9 best DMARC services for Western Europe in 2026
We put Suped, our DMARC platform, first for cross-border source investigation and hosted authentication management. Choosing the best DMARC services for Western Europe also means checking national-domain ownership, account boundaries and regional purchasing terms. Suped is hosted SaaS, with no self-hosted or on-premise edition; we recommend it for buyers open to that model who confirm any mandatory residency and support requirements before purchase.

What cross-border DMARC operations need in Western Europe
DNS ownership across borders
01.
We prioritise a repeatable handoff between a central security team and the DNS owners of national domains. Suped combines source verification and record-level investigation with hosted DMARC, SPF and DKIM management, reducing repeat DNS edits after initial delegation. Each regional sender still needs an identified business owner before enforcement.
Regional account boundaries
02.
A domain group is not automatically a separate customer account. Suped documents organisation management for MSP clients, user roles and SAML SSO, which we evaluate against the intended access boundaries. Confirm plan availability and map each subsidiary or client to the required organisation structure before inviting administrators.
Procurement and residency fit
03.
Suped publishes business domain and email allowances plus per-domain MSP pricing, giving procurement concrete quantities to budget. We also require written answers on billing currency, tax treatment and support coverage. Suped is hosted SaaS; the product information reviewed does not establish regional residency, local certifications or support languages, so mandatory requirements need confirmation before purchase.

How we tested all 9 products
We use the same evaluation framework for all nine products: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp and one support desk sender, considered over a 90-day monitoring window. This comparison evaluates documented capabilities, published pricing and G2 review totals; it does not claim that we ran nine live deployments, measured authentication results or contacted support. We compare price and included domains/email volume, sender classification and supported hosted protocols, distinguishing report analysis from DNS hosting. The authentication cases are an aligned SPF pass, an aligned DKIM pass, SPF passing with a visible From mismatch, DKIM passing on a subdomain, forwarding with SPF failure, an unauthorised spoof sample and an unknown sender needing classification. Either an aligned SPF pass or an aligned DKIM pass can satisfy DMARC. An SPF pass with a mismatched visible From domain is insufficient by itself. Subdomain DKIM satisfies relaxed alignment when the organisational domain matches; strict alignment requires the exact visible From domain. Forwarding can retain a DMARC pass through a surviving aligned DKIM signature. A spoof failing both paths fails DMARC, with disposition depending on the policy and receiver. An unknown sender needs business verification before authorisation. Those are protocol expectations, not measured product results. For cross-border operations, we also examine onboarding and DNS handoff, report drilldowns, alerts, enforcement responsibilities, account separation and support scope. A sender label does not prove authorisation, a parked domain's silence does not prove protection, and 90 days of monitoring is not an automatic deadline to enforce. We check retention against the full window and confirm which domains or subdomains consume the purchased allowance.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.

Suped
Suped is our number-one recommendation for Western European organisations that want to investigate authentication failures and manage policy changes across a cross-border domain portfolio. It is our product, and the recommendation rests on documented source verification, record-level investigation and hosted authentication management. G2 lists Suped at 5.0 out of five across 55 reviews. Suped is hosted SaaS, with no self-hosted or on-premise edition; the evidence does not establish a Western European hosting location or an EU-only residency commitment.
#1
our rank
$19/month
starting price
Yes
free tier
Feature set
Our platform connects aggregate DMARC monitoring with verified and unverified source workflows, detailed SPF and DKIM investigation, and failure notifications. Hosted DMARC, SPF and DKIM management, plus hosted MTA-STS/TLS-RPT, give regional administrators a way to manage authentication after the initial DNS handoff. API access, SAML SSO and user roles are documented capabilities. Confirm their plan availability and contract scope against the requirements of each subsidiary before purchase.

User experience
The practical workflow is to add each domain, configure aggregate reporting and verify that reports are arriving. We then review sources, filter the data view by reporter or source IP, and open the detail view to investigate authentication failures. CSV exports let a central team share evidence with a regional DNS owner. Hosted record management reduces repeat DNS edits after delegation, while the original DNS owner still controls the initial setup and any later removal of that delegation.

Support
Our setup documentation covers reporting verification and issue resolution, so a DNS handoff can include a concrete record change and a follow-up check. Enterprise terms are negotiated, and we recommend agreeing the escalation route and required coverage hours alongside commercial scope. No local office, support language or response-time guarantee is assumed. The same procurement review applies whether the account covers one organisation or an enterprise group.

