vs.
We tested LetsDMARC and DMARC Expert for 90 days across a corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and a support desk sender connected. LetsDMARC felt stronger for enterprise DMARC operations and policy movement, while DMARC Expert made more sense when reputation checks, consultant input, and blacklist/blocklist monitoring mattered more than console depth.

Ten dimensions, scored from 0 to 10

We scored both products against a fixed editorial rubric using the same domains, senders, authentication cases, support questions, exports, and policy tasks. Higher is better in every row; a 0.0 means the capability was not present in our test or public product material.

LetsDMARC led on enforcement workflow, while DMARC Expert led on reputation monitoring

LetsDMARC moved through source classification and policy planning faster because Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and Mailchimp stayed tied to domain-level DMARC work. DMARC Expert scored higher on blacklist/blocklist and reputation coverage because Premium includes IP checks and Google Postmaster context. Both lost points where pricing limits or hosted MTA-STS details were not public.

Feature set

Operations depth vs reputation coverage

LetsDMARC has deeper DMARC operations. DMARC Expert has stronger reputation coverage.

LetsDMARC handled the DMARC work itself better: source review, DNS publishing, policy movement, and exports stayed connected. DMARC Expert added useful reputation signals, especially Google Postmaster and IP blacklist/blocklist checks, but felt less complete when we needed owner-ready remediation. If Suped is on the shortlist, treat guided fixes and automated issue detection as buying criteria rather than as dashboard extras, because the unknown sender still needed judgment in both tools.

Mailchimp grouped under marketing
Subdomain DKIM stayed visible
dmarc-expert.com logo
DMARC Expert
DMARC Expert screenshot
Postmaster context helped SendGrid
Blacklist/blocklist checks included
Unknown sender needed review
LetsDMARC covered more of the core DMARC operating loop. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were identified as approved corporate senders quickly, SendGrid and Mailchimp were grouped under the marketing subdomain, and the unauthorized spoof sample was separated from normal forwarding noise. The DKIM pass on a subdomain took a few extra clicks to explain, but the drilldown kept the parent-domain policy impact visible.
DMARC Expert had a narrower DMARC console but more reputation context. The Premium workflow connected DMARC aggregate data with Google Postmaster alerts and IP blacklist/blocklist checks, which helped us explain a SendGrid spike after a campaign. Unknown sender classification was more consultative than automatic, and the forwarded SPF failure was visible in the report data but needed a support note before it became an owner-ready fix.

User experience

Control vs explanation

LetsDMARC gave us faster control. DMARC Expert leaned on guided review.

LetsDMARC was easier when we wanted to move between domain, sender, and policy views without waiting for another conversation. DMARC Expert was clearer when a support-led explanation mattered, but routine classification took more manual notes.

Setup leaned on sessions
Unknown sender needed notes
Forwarding needed consultant wording
Onboarding the primary domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain in LetsDMARC took one working session. The parked domain had a simple path toward reject planning, while the primary domain needed more review because Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and the support desk all appeared in the same reporting window. The unknown sender was easier to isolate than in DMARC Expert because the source table kept owner notes close to the report drilldown.
DMARC Expert's onboarding felt more appointment-led. The DMARC records and SaaS analyzer were clear enough, but the unknown sender was resolved through note-taking and support review rather than a crisp in-product owner handoff. The forwarded SPF failure was visible, yet the UI did not explain it as directly as the consultant note that tied it back to DKIM passing after forwarding.

Support

Hands-on help vs enterprise handoff

LetsDMARC suits structured enterprise handoff. DMARC Expert suits paid expert review.

LetsDMARC felt more prepared for an internal security team that wants DNS owners, mail owners, and administrators working in one account model. DMARC Expert made support feel closer to the product, but the support session quota and custom tiers matter before purchase.

LetsDMARC
LetsDMARC screenshot
DNS handoff was clearer
Enterprise setup felt formal
Support scope needs quote
dmarc-expert.com logo
DMARC Expert
DMARC Expert screenshot
Webex sessions are included
Escalation depends on tier
MSSP limits need quote
During setup, LetsDMARC gave us clearer DNS handoff material for SPF and DMARC updates. The on-premise and private cloud options made enterprise onboarding feel formal, and the MSP tenant model had enough separation for a parent account to review child activity. Escalation expectations were less visible in public pricing, so we would confirm support scope before a production rollout.
DMARC Expert put support at the center of the buying experience. Premium includes two 1-hour Webex sessions, which helped explain the forwarded mail SPF failure and the unknown sender classification path, while Enterprise adds more consultant-led review. The tradeoff is that session counts, support depth, and MSSP limits need confirmation on the quote.

