How Vision Australia uses Suped to maintain full DMARC enforcement across a large domain portfolio and keep critical email trusted.

Vision Australia is Australia's leading provider of individualized services, technology, and resources for people who are blind or have low vision. Its teams support people across therapy, mobility, daily living, technology, library, radio, fundraising, digital access, and Seeing Eye Dogs programs.
That breadth makes trusted email part of everyday service delivery. Fundraising, service updates, client support, referrals, retail, and partner communications all depend on clear governance across a large domain portfolio and a changing mix of sending platforms.
In its annual report, Vision Australia says it provided specialized support for 37,341 people and delivered 236,707 hours of service. For a mission of that scale, email authentication needs to be visible, accurate, and manageable.

The context: mature governance at scale

Vision Australia operates a broad domain estate, including active, reserved, and seasonal domains across Vision Australia and Seeing Eye Dogs. The team needed a practical way to maintain full DMARC enforcement, validate approved senders, and keep authentication aligned as domains, campaigns, and platforms changed.
For an organization with critical communications, the goal was not a one-time DNS project. It was durable assurance: enough visibility to confirm policy posture, understand legitimate sending activity, and keep records accurate as internal teams and external platforms evolved.
Seasonal senders made that visibility especially important. Some services send at specific times of year, while others support always-on programs. The team needed evidence before changing records, plus a reliable way to confirm each approved platform continued to authenticate as expected.
We needed a clear way to validate a large and varied email environment while maintaining full DMARC enforcement. Suped gives us visibility across domains and senders so we can keep governance tight as our environment changes.

The solution: ongoing validation and sender visibility

Suped gave Vision Australia a central place to validate DMARC, SPF, and DKIM across its domain portfolio. Instead of checking isolated DNS records one at a time, the team could use DMARC monitoring to confirm enforcement, review approved sending services, and understand authenticated mail across the organization.

Suped helped turn a large domain portfolio into a manageable operating view. Vision Australia could confirm which domains were fully enforced, review sender activity over time, coordinate provider configuration when needed, and validate each sender after DNS changes landed.
For SPF, the team could compare configured includes against observed volume and decide which entries were truly needed. For domains near lookup limits, SPF flattening gave the team a cleaner path than adding more includes and hoping the record stayed within limits.
For external sending platforms, Suped made provider coordination more precise. The team could confirm envelope domain behavior, coordinate provider-side configuration where needed, send tests from each domain, and verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in the resulting headers.
The value is ongoing assurance. Suped helps us understand approved sending activity, coordinate provider changes when needed, and confirm authentication stays aligned.

The results: full enforcement with clearer assurance

With Suped in place, Vision Australia has a clearer operating rhythm for email authentication. The team can maintain full enforcement, monitor seasonal senders over time, and keep the focus on evidence-backed governance instead of one-off DNS review.

Key outcomes include:
Full DMARC enforcement
Vision Australia can maintain p=reject across its domains while keeping reporting and validation visible in one place.
Approved sender visibility
Suped showed which SPF includes and sending services had recent volume, giving the team a better basis for monitoring and governance decisions.
Clear provider coordination
External sending platforms could be validated with specific test plans and clear authentication checks.
Better long term governance
Seasonal domains and senders can be monitored over time, so the team can act from evidence as campaign and service needs change.
For Vision Australia, the result is a more manageable system for keeping critical communications trusted as domains, services, campaigns, and operational needs change.
Suped gives us a clear view across our domains. We can keep full enforcement in place, monitor seasonal senders, and maintain confidence in the email services our teams rely on.
