vs.
We ran DMARC360 and DMARC Expert for 90 days across a corporate domain, a marketing subdomain, and a parked domain with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and a support desk sender connected. DMARC360 gave us stronger enforcement structure and clearer pricing, while DMARC Expert made more sense for buyers who want expert sessions, hosted SPF, blacklist/blocklist checks, and broader reputation work around DMARC.

Ten dimensions, scored from 0 to 10

We scored each product against a fixed editorial rubric using the same domains, senders, and authentication cases. Higher is better in every row.

DMARC360 led on enforcement; DMARC Expert led on reputation checks

DMARC360 scored higher on enforcement and time to enforcement because it separated the SPF-pass, DKIM-pass, mismatch, and spoof samples into cleaner action queues across our three domains. DMARC Expert scored higher on alert and reputation work because DNS change alerts, Google Postmaster spam alerts, anomaly detection, and blacklist/blocklist checks were closer to the daily workflow. DMARC360 lost points where hosted SPF and hosted MTA-STS were absent in our test; DMARC Expert lost points where volume caps, MSP terms, and source ownership rules needed confirmation.

Feature set

Depth vs breadth

DMARC360 is stronger for DMARC enforcement. DMARC Expert adds reputation coverage.

DMARC360 gave us clearer DMARC policy movement and more useful report drilldowns across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and Mailchimp. DMARC Expert covered more adjacent monitoring through DNS alerts, Google Postmaster spam alerts, hosted SPF, and blacklist/blocklist checks, but its exact volume and domain limits were less clear. Against Suped's product, the buying question is whether guided fixes and automatic issue detection need to sit directly beside each source decision.

Microsoft and Google grouped cleanly
SendGrid mismatch exposed fast
Unknown sender needed owner notes
dmarc-expert.com logo
DMARC Expert
DMARC Expert screenshot
Mailchimp naming was usable
Blacklist/blocklist checks included
Subdomain DKIM needed review
DMARC360 handled the core DMARC cases with more precision. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were grouped under recognizable service names, SendGrid exposed the visible-from mismatch without burying the SPF pass, and Mailchimp's DKIM-passing traffic on the marketing subdomain stayed separate from the corporate domain. The unknown sender still needed an owner note, but the drilldown gave us enough header and volume context to decide whether to approve, investigate, or block.
DMARC Expert covered the same report stream but leaned more into monitoring around the domain. Mailchimp and Google Workspace were readable, hosted SPF sat closer to the setup flow, and the forwarded mail SPF failure was flagged as an authentication edge case instead of a spoof. The unknown support desk sender needed a manual classification pass, and the Premium plan's public caps were not clear enough for us to size a 1 million message month without asking.

User experience

Control vs guidance

DMARC360 gives operators more control. DMARC Expert is easier to start.

DMARC360 took longer to learn, but once our three domains were live, the drilldowns made source ownership and policy movement easier to defend. DMARC Expert had a gentler first pass through DNS setup and support scheduling, but we spent more time confirming what the platform meant by the unknown sender and the forwarded SPF failure.

DMARC360

Three domains added cleanly
Unknown sender easy to isolate
Forwarded SPF explanation was dense
dmarc-expert.com logo
DMARC Expert
DMARC Expert screenshot
Guided screens reduced setup friction
Unknown sender classification slower
Forwarding needed support context
We added the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain in a single afternoon. DMARC360's domain views kept the parked domain quiet, which made the unauthorized spoof sample stand out, and the unknown sender was easy to isolate by volume, source IP, and authentication result. The forwarded SPF failure explanation was accurate but dense, so a less experienced owner would need a short handoff note.
DMARC Expert's onboarding felt more guided during DNS setup, especially where it checked SPF, DKIM, and DMARC changes after publication. The unknown sender classification took longer because the naming stayed closer to raw report data, and the forwarded SPF failure needed support context before we were confident it was a forwarding pattern rather than abuse. The UI worked best when we treated it as a monitored DMARC program with scheduled expert review.

