DMARC Expert grouped Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace clearly, then kept SendGrid and Mailchimp separate enough for ownership review. The SPF pass with a visible From mismatch was presented as an identity problem instead of a simple pass, and the forwarded message received context that stopped us treating its SPF failure as a spoof. The unknown sender still needed analyst review before we were comfortable approving it, but the action plan kept that review connected to policy movement.

Parseddmarc ingested our Microsoft Graph and Gmail API report flows and produced consistent JSON and CSV for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and Mailchimp. Its parsed rows preserved the evidence for the DKIM pass on a subdomain and the forwarded SPF failure, but it did not turn our unknown sender into a named owner or remediation task. We had to add our own mapping, storage views, alert thresholds, and enforcement logic.

We added the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain with distinct purposes, then connected the approved senders. DMARC Expert made the parked domain's reject path easier to separate from the slower corporate rollout. Finding the unknown sender took a focused drilldown rather than a raw-data query, and the forwarded SPF failure had enough context for us to explain why DKIM still mattered.

With Parseddmarc, adding three domains meant configuring ingestion and deciding how each domain would map into our storage and dashboards. The unknown sender was easy to locate by source IP and authentication result after we built the view, but naming its owner stayed manual. Explaining the forwarded SPF failure required us to inspect the disposition, DKIM result, and override data together.

DMARC Expert's Premium package includes two one-hour Webex sessions, which gave us a concrete place to review DNS changes and the move toward enforcement. The yearly action-plan model helped frame our handoff, while the Enterprise tier described continuous surveillance and deliverability diagnosis. We would still confirm response times, included support hours, and escalation terms before signing because those limits were not public.

Parseddmarc's documentation covered installation, mailbox ingestion, outputs, and resource tuning well enough for an experienced operator to start. It did not provide the DNS ownership handoff we wanted when changing DMARC policy, and there was no published commercial escalation or enterprise onboarding package. Our team had to own parser failures, index capacity, upgrades, and the explanation sent to domain owners.

For enterprise use, DMARC Expert kept the corporate, marketing, and parked domains in one policy program while allowing different enforcement timing. Its MSSP tier lists a multi-user management dashboard, so account separation exists, but public client counts and recurring-report mechanics were unclear. An MSP should test delegated access, scheduled reports, and handoff notes with real client groups before committing.

Parseddmarc's index-prefix support let us separate domain groups, and its outputs could feed a recurring report job. That was useful for an MSP willing to own templates and scheduling, but client access, handoff notes, and account permissions were not a finished workflow. An SMB without a technical operator would carry too much infrastructure and interpretation work, while an enterprise with an existing data platform could accept that tradeoff.
