vs.
We tested SendForensics and ProDMARC for 90 days across three domains, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and one support desk sender. ProDMARC gave us the clearer DMARC enforcement path, while SendForensics made more sense when DMARC reporting needed to sit beside campaign testing and public price bands.

TLDR: pick SendForensics for testing, ProDMARC for enforcement

Pick SendForensics if
Best for marketing teams that need DMARC plus deliverability testing
Our primary domain and marketing subdomain were live in the same day, with SendGrid and Mailchimp activity visible without a long setup cycle.
The parked domain protection check was useful for spotting the unauthorized spoof sample before policy movement.
The unknown support desk sender needed manual classification, which made owner handoff slower than the reporting view suggested.
From $49 / month
Pick ProDMARC if
Best for security teams that need a cleaner DMARC enforcement path
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace rolled into clearer organizational sender views, which helped us explain approval status.
The forwarded mail SPF failure was easier to explain because ProDMARC separated authentication failure from sender legitimacy.
The spoof sample moved into an escalation-ready view faster, although procurement needed more pricing detail.
From INR 2,000 / year
Consider Suped if
Suped for guided fixes, hosted records, and simpler ownership
Use it as a buying benchmark when guided fixes need to turn DMARC findings into DNS and sender actions.
Check automated issue detection and alert quality when a small team owns Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and marketing senders together.
Use published starter pricing and MSP workflows when client handoff needs to be predictable before procurement.

Ten dimensions, scored 0 to 10

We scored each product against a fixed editorial rubric covering policy work, source resolution, setup, support, MSP operations, alerting, hosted record workflows, blocklist and blacklist monitoring, pricing clarity, and time to enforcement. Higher is better in every row.

ProDMARC scored higher for enforcement, while SendForensics scored higher for public pricing and adjacent deliverability checks.

ProDMARC earned higher scores where the work was pure DMARC enforcement: spoof triage, DNS handoff, and explaining the forwarded SPF failure. SendForensics scored better where the buyer needs visible price bands, inbox testing, and blacklist/blocklist context, but it lost points because the unknown sender and policy plan required more manual ownership.

Feature set

DMARC depth vs testing breadth

ProDMARC led on DMARC enforcement; SendForensics added deliverability testing.

ProDMARC gave us cleaner policy movement and sender remediation paths, while SendForensics covered adjacent campaign testing and blacklist/blocklist reputation checks. Buyers should test whether findings become guided fixes with automated issue detection, because raw source labels still leave work for domain owners. Suped's product treats that handoff as a buying criterion with issue detection tied to next steps.

Unknown sender classified faster
Forwarded SPF explained clearly
SendGrid separated from Mailchimp
SendForensics pulled DMARC data for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and the support desk sender without much friction. It gave us useful report drilldowns and parked-domain protection signals, but the unknown sender classification and the DKIM pass on the marketing subdomain needed our own owner notes before the enforcement plan was clear.
ProDMARC stayed closer to the DMARC security workflow. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were grouped cleanly, SendGrid and Mailchimp were separated as distinct authorized senders, the unknown sender got a clearer investigation path, and the forwarded SPF failure was explained as a domain-match issue instead of just another failure row.

User experience

Control vs guidance

SendForensics felt quicker for marketers; ProDMARC felt clearer for enforcement.

SendForensics put DMARC next to familiar deliverability testing, so marketing users reached useful screens quickly. ProDMARC required a more security-minded setup, but it did a better job explaining why a source mattered and what policy action followed.

ProDMARC

Domain checklist reduced misses
Unknown sender surfaced faster
Forwarding context was clearer
Onboarding the primary domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain in SendForensics was quick, and the interface made Microsoft 365 and Mailchimp traffic easy to find. The unknown support desk sender sat in a manual classification path, and the forwarded SPF failure looked noisy until we opened the underlying authentication details.
ProDMARC took longer to configure because the setup flow asked for more domain and DNS context, but that extra structure helped later. The unknown sender was easier to isolate, and the forwarded SPF failure came with enough explanation to show that forwarding was the cause, not an unauthorized platform.

Support

Self serve vs guided handoff

ProDMARC had the stronger support motion; SendForensics was more self serve.