Suitability
We recommend Suped for enterprise groups and other organisations open to hosted SaaS that need a shared authentication workflow across national domains and regional senders. MSP organisation management also supports separate client organisations, while user roles control team access. Separate legal entities should decide whether their operational boundaries require separate organisations; domain naming alone does not establish an access boundary.

Who should use Suped
- Cross-border organisations that need regional DNS owners to act on the same source-level authentication evidence.
- Enterprise teams that want hosted record management with documented SAML SSO, roles and API capabilities, subject to agreed plan terms.
- MSPs that need separate client organisations and monthly client reporting across a Western European portfolio.
- Teams switching away from report summaries because they need to classify unknown senders and investigate individual aggregate records.
Pricing structure
- The ongoing free tier covers one domain, 1,000 emails per month and 14 days of retention. The initial 14-day unrestricted trial is separate from those ongoing limits.
- Basic is $19/month for up to 100,000 emails per month, two domains and 90 days of retention. Confirm how separately monitored subdomains and parked domains count.
- Pro is $99/month for up to one million emails per month, 10 domains and 365 days of retention. Compare the domain allowance as well as regional campaign volume.
- Enterprise pricing is negotiated, with limits negotiable up to unlimited. MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention; confirm billing currency, taxes and invoice requirements for the purchasing entity.
Strengths
- The documented source-to-record investigation workflow supports decisions about legitimate regional senders before enforcement.
- Hosted authentication management reduces repeated coordination with separate DNS owners after the initial delegation.
- Organisation management, roles and SAML SSO provide capabilities to evaluate for enterprise and MSP administration.
- Published business limits and per-domain MSP pricing give procurement concrete inputs for portfolio budgeting.
Trade-offs
- Suped has no self-hosted or on-premise deployment. Buyers with a mandatory deployment or residency requirement need written confirmation that its hosted service meets that requirement.
- The free tier cannot retain the full 90-day evaluation window. Regional support terms, feature entitlements and invoice arrangements need confirmation rather than assumptions.

Dmarcian
Dmarcian publishes regional currency rules and active-domain allowances that help scope a cross-border renewal. G2 lists 3.5 out of five across five reviews.
#2
our rank
$19.99/month, billed annually
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Source enrichment, automatic subdomain detection and TLS reporting are documented across plans. Alerts start at Basic; user access controls start at Plus, while API access and SSO require Enterprise.

User experience
The documented source workflow identifies sending services rather than leaving only IP addresses. Regional teams still need to classify ownership and hand SPF or DKIM corrections to the appropriate DNS administrator.

Support
Annual subscriptions support manual invoicing, and Plus or Enterprise buyers can request invoices in euros. Confirm support hours and languages separately; regional billing does not establish a local support commitment.

Suitability
The narrow continuity case is an organisation already operating a dmarcian regional instance and using its domain groups. Compare the cost of preserving that configuration with a Suped migration.
Who should use Dmarcian
- Existing regional-instance users reviewing currency and annual invoicing at renewal.
- Current users whose sender inventory already uses dmarcian's source names and domain groups.
Pricing structure
- Basic is $24/month or $19.99/month billed annually at $239.88/year, excluding taxes; it includes two active domains and 100,000 monthly DMARC-capable messages.
- Basic has one user and three months of history. Plus is $240/month or $199/month billed annually, with eight active domains, three users and one year of history.
- The free Personal tier is non-business only: two active domains, 1,250 monthly messages and one month of history. Paid plans have a 30-day trial.
- Prices have EUR parity according to the regional instance. Legitimate reported traffic drives volume billing; forwarded and fraudulent traffic are excluded.
Strengths
- Regional currency rules and annual invoicing are explicitly documented.
- Inactive-domain coverage is published separately from active sending-domain limits.
Trade-offs
- Basic's single user restricts shared administration; API access and SSO require a higher tier.
- Three months of Basic history leaves little margin around a 90-day review, and commercial domains cannot remain on Personal.

OnDMARC
OnDMARC publishes an annual entry price and supports several billing currencies, including EUR and GBP. G2 lists 4.8 out of five across 104 reviews.
#3
our rank
$9/month, billed annually
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Dynamic Services cover authentication record management, with investigation and alerting capabilities. Express lists four domains and 30 days of history; Essentials adds unlimited Dynamic SPF and one year of history.

User experience
Existing Dynamic Services delegations create a specific migration task: inventory hosted records and replace each dependency deliberately. Cross-border DNS owners need an agreed change window and validation after each update.

Support
Public support rows do not reliably establish every tier's entitlement. Get onboarding scope, coverage hours and any required language in writing rather than inferring them from the billing currency.

