentication management. Suped is SaaS, with no self-hosted or on-premise edition. A local-deployment requirement materially changes the choice, so we include self-hosted projects alongside hosted products and spell out the history and DNS handoff.

What matters when replacing the TechSneeze reporting stack
Reporting-stack handoff
01.
TechSneeze's README describes a PHP viewer reading a database populated by a separate parser. Suped takes report collection and the application into a hosted service. We recommend that handoff only when SaaS deployment is acceptable; it does not provide an on-premise edition or establish direct compatibility with the old SQL archive.
Sender investigation before enforcement
02.
A new report interface should help determine whether a failure belongs to an authorized sender, forwarding, or spoofing. Suped's verified-source workflow and detailed SPF/DKIM checks connect aggregate evidence to that investigation. We would classify the unknown support desk sender before changing policy, rather than authorizing an IP solely because its hostname looks familiar.
History and domain coverage
03.
Preserve the 90-day review window and verify how the marketing subdomain and parked domain count. Suped Basic includes 90 days of history for two domains; a $29/month configuration includes three domains and a year of history. Separate client organizations and Enterprise options address access requirements without making local database administration part of the workflow.

How we tested all 10 products

We use the same 90-day evaluation framework for all ten products: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and one support desk sender. The findings are based on documented capabilities and published pricing; the window is an evaluation design, with no completed 90-day deployment, measured pass rate, or support interaction claimed. We compare price and included domains or email volume, report quotas and retention, sender classification, authentication edge cases, and supported hosted protocols. The cases are an aligned SPF pass, an aligned DKIM pass, SPF passing with a visible From domain mismatch, DKIM passing on a subdomain, forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorized spoof sample, and an unknown sender needing classification. Following the DMARC specification's domain-matching rules, SPF passing for an unrelated domain does not satisfy DMARC by itself; a subdomain DKIM signature requires the appropriate relaxed or strict domain match; forwarding with failed SPF still passes DMARC when a valid matching DKIM signature survives. We assess documented investigation support for those cases without asserting that every product identified each case correctly. Onboarding, DNS handoff, enforcement controls, drilldowns, alerts, account separation, and support entitlements are reviewed against that same migration. For hosted protocols, we distinguish DMARC/SPF/DKIM management from MTA-STS hosting and TLS-RPT collection. A report collector does not enforce policy by itself, and the 90-day window is not a guarantee that enforcement is safe.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
What we evaluate
We evaluate each product using the same four criteria to explain its capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.

Suped
We recommend our product, Suped, first for TechSneeze users ready to move to hosted DMARC operations. The practical change is replacing a locally maintained reporting stack with report collection, verified source workflows, authentication investigation, and hosted record management. Suped is hosted SaaS, with no self-hosted or on-premise edition. That deployment difference matters more than any feature comparison if reports must remain on your own infrastructure.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped connects DMARC aggregate reporting to the work that follows a failed check. Sources distinguishes verified and unverified senders, Data view filters records by source, reporter, or IP, and Detail view provides SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and reverse DNS checks. We can investigate a support desk sender without treating every unknown source as spoofing. Hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM management, including SPF flattening, support remediation after the initial DNS handoff. Hosted MTA-STS and TLS-RPT cover transport policy and TLS delivery reporting, which are separate from DMARC authentication.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
Onboarding starts by adding the domain, publishing the supplied reporting configuration in DNS, and verifying that reports arrive. The workflow then moves between the source table and individual aggregate records, with CSV export for a DNS administrator or sender owner. For a TechSneeze migration, we would preserve the existing report archive separately and use new reports to verify continuity. The available documentation does not establish a direct import of the existing TechSneeze SQL database.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped's documentation covers setup verification and issue resolution, alongside failure alerts and summary emails for ongoing monitoring. Paid business support includes email and phone channels; Enterprise has dedicated technical support. We would agree the DNS change owner and escalation process during onboarding, particularly before enforcement changes. No response-time measurement or contractual SLA is asserted here.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped suits organizations that want hosted reporting linked to authentication changes, including enterprise customers and MSPs managing separate client organizations. Users and roles, SAML SSO, and API access support administration, with plan scope confirmed during purchase. Our recommendation depends on accepting SaaS deployment and choosing sufficient domain coverage and retention for the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain.