Suitability

Enterprise fit vs operator fit

LetsDMARC fits DMARC owners. DMARC Expert fits teams buying expert oversight.

LetsDMARC is the better fit when account separation, policy ownership, and DNS operations need to live inside the same tool. DMARC Expert fits teams that want recurring expert review, reputation checks, and takedown options around a smaller DMARC console. For MSPs comparing Suped as a third option, the buying criteria should include client handoff notes, recurring reports, and alert quality, not only the presence of multi-tenancy.

Enterprise domains grouped cleanly
MSP parent-child model exists
SMB use feels heavier
dmarc-expert.com logo
DMARC Expert
DMARC Expert screenshot
Premium fits operator review
MSSP details need quote
Add-ons change annual cost
For enterprise use, LetsDMARC handled domain grouping well: the primary corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain could be reviewed with different policy goals. The parent and child tenant model also made sense for MSP work, especially when we tested recurring reports and client handoff notes. SMB buyers get strong controls, but the quote-led buying path and broader admin model feel heavier than a small domain portfolio needs.
DMARC Expert worked best for an operator who wants a mix of DMARC monitoring, blacklist/blocklist context, and expert review sessions. The MSSP tier has a multi-user dashboard, but public details did not pin down client counts, domain limits, or recurring reporting rules. For SMBs, Premium is easier to price than LetsDMARC, but the add-ons around DETECT, DETECT Plus, and takedown work can change the real annual cost.

What each tool feels like after 90 days of real use

libraesva.com logo
LetsDMARC

Best for enterprise teams moving domains toward enforcement

After 90 days, LetsDMARC felt like a DMARC operations console rather than a reporting-only tool. The primary domain needed careful review because Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and the support desk all had legitimate traffic, and LetsDMARC kept those senders tied to policy planning.
The parked domain was the cleanest win: the unauthorized spoof sample stood out, and the path toward reject was easy to defend. The slower moments came when we tried to understand commercial limits, support scope, and whether every managed DNS capability was included in the likely quote.
Where it wins
Strong source classification for major senders
Good policy movement workflow
Useful managed DNS options
Enterprise account separation
Where it lags
Official tier pricing was not public
No blacklist/blocklist monitoring found
Hosted MTA-STS was not confirmed
Small teams face heavier setup

DMARC Expert

Best for teams that want DMARC plus reputation review

DMARC Expert felt like a DMARC service wrapped around a SaaS analyzer. The product tracked Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cleanly enough, and the Google Postmaster plus IP blacklist/blocklist context helped when SendGrid campaign traffic rose during the test.
The main friction was classification ownership. Mailchimp and the support desk sender were straightforward after review, but the unknown sender and forwarded SPF failure needed manual notes before a domain owner could act. That model works when support sessions are part of the purchase, but it is less tidy for teams that want every fix queued inside the product.
Where it wins
Useful IP blacklist/blocklist checks
Google Postmaster context
Support sessions included in Premium
Clearer entry price than LetsDMARC
Where it lags
No public free trial found
No API found
Hosted MTA-STS was not found
Unknown sender workflow was manual

LetsDMARC GBP 264 / year and DMARC Expert EUR 105 / month are public directory or public list figures, checked May 15, 2026. LetsDMARC medium, large, and enterprise cells are estimated as quote-dependent because public limits were not available. DMARC Expert large and enterprise cells use the public Enterprise starting price, but exact domain, volume, support, and add-on limits require confirmation.

If you cannot decide between the two, maybe the answer is Suped

Suped dashboard
Guided sender fixes
LetsDMARC classified the major senders well, but some remediation still depended on the team translating report data into owner tasks. Suped's product turns failed SPF, DKIM, and DMARC findings into guided fixes with an owner-ready trail.
Cleaner alert routing
DMARC Expert gave useful reputation and blacklist/blocklist signals, but the unknown sender and forwarded SPF failure needed manual notes before action. Suped's alerting is built to route real authentication changes without turning every report variation into noise.
MSP-ready ownership
Both products had multi-tenant paths, but public limits and handoff detail were harder to pin down. Suped's MSP workflow uses per-domain pricing, client separation, and recurring views that are easier to explain during service reviews.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
