In DMARC Digests, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace appeared as recognizable sources, SendGrid and Mailchimp were easy to scan once reports accumulated, and the dashboard separated known and unknown traffic cleanly. The SPF pass with visible-from mismatch case showed the failed DMARC result, but we still had to reason through the domain match problem and decide who owned the fix.
VerifyDMARC gave us broader controls during the same test. Bulk import covered the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain; Google Workspace subdomain DKIM activity was surfaced quickly; SendGrid, Mailchimp, and the support desk sender were easier to classify; and the parked-domain spoof sample triggered a more actionable alert path.

DMARC Digests made the first corporate domain feel light: DNS setup was short, the first digest was readable, and the dashboard did not ask us to configure much before value appeared. The unknown sender was visible, but finding it again after several report cycles took more clicking, and explaining the forwarded mail SPF failure still depended on operator knowledge.
VerifyDMARC was denser, but it moved faster across our three-domain setup. Bulk import reduced repeated DNS work, the unknown sender was searchable, and the forwarded SPF failure was easier to explain because SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and report history were shown in closer context.

After 90 days, VerifyDMARC felt better suited to repeat operations. We could keep the corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain in view, search for the unknown sender, and use the setup history when explaining changes.
The tradeoff was density. The product gave us more controls, API access, TLS-RPT checks, and parked-domain alerts, but the final remediation steps still depended on an operator turning findings into DNS changes and sender-owner follow-up.