Who should use Suped
  • TechSneeze operators ready to hand report collection and application maintenance to a hosted platform.
  • Teams that need to classify senders, investigate failures, and manage authentication records in the same product.
  • Enterprise teams and MSPs needing organization access controls and a documented authentication handoff.
Pricing structure
  • Free includes one domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of history. The initial 14-day trial has no usage limits; the ongoing free plan does.
  • Basic is $19/month for two domains, up to 100,000 emails per month, and 90 days of history. A $29/month configuration includes three domains, 250,000 emails per month, and 365 days of history.
  • Pro is $99/month for ten domains, up to one million emails per month, and 365 days of history. Confirm how separately monitored subdomains count before choosing a configuration.
  • Enterprise pricing is negotiated, with capacity up to unlimited. MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention; confirm the required feature scope.
Strengths
  • Connects source verification and detailed failure investigation with hosted authentication management.
  • Has a 90-day entry paid retention window, longer-history configurations, and Enterprise and MSP options.
Trade-offs
  • SaaS deployment does not satisfy a requirement to run the application on your own servers.
  • Free retention is too short for the 90-day framework, and historical TechSneeze database import is not established by the documentation.
Verdict
Suped is our number-one recommendation for a hosted TechSneeze replacement because its documented workflow connects report investigation to sender verification and authentication changes. Confirm deployment acceptance, domain accounting, and history requirements before changing the reporting address.

Aggregate reporting and source enrichment are included across plans. Basic adds alerts and forensic reporting, while API access and SSO require Enterprise in the published table.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
The report workflow uses Sources and detected subdomains rather than only the existing SQL report list. Confirm the tier includes the drilldowns and export access needed before retiring local queries.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
A 30-day paid-plan trial is available. We would confirm onboarding and support scope for the selected package; the evidence does not establish a response-time commitment.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We would assess Dmarcian for source-enriched aggregate reporting and forensic report viewing. Confirm domain-group and access requirements against the selected tier before committing the migrated domains.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Teams evaluating hosted source enrichment alongside their existing TechSneeze reports.
  • Operators comparing domain groups with the domain filters used in their current reporting process.
Pricing structure
  • Personal is free for non-business use only: two active domains, 1,250 messages per month, and one month of history.
  • Basic is $24/month or $19.99/month billed annually, with two active domains, 100,000 messages per month, three months of history, and one user.
  • Plus is $240/month or $199/month billed annually, with eight active domains, one million messages per month, one year of history, and three users.
  • Enterprise is $600/month or $499/month billed annually. Confirm subdomain accounting and API requirements; forwarded and fraudulent traffic do not count toward the published legitimate-traffic meter.
Strengths
  • Publishes domain, user, message-volume, and retention allowances.
  • Basic provides alerts and a three-month history window for a continuing review.
Trade-offs
  • The free plan excludes business domains and cannot support a commercial migration pilot indefinitely.
  • Basic has one user; API access and SSO are gated to Enterprise.
Verdict
Dmarcian is a documented hosted reporting option. Compare the required access tier and active-domain allowance with Suped before replacing the existing viewer.

All subscriptions include DMARC analysis, authentication validation tools, and JSON/CSV export. Hosted MTA-STS begins at Pebble Plus; those transport functions are separate from DMARC enforcement.
URIports user experience screenshot
User experience
Filters and custom views support investigation by report data. We would measure the existing mailbox's report arrival rate before selecting a quota, because email counts do not directly predict report counts.
URIports support screenshot
Support
Product support is included, and a one-month trial requires no payment details. Specialist support entitlement needs confirmation for the chosen plan.
URIports who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The relevant existing-workflow preference is reviewing DMARC and TLS reports under URIports' report-based quota. Compare its retention and processing-stop behavior with the intended 90-day review.
Who should use URIports
  • Operators comparing DMARC and TLS report investigation under the same report quota.
  • Teams that can budget from measured incoming report counts rather than sent email volume.
Pricing structure
  • Sand is $15/year for personal use, with three domains, 10,000 reports per month, and 30 days of retention.
  • Pebble is $7/month or $72/year for five domains, 100,000 reports per month, and 30 days of retention. Pebble Plus is $13/month or $144/year.
  • Mountain is $133/month or $1,440/year for 100 domains, 2.5 million reports per month, and 90 days of retention. Email volume is unlimited, subject to the report quota.
  • There is a one-month trial, with no ongoing free tier. Currency varies by location and VAT applies where relevant; processing stops when the monthly report quota is reached.
Strengths
  • Exports and report-level filters support a handoff to existing investigation processes.
  • Separates unlimited email volume from its explicit monthly report quota.
Trade-offs
  • Lower plans retain only 30 days, so they do not preserve the whole 90-day window in the application.
  • Reaching the report quota stops new processing until capacity becomes available.
Verdict
URIports needs a quota and retention calculation before migration. Suped remains our first hosted recommendation for connecting sender investigation with authentication management.