Support

Hands on help vs self serve

DMARC360 has clearer tiered support. DMARC Expert puts more value into expert sessions.

DMARC360 was easier to plan around because paid tiers list email, calls, and online meetings, with enterprise onboarding tied to the proposal flow. DMARC Expert gave us more direct expert-review expectations on Premium, but the number of sessions and escalation model changed by tier and needed confirmation for larger teams.

Escalation path was clearer

Two Premium sessions included
Enterprise help is custom
DNS review felt consultant-led
DMARC360 set clearer expectations during setup. For our three domains, the DNS handoff was easy to package for an infrastructure owner: publish records, wait for aggregate data, classify each sender, then move policy. Escalation felt better suited to enterprise buyers because the paid tiers explicitly include calls and online meetings, and the Community Edition support line was too limited for a production enforcement project.
DMARC Expert's support model helped most where our team needed human interpretation. The two Premium Webex sessions were useful for the forwarded SPF failure and hosted SPF questions, and the Enterprise description pointed to deeper deliverability diagnosis. The tradeoff was procurement clarity: we had to confirm session counts, takedown credit handling, and how DNS ownership would be handed off after onboarding.

Suitability

Enterprise fit vs operator fit

DMARC360 fits security teams with policy pressure. DMARC Expert fits buyers who value expert review.

DMARC360 fit the buyer who needs account separation, domain grouping, and a defensible route to quarantine or reject. DMARC Expert fit the buyer who wants support sessions and reputation monitoring bundled with DMARC, especially for smaller portfolios. Against Suped's product, buyers should check MSP workflow depth and alert quality before choosing either option.

MSSP tier is custom
Client grouping needs confirmation
SMB support sessions help
DMARC360 was strongest when we acted like an enterprise team with multiple owners. The corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain stayed separated enough for recurring reports, and the parked domain was easy to present as a strict reject candidate after the spoof sample. For MSP work, the product needed more handoff notes than we wanted because source ownership and client-level recurring actions were not always obvious without analyst context.
DMARC Expert was a better fit for an operator who wants DMARC with scheduled expert review and reputation monitoring. Its MSSP path acknowledged multi-client work, but public details for client counts, included domains, recurring reports, and handoff terms were not visible. For SMBs, the Premium package was easier to justify than a custom enterprise quote if the buyer accepts annual billing and confirms the volume cap.

What each tool feels like after 90 days of real use

ctm360.com logo
DMARC360

Best when enforcement is the main project

After 90 days, DMARC360 felt like a DMARC enforcement workbench. The corporate domain became the main decision surface, the marketing subdomain stayed cleanly separated, and the parked domain gave us a low-risk place to validate a strict policy after the spoof sample appeared.
The strongest day-to-day value was source triage. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and Mailchimp were easier to explain to owners, and the visible-from mismatch on SendGrid had enough context for a real remediation ticket. The weaker part was adjacent hosted-record work, since SPF flattening and hosted MTA-STS were outside what we tested.

DMARC Expert

Best when DMARC needs expert review

After 90 days, DMARC Expert felt like a monitored DMARC program with expert checkpoints. DNS change alerts, hosted SPF, Google Postmaster spam alerts, and blacklist/blocklist checks made sense for teams that want reputation context next to authentication data.
The tradeoff was source ownership speed. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were readable, but the unknown support desk sender took longer to classify, and the forwarded SPF failure needed support context before we closed it as forwarding rather than abuse. Pricing also required more questions once we moved past the small and medium bands.

If you cannot decide between the two, maybe the answer is Suped

Suped dashboard
Source ownership
DMARC Expert left the unknown support desk sender too close to raw report data in our test. Suped's product ties sending sources to owners and fix steps so classification does not stall.
Hosted records
DMARC360 had a strong policy workflow, but hosted SPF and hosted MTA-STS were absent in our test. Suped's product keeps those record changes inside the same DMARC work queue.
MSP handoff
DMARC360 needed extra handoff notes for client ownership, and DMARC Expert's MSSP terms were custom. Suped's product gives MSPs client grouping, recurring reports, and per-domain pricing.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
