In SendForensics, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace normalized into clear source groups after aggregate reports arrived, and SendGrid versus Mailchimp were easy to filter by the corporate domain and marketing subdomain. The aligned SPF and aligned DKIM cases were easy to confirm, while the SPF pass with a visible from mismatch required us to read the details and decide the fix ourselves. The unauthorized spoof sample was easy to find, but the unknown sender needed manual classification before we were ready to move policy.
DMARC Visualizer gave us parsedmarc data in Elasticsearch and Grafana panels, so Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and Mailchimp were visible once ingestion was working. The DKIM pass on a subdomain and forwarded mail with SPF failure were explainable if we queried the right panels, but the product did not package those edge cases into a guided remediation path. The unknown sender stayed a dashboard investigation task rather than a named source workflow.

Adding the primary domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain took one session in SendForensics, with DNS instructions clear enough to hand to an admin. Finding the unknown sender took a few filters and a naming decision, not a dashboard rebuild. The forwarded mail SPF failure was visible in the pass and fail detail, but the explanation still needed our own note for the security team.
DMARC Visualizer felt like a kit of reliable components rather than a finished SaaS workflow. We had to wire ingestion, confirm parsed files, manage Elasticsearch storage, and adjust Grafana panels before the three domains were easy to compare. During setup, SendForensics gave us enough DNS context to hand TXT changes to an administrator, and the product framed domain activation in user-facing terms. For escalation, the public packaging pointed us toward higher tiers for custom integrations and SAML/SSO, but we still needed our own owner notes for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and the support desk sender. Enterprise onboarding was clearer than DMARC Visualizer because there was an account model and a vendor path.
DMARC Visualizer had no paid onboarding, SLA, or escalation route in the pricing information we reviewed. When mailbox ingestion needed adjustment and the parked domain had no meaningful traffic, the operator had to debug parsing, storage, retention, and Grafana access. Account separation was usable on higher tiers through segmentation and multiple analysis addresses, and recurring reports made monthly review easier for non-technical stakeholders. For MSP-style handoff, it still needed clearer client notes around the unknown sender, forwarded SPF failure, and when to move toward quarantine.
DMARC Visualizer fit an SMB or internal platform team that already runs observability tools and accepts maintenance work.