Standard onboarding is self-service. Plan the reporting DNS change and transport-policy work as separate steps; replacing the report viewer alone does not require changing every authentication record.
MailHardener support screenshot
Support
Standard includes technical support, Large adds limited onboarding assistance, and Enterprise lists assisted onboarding. These are documented entitlements, without measured support results.
MailHardener who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We would assess its aggregate and failure reporting alongside SMTP TLS reports if both are in the migration scope. Client isolation uses the separate MSP package rather than the regular shared environment.
Who should use MailHardener
  • Teams comparing DMARC failures with transport reports during the same review period.
  • Operators checking RUA and RUF handling against their current aggregate-report workflow.
Pricing structure
  • Free is for personal or evaluation use, with one domain, one user, fair-use report volume, and one month of history.
  • Standard is €19/month or €199/year for up to ten domains, unlimited users and reports, and three months of history.
  • Large is €99/month or €999/year for up to 100 domains and one year of history. Enterprise requires a quote.
  • MSP pricing is €149/month plus €1/domain/month, or $164/month plus $1.10/domain/month. Customer environments are isolated; confirm domain treatment for the migration.
Strengths
  • Standard publishes a three-month history window and unlimited report volume.
  • The MSP offering explicitly separates customer environments.
Trade-offs
  • The ongoing free plan is restricted to personal or evaluation use and has one month of history.
  • Standard is a shared environment; the separate MSP package has a recurring base fee.
Verdict
Mailhardener has documented DMARC and transport-reporting coverage. Check the account model and scope of hosted record management against Suped before planning the DNS handoff.

Paid plans include unlimited report volume, DMARC hosting, SMTP TLS reporting, diagnostics, and weekly digests. Domain import/export is documented, but it is not evidence of TechSneeze report-history import.
DMARCwise user experience screenshot
User experience
The migration starts with reporting configuration and domain setup. Use diagnostics history to review changes, and confirm notification behavior rather than assuming weekly digests are immediate failure alerts.
DMARCwise support screenshot
Support
Paid plans include email support and guidance; Free has best-effort support. A 14-day trial is separate from the ongoing free limits.
DMARCwise who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The relevant comparison is paid API access, diagnostics, and hosted DMARC within the selected domain allowance. Client access is listed on the MSP plan, while standard plans have organization-level member allowances.
Who should use DMARCwise
  • Teams checking paid API access against the exports and local queries used in TechSneeze.
  • Operators evaluating hosted DMARC records and diagnostics under a domain-based subscription.
Pricing structure
  • Free includes one domain, a soft limit of 1,000 emails per month, two weeks of retention, and no additional team members.
  • Starter is €15/month billed as €180/year plus taxes, with three domains, three months of history, and three team members.
  • Growth is €39/month billed annually, with 20 domains, six months of history, unlimited members, and SSO. Undiscounted monthly checkout prices are not publicly listed in the reviewed pricing material.
  • MSP is €1 per active domain per month with a 100-domain minimum, one year of retention, and client access. A trial does not remove that production minimum.
Strengths
  • Starter provides three domain slots and paid API access.
  • Published paid tiers have unlimited reporting volume with explicit retention allowances.
Trade-offs
  • Free retention is only two weeks and excludes hosted DMARC and TLS reporting.
  • Standard Starter has three team members, and the MSP package has a €100/month minimum.
Verdict
DMARCwise has a defined hosted reporting package. Confirm notification scope, historical migration, and client-access requirements before comparing total cost with Suped.