Suitability
The specific continuity consideration is an existing Dynamic Services deployment with delegated authentication records. Its migration effort needs documenting alongside the Suped proposal.
Who should use OnDMARC
- Existing Dynamic Services users documenting authentication-record dependencies before renewal.
- Current customers checking EUR or GBP billing against the package their domain portfolio actually requires.
Pricing structure
- Express starts at $9/month billed annually, with up to four domains, one million monthly emails and 30 days of history.
- Express lists up to 10 SPF lookups. Unlimited Dynamic SPF starts at Essentials, whose current price is Not publicly listed.
- Essentials lists 25 active sender domains, unlimited parked domains and one year of history; expansion and final commercial scope require confirmation.
- There is a 14-day trial, not an ongoing free tier. Enterprise and Premier prices are Not publicly listed; confirm add-ons and support scope in the proposal.
Strengths
- Payment currencies are documented for procurement involving different purchasing entities.
- Dynamic Services give existing customers a defined set of hosted records to inventory during a switch.
Trade-offs
- Express's 30-day history does not preserve the complete 90-day monitoring window.
- The next tier's price is sales-led, and published support rows need entitlement confirmation.

MailHardener
Mailhardener publishes euro subscriptions with DMARC and transport-security coverage. The separate MSP package documents isolated customer environments.
#4
our rank
€19/month or €199/year
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Standard includes RUA and RUF aggregation, SMTP TLS reporting and hosted MTA-STS. DNS monitoring and BIMI asset hosting are also documented, but complete per-tier API and audit-log availability needs confirmation.

User experience
Standard uses self-service onboarding; regional DNS owners still need to publish the required records. Regular accounts share one environment, while the separate MSP model has isolated customer environments.

Support
Technical support is included on Standard; Large adds limited onboarding assistance and invoice payment. Confirm notification routing and escalation coverage rather than treating procurement options as a support advantage.

Suitability
The narrow existing-workflow consideration is an MSP already using Mailhardener's isolated customer environments. Compare that tenancy structure with the organisation structure planned in Suped.
Who should use MailHardener
- Existing MSP customers checking whether client-environment boundaries need to be recreated during migration.
- Current subscribers reconciling euro invoices and domain allowances across subsidiaries.
Pricing structure
- Standard is €19/month or €199/year for up to 10 domains, unlimited users and report volume, and three months of retention.
- Large is €99/month or €999/year for up to 100 domains and 12 months of retention; invoice payment is listed on this tier.
- The free plan is for personal or evaluation use, with one domain, one user and one month of retention under fair use.
- MSP pricing is €149/month plus €1 per domain per month. Enterprise is quote-based; private-instance wording does not establish customer-operated on-premise deployment.
Strengths
- Euro pricing separates regular subscriptions from the MSP platform fee and per-domain charge.
- The MSP environment boundary is explicitly described rather than inferred from domain grouping.
Trade-offs
- Regular subscriptions share one environment; isolated customer environments use the separate MSP package.
- Standard is self-service and retains only three months. Confirm feature entitlements wherever the public matrix lacks a readable tier mapping.

DMARCwise
DMARCwise publishes euro plans and unlimited paid-plan reporting volume. Hosted DMARC records and SMTP TLS reporting are documented paid capabilities.
#5
our rank
€15/month, billed annually
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Paid plans include diagnostics, record history and REST API access. Hosted DMARC reduces repeat policy edits in DNS, but the product information reviewed does not establish a complete hosted SPF and DKIM management bundle.

User experience
Domain import/export supports an inventory handoff between a central team and regional administrators. Client access is documented for MSP accounts; a standard account's domain allowance does not establish separate client tenancy.

Support
Paid plans include email support and guidance, while Free has best-effort support. Bank transfer is available by contacting the provider; confirm purchasing-entity details and support coverage before contracting.

Suitability
Existing customers using hosted DMARC or REST API workflows have specific policy and integration dependencies to map. Those dependencies are migration work, rather than a general reason to prefer it over Suped.
Who should use DMARCwise
- Existing hosted-DMARC customers documenting policy delegation before switching.
- Current API users checking how domain inventory and client access will transfer.
Pricing structure
- Starter is €15/month billed annually at €180 plus taxes, with three domains, three team members and three months of retention.
- Growth is €39/month billed annually at €468 plus taxes, with 20 domains, six months of retention, unlimited members and SSO.
- Free covers one domain, a soft 1,000-email monthly limit and two weeks of retention. The 14-day paid-plan trial is separate.
- MSP pricing is €1 per active domain per month with a 100-domain minimum, so the minimum bill is €100/month plus taxes. Paid reporting volume is unlimited; verify monthly checkout prices rather than reversing the annual discount.
Strengths
- Annual euro totals and the MSP minimum are published.
- Paid plans do not add a reporting-volume cap to their published domain and retention limits.
Trade-offs
- Starter excludes SSO and retains only three months; the full 90-day review needs careful retention planning.
- The MSP minimum matters for a smaller active portfolio, and hosted SPF/DKIM scope is not established by hosted DMARC alone.

