GlockApps covered more monitoring jobs out of the box, including IP reputation and blocklist (blacklist) checks, but buyers should test whether the product turns findings into guided fixes and automated issue detection rather than another manual triage list.

SendForensics handled Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace as expected and made it easy to see approved corporate mail apart from SendGrid and Mailchimp. The unknown sender required more manual classification than we wanted, but once labeled it stayed consistent in later reports. The SPF pass with visible from mismatch was surfaced clearly enough for an email admin to understand, while the DKIM pass on the marketing subdomain needed a little more explanation before a non-technical owner could act.
GlockApps gave us fast coverage across the same senders and added reputation monitoring that mattered during daily review. It was especially useful when we compared DMARC activity with inbox placement tests for SendGrid and Mailchimp campaigns. The forwarded mail SPF failure was easier to explain because the report kept the failure visible without immediately treating it like spoofing, although the unknown sender still needed a human decision before policy movement.

Onboarding the primary domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain in SendForensics was straightforward, but the product assumed we would already know how to assign ownership for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and third-party senders. Finding the unknown sender took several passes through source data before we were comfortable labeling it. The forwarded mail SPF failure was visible, but explaining why SPF failed without treating the traffic as spoofing took extra notes outside the screen.
GlockApps was faster on the same three-domain setup and made the first 48 hours of incoming DMARC data easier to scan. The unknown sender was still not automatically resolved, but the path to inspect it was shorter. For the forwarded mail SPF failure, the timeline and source details helped us explain the difference between normal forwarding damage and the unauthorized spoof sample.

During setup, SendForensics gave us enough DNS detail to hand records to an IT owner for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, but the support experience felt plan-dependent once we moved into segmentation and enterprise onboarding questions. DNS handoff for the parked domain was clean, and the spoof sample was easy to package for escalation. The slower part was turning that evidence into a repeatable owner workflow for every sender.
GlockApps was easier to start without help, and the DNS instructions were sufficient for the three test domains. The product suited a self-serve operator who can read reports and make decisions quickly. For escalation, we would want clear expectations around response times, payment verification, and custom subscription access before using it across many clients or business units.

SendForensics made the most sense for an agency or marketing-led team that already reviews campaign quality before launches. Account separation through segmentation helped when we treated the primary domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain as different reporting audiences. Recurring reporting was stronger once we reached the right tier, although MSP handoff still required our own notes for each approved sender and unknown source.
GlockApps made the most sense for SMB operators and small deliverability teams that want DMARC, inbox placement, uptime checks, and IP reputation monitoring in one workflow. Domain grouping was simple, and the free plan made it easy to test the parked domain before budget approval. For MSP use, user roles and client grouping were workable, but recurring reporting and handoff notes needed stricter process design.

After 90 days, SendForensics felt like a deliverability suite that had added useful DMARC reporting rather than a product built only for authentication enforcement. That was helpful for SendGrid and Mailchimp because we could look at campaign testing context, DMARC pass rates, and non-sending domain protection in the same weekly review.
The slower work was operational. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were easy enough to identify, but the unknown sender and the DKIM pass on the marketing subdomain still needed a human to write the next step. The parked domain spoof sample was visible, but moving toward reject required a separate enforcement plan.

GlockApps felt lighter during the first week. We had the primary domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain producing useful DMARC data quickly, and the free entry tier made it easier to test low-volume domains before making a paid decision.
By day 90, the strength was breadth: DMARC reporting, inbox placement testing, uptime monitoring, and IP reputation checks all supported the same operating rhythm. The weakness was guidance quality. Some warnings, including reject-related advice, needed filtering before we could give them to a domain owner as a clean action.