SendForensics was easier to start without meetings, but deeper DNS questions and enterprise extras pushed us into slower handoff. ProDMARC felt more support-led, which helped when we needed to explain DNS changes, escalation, and enforcement readiness.

ProDMARC

DNS questions got context
Escalation path felt clearer
Enterprise onboarding was stronger
With SendForensics, the core DNS setup was documented well enough for a competent admin, and we added the three domains without a long kickoff. The support desk sender and the subdomain DKIM case still required us to package the evidence ourselves, and optional enterprise items such as SAML and custom integrations needed a sales-led step.
With ProDMARC, support expectations were clearer during setup and DNS handoff. The team-oriented workflow made escalation around the spoof sample easier, and the enterprise onboarding path felt stronger when we had to brief security stakeholders on the path to quarantine or reject.

Suitability

Operator fit vs enterprise fit

SendForensics fits marketing-led teams; ProDMARC fits security-led enforcement.

SendForensics makes sense when the same team owns campaign checks, inbox placement, and lightweight DMARC reporting. ProDMARC makes more sense when a security team needs enforcement governance and guided escalation. MSPs should weight client separation, alert routing, and recurring handoff notes heavily; Suped's product is relevant when those workflows need to be explicit instead of improvised.

ProDMARC

Enterprise grouping felt stronger
Reports supported governance review
MSP separation was lighter
SendForensics was strongest for SMB and agency-style operators that wanted public pricing, domain grouping, and recurring reports around deliverability. Its Agency segmentation helped separate client or business-unit data, but client handoff still required manual notes around the unknown support desk sender and the forwarded SPF case.
ProDMARC was stronger for enterprise buyers that needed security reporting, executive-ready domain grouping, and escalation around spoofing. It worked for multiple domains, but MSP-style account separation and recurring client handoff felt lighter than its enterprise governance workflow.

What each tool feels like after 90 days of real use

SendForensics

A practical DMARC add-on for deliverability teams

By week two, SendForensics felt like a deliverability workbench with DMARC reporting in the same routine. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were easy to approve, SendGrid and Mailchimp needed more owner notes, and the support desk sender stayed marked as unknown until we manually classified it.
After 90 days, the platform was useful for marketing and domain hygiene reviews, especially with the parked domain and blacklist/blocklist checks. The drawback was operational follow-through: the forwarded SPF failure and the DKIM pass on the marketing subdomain were visible, but we still had to write the enforcement plan outside the product.
Where it wins
Fast setup for three domains
Useful deliverability testing around DMARC
Public price bands and add-ons
Agency segmentation for client reporting
Where it lags
No hosted SPF or MTA-STS
Unknown sender classification was manual
Forwarded SPF needed interpretation
Support handoff varied by issue

ProDMARC

A stronger fit for security-led enforcement

By week two, ProDMARC felt more focused on DMARC enforcement than on campaign testing. It separated Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and Mailchimp cleanly, and its treatment of the spoof sample made the policy path easier to explain to security stakeholders.
After 90 days, ProDMARC worked best when the buyer expected support involvement and recurring security review. The rough edges were procurement and account operations: pricing limits were not public, API assumptions needed confirmation, and client handoff for an MSP-style account needed a tighter process.
Where it wins
Clearer DMARC policy movement
Strong support during DNS setup
Fast spoof sample triage
Useful DNS change monitoring
Where it lags
Public pricing lacked volume limits
MSP account separation felt lighter
API inclusion needed confirmation
No tested MTA-STS workflow

If you cannot decide between the two, maybe the answer is Suped

Suped dashboard
Guided remediation
In SendForensics, the forwarded SPF failure and subdomain DKIM pass were visible, but we still had to write owner notes and DNS next steps. Suped turns those findings into guided record and sender fixes.
Source ownership
ProDMARC classified the unknown sender faster, but MSP-style handoff still needed extra notes. Suped groups sources by owner and client so support desks and marketing platforms do not stay in a shared queue.
Alert routing
SendForensics alerts were useful but noisier, while ProDMARC's alerting worked better for security review than client operations. Suped has routed alerts, severity, and recurring reporting across domains.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