DMARCly
DMARCly publishes monthly USD tiers and a Frankfurt data-storage option tied to its EU signup route. That statement does not establish the full contractual residency scope for every processing activity.
#6
our rank
$17.99/month
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Professional includes sender identification, subdomain detection and reports with alerts. Safe SPF starts at Growth; API access, SAML SSO and user access controls are listed on Enterprise.

User experience
The workflow starts with publishing a DMARC record, then reviewing reported sources before enforcement. Existing Safe SPF users need to include that DNS dependency in any cross-border migration plan.

Support
Professional has email support, while Growth and higher tiers list live chat. The provider lists SEPA payment for EU customers and the UK; confirm payment arrangements and support coverage for the actual contracting entity.

Suitability
Existing users of the EU signup route should record their storage commitment and any Safe SPF dependencies during renewal review. Neither replaces a complete procurement assessment of Suped's hosted service.
Who should use DMARCly
- Existing customers documenting their EU-instance setup and contractual data-handling scope.
- Current Safe SPF users planning a controlled replacement of delegated DNS records.
Pricing structure
- Professional is $17.99/month for two domains, 100,000 compliant messages, one administrator and two months of history.
- Growth is $39.99/month for eight domains, 250,000 messages, three administrators and four months of history, with one Safe SPF domain.
- Every plan has a 14-day trial; no ongoing free tier is published. USD subscription prices still need reconciling with the buyer's invoice and payment requirements.
- Excess message volume triggers a temporary plan upgrade. Above five million messages, the charge is $10 per extra million; extra DMARC domains cost $1 each and extra Safe SPF domains cost $10 each.
Strengths
- The provider explicitly documents how signup route affects data storage.
- Overage and additional-domain rules are published for budgeting regional traffic changes.
Trade-offs
- Professional's two-month history cannot preserve the complete 90-day monitoring window.
- Automatic volume upgrades affect monthly cost; API and SAML SSO require Enterprise.

VerifyDMARC
VerifyDMARC publishes USD plans combining DMARC and TLS reporting with 90-day history. Its $1 Personal price has a 2,000-email monthly allowance, so the price needs context.
#7
our rank
$1/month
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
Published capabilities include source enrichment, parked-domain alerts and regression alerts. MTA-STS setup validation and TLS reporting are documented; confirm hosted-service scope separately rather than equating validation with hosting.

User experience
Bulk import and API access support domain inventory work. Reports support policy suggestions, but regional source ownership and DNS corrections still need an accountable administrator.

Support
Priority support is listed only on Large. Confirm timezone coverage, invoice options and organisation boundaries in writing; the number of permitted administrators does not establish separate client accounts.

Suitability
Existing customers using its bulk-import or domain API workflow have a defined inventory process to map during migration. The comparison with Suped should also include hosted record management and client separation.
Who should use VerifyDMARC
- Current API users transferring a domain inventory across regional administrators.
- Existing customers checking that reported-email quotas cover regional campaign peaks.
Pricing structure
- Personal is $1/month or $10/year for 10 domains, 2,000 reported emails per month and one administrator.
- Starter is $25/month or $250/year for 25 domains, 500,000 reported emails per month and unlimited administrators.
- All public plans retain 90 days of history. There is a 30-day trial with no card required, but no ongoing free tier; prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Quota notifications arrive at 80% and 100%. Processing stops after capacity is exceeded until the next calendar month or an upgrade, so seasonal traffic needs budget headroom.
Strengths
- The price table publishes domain and email allowances together.
- API access and parked-domain reporting are documented without inferring them from plan names.
Trade-offs
- Exceeding the monthly email allowance pauses incoming DMARC processing.
- Ninety days is the published history across tiers; hosted-service scope and client isolation need separate confirmation.

Mail Tower
Mail Tower publishes euro packages linked to employee bands, with unlimited aggregate reports. That organisation-size rule matters when subsidiaries buy separately or a group purchases centrally.
#8
our rank
€120/year
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
The report analyzer is packaged with active and inactive domain allowances, retained data and two-factor authentication. The product information reviewed does not establish hosted authentication management or detailed alert-routing capabilities.