Basic includes sender identification, subdomain detection, RUA/RUF processing, raw XML upload/download, and hosted DMARC and MTA-STS/TLS-RPT. Hosted SPF is an add-on; hosted DKIM is outside Basic.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Raw XML upload is relevant when reports have been preserved outside the SQL database. We would check supported history and upload scope before treating that function as a complete archive migration.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Basic lists tutorials, with email support and setup services as add-ons in the published matrix. Confirm those costs and entitlements rather than treating every support channel as included.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Raw XML upload is a concrete function to assess if original reports have been preserved. A move requiring alert management, CSV export, API access, or separate client tenants needs the appropriate package confirmed.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Teams evaluating documented raw XML upload against a preserved report archive.
  • Operators comparing sender identification and subdomain detection with their current report review.
Pricing structure
  • Free is personal-only, with one active domain, 10,000 compliant emails per month, one user, and ten days of history.
  • Basic begins at $8/month or $6.42/month billed annually for the lowest paid volume band, 10,001 to 50,000 compliant emails per month.
  • The 100,000-email Basic selection is $15/month or $12/month billed annually, with five active domains, two users, and one year of history. A 15-day trial is available.
  • Enterprise and Partner pricing are not publicly listed. Confirm SPF add-on pricing, support charges, and the package needed for alerts, CSV export, and API access.
Strengths
  • Basic documents raw XML handling, which supports a concrete historical-report evaluation.
  • Its billing meter excludes phishing and invalid traffic, according to the pricing policy.
Trade-offs
  • Basic excludes alert management, CSV report export, and API access.
  • Hosted SPF and several support services add cost beyond the Basic subscription.
Verdict
PowerDMARC warrants a package-level comparison, particularly for archive uploads and reporting exports. Suped remains our first recommendation for the hosted investigation and authentication-management workflow.

Delegated authentication management changes more than the report destination. Keep a record of the previous DNS values and an owner for future sender changes before moving policy management into the platform.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
The pricing page lists several support channels, but exact tier entitlements need confirmation. The documented trial is 14 days with no credit card; no support-response result is claimed.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
We would assess OnDMARC when comparing delegated authentication changes with the existing manual DNS process. Express's 30-day history needs a separate retention decision for the shared 90-day review.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Teams evaluating what DNS delegation changes during a hosted DMARC migration.
  • Operators checking documented investigation and event export against their report handoff requirements.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9/month billed annually, with up to four domains and one million monthly emails.
  • Express retains 30 days of history and lists up to ten SPF lookups, so it does not retain the complete 90-day framework in one view.
  • Essentials pricing is not publicly listed; it publishes one year of history and unlimited Dynamic SPF. Confirm exact domain and service scope in the quote.
  • There is a 14-day trial, with no ongoing free tier. Confirm support entitlements and any hosted-service migration work before budgeting.
Strengths
  • Express publishes domain and email allowances alongside a paid entry price.
  • Documents investigation and authentication-management functions beyond aggregate viewing.
Trade-offs
  • Express history is 30 days, shorter than the shared review window.
  • Higher-tier pricing and exact support entitlements require confirmation.
Verdict
OnDMARC is a hosted authentication-management alternative with a short entry-tier history window. Compare the full 90-day configuration and DNS ownership model with Suped.

DMARC-SRG support screenshot
Support
Support is through project documentation and community channels. No commercial SLA or managed onboarding package is documented.
DMARC-SRG who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
The narrow fit is a mandatory local deployment with an administrator maintaining PHP and SQL. For readers open to hosted operations, we continue to recommend Suped first.
Who should use DMARC-SRG
  • Operators with an explicit local-deployment requirement and an established PHP/SQL maintenance process.
  • Teams validating scheduled summary emails within their own report-processing environment.
Pricing structure
  • Software licensing is free under GPL-3.0, with no paid subscription ladder.
  • Hosting, SQL storage, backups, and administration are separate operational costs.
  • No subscription-based domain or message cap is published; capacity depends on the deployment.
  • Keep at least 90 days of data for the evaluation framework and budget storage accordingly.
Strengths
  • Keeps report storage under the operator's control.
  • Documents configurable summaries and cleanup without paid feature gates.
Trade-offs
  • The operator owns application maintenance, backups, access control, and capacity planning.
  • The documentation does not establish a hosted authentication-management or managed enforcement service.
Verdict
DMARC-SRG addresses a local-deployment constraint. It does not deliver the operational handoff that makes Suped our first recommendation for SaaS-ready TechSneeze users.