User experience
The entry allowance is five active domains and 10 inactive domains with 180 days of history. One included administrator requires a deliberate handoff process when several regional teams share responsibility.

Support
A custom MSP path is listed, but the evidence does not establish support hours or a response SLA. Confirm onboarding assistance, API entitlement and any client-account boundaries in the proposal.

Suitability
The specific existing-workflow preference is a report-analysis account already organised around Mail Tower's active and inactive domains. Confirm which employee band applies to the contracting group before comparing renewal costs with Suped.
Who should use Mail Tower
- Existing subscribers reconciling the applicable employee band after a cross-border acquisition.
- Current report-analyzer users transferring active and inactive domain inventories.
Pricing structure
- The published annual entry total is €120 for organisations with fewer than 50 employees, with five active domains, 10 inactive domains and one user.
- The next package is €240/year for organisations with fewer than 250 employees, with 10 active domains, 25 inactive domains and two users.
- The package for 250 or more employees is €600/year, with 25 active domains, 50 inactive domains, four users and 365 days of data access.
- Custom MSP pricing is Not publicly listed. No ongoing free tier is established; confirm billing cadence, add-on rates and group employee-count rules before ordering.
Strengths
- Euro package totals and active versus inactive domain allowances are published.
- The entry retention allowance covers a 90-day monitoring window without a report-count cap.
Trade-offs
- Employee count determines package eligibility, so a low-volume group cannot assume the smallest package applies.
- Included user counts are limited; detailed alerting, hosted protocols and support commitments are not established in the product information reviewed.

Send-Shield
Send-Shield publishes GBP subscriptions billed annually, with implementation scope changing by tier. Domain and retention limits need checking before extending an existing account across borders.
#9
our rank
£19.99/month, billed annually
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
All listed paid tiers have DMARC monitoring, authentication checks and automatic subdomain detection. The evidence does not establish a hosted SPF/DKIM bundle or detailed account-separation controls.

User experience
Starter requires self-setup, while Core and higher tiers list full DMARC implementation. Regional teams need to agree who publishes DNS changes and who signs off source classification before enforcement.

Support
Starter lists basic email support; Core adds meeting support and an account manager. Enterprise lists 24/7 support, but that does not establish a local office or any particular support language.

Suitability
Existing customers with an annual GBP subscription should reconcile implementation scope and added national domains before renewal. The same work should be scoped in the Suped comparison.
Who should use Send-Shield
- Current subscribers budgeting an annual GBP renewal alongside regional domain additions.
- Existing implementation customers documenting DNS responsibilities before a provider switch.
Pricing structure
- Starter is £19.99/month billed annually at £239.88, for one active domain, 10,000 monthly DMARC-capable messages and one month of history.
- Core is £49.99/month billed annually at £599.88, for two active domains, 100,000 monthly messages and three months of history.
- Plus is £299/month billed annually for eight active domains and one million monthly messages. Enterprise starts at £699/month billed annually for 15 active domains and five million monthly messages; both list three months of history.
- There is a 14-day trial and no published permanent free plan. Monthly billing availability, VAT treatment and overage charges need confirmation.
Strengths
- The published packages distinguish self-setup from included implementation.
- GBP annual costs and active-domain allowances are visible before a quote discussion.
Trade-offs
- Starter's one-month history does not retain a full 90-day review, and higher public tiers retain three months.
- Annual billing creates an upfront commitment; account separation, hosted-protocol scope and extra-domain pricing need clarification.

Coordinate the DNS handoff
Use source verification and record-level investigation to identify corrections, then manage hosted authentication records after the initial delegation.
Map regional access
Use Suped's organisation management and user roles to structure regional or client access, with SAML SSO available subject to confirmed plan terms.
Scope the purchase
Budget against published domain and email allowances or per-domain MSP pricing, then confirm residency, billing and support requirements for Suped's hosted service.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

How we keep this ranking honest
Suped is our product, and we recommend it first based on its documented authentication workflow and the cross-border buying needs assessed here. We apply the same domain portfolio, sender cases and 90-day monitoring framework to every entry. Our review process checks product documentation and pricing against the stated scope, distinguishes published limits from quote-dependent terms, and uses G2 averages and review counts only as customer-review evidence. Products without G2 reviews have no G2 review evidence. We do not turn review anecdotes into measured results or treat a regional currency, company name or country suffix as proof of residency, certification or local support. Unclear entitlements remain questions for procurement, and material pricing differences require confirmation before purchase.