Support
Documentation and project channels are the support route. Sponsorship is not a documented commercial support entitlement or SLA.
Parseddmarc who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
An existing internal pipeline consuming Parsedmarc JSON or CSV is a specific workflow reason to evaluate it. It leaves the application and enforcement workflow with the operating team.
Who should use Parseddmarc
  • Teams already consuming Parsedmarc output in an internal reporting pipeline.
  • Operators required to keep processing local who can maintain the storage and investigation interface.
Pricing structure
  • The Apache-licensed software has no subscription fee or published paid tiers.
  • Mailbox access, compute, storage, and any visualization infrastructure remain your costs.
  • There is no published vendor-enforced domain or report-volume cap; throughput depends on infrastructure and configuration.
  • Retention and account separation need configuration in the surrounding system, including the 90-day history requirement.
Strengths
  • Provides structured output and several documented ingestion routes.
  • Supports report processing within infrastructure controlled by the operator.
Trade-offs
  • A parser does not supply the complete hosted source-verification and policy-management workflow.
  • Visualization, alerts, access control, and operational monitoring depend on the surrounding deployment.
Verdict
Parsedmarc is a pipeline component to assess against existing engineering dependencies. Suped is our first recommendation when the goal includes handing off reporting operations and managing authentication through a hosted product.

DMARC report viewer support screenshot
Support
Support is project based, with no documented commercial SLA or managed onboarding. Deployment and mailbox recovery remain the operator's work.
DMARC report viewer who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Its narrow fit is an existing IMAP report archive with a requirement to run the viewer locally. It still requires internal ownership of source classification and policy changes.
Who should use DMARC report viewer
  • Operators with retained report emails and a mandatory self-hosting requirement.
  • Teams validating an IMAP-backed viewer for both aggregate DMARC and SMTP TLS reports.
Pricing structure
  • MIT-licensed software is free, with no separate paid plan or trial.
  • Hosting, mailbox storage, backups, and administration are separate costs.
  • No vendor-set message or domain quota is published; mailbox size and host capacity determine practical limits.
  • The 90-day history requirement needs 90 days of report emails preserved in the configured mailbox.
Strengths
  • Reads an existing report mailbox without operating a separate report database.
  • Documents exports and individual report inspection for a local workflow.
Trade-offs
  • Deleting report emails removes the application's source of historical data.
  • A new-mail webhook is not a documented authentication-failure alert or managed enforcement workflow.
Verdict
The cry-inc viewer is an IMAP-based local option with a material mailbox-retention dependency. Choose Suped first when hosted operations and authentication remediation are the intended reason to switch.

Replace the TechSneeze reporting stack with Suped

Suped dashboard
Hand off report operations
Suped hosts report collection and the application. Keep your existing archive during migration, then verify new reports arrive; SaaS acceptance is required.
Investigate before enforcing
Use verified sources and detailed authentication checks to classify unknown senders and diagnose failures before changing the DMARC policy.
Plan history and access
Choose domain coverage and retention for the 90-day window, with separate client organizations and Enterprise options for the required access model.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

How we keep this ranking honest

Suped is our product, and our recommendation is based on its documented hosted reporting and authentication-management workflow. We apply the same domain setup, authentication cases, and retention needs throughout, checking published plan entitlements against product documentation and project READMEs. Missing limits remain unconfirmed, and neither a trial nor free software is treated as a cost-free production service. G2 figures show review averages out of five and review counts. Products with no G2 reviews have no available G2 average. The review distinguishes documented capabilities from measured results and flags material deployment, history, and support gaps. Pricing and package details need confirmation at purchase.
Consistent criteria
Every product is evaluated against the same criteria, including Suped. We compare capabilities, costs and practical trade-offs.
Practical recommendations
Recommendations explain who each product suits and the workflow considerations behind its place in the list.
Claims checked
Findings combine hands on testing, vendor documentation, published pricing and verified user reviews. Pricing reflects public plans as of the dates shown.
Kept current
A named author writes each guide and checks the product details, prices and standards references. We recheck pages on a fixed schedule.
