DMARC Digests by Postmark scored high on setup speed and pricing transparency because the $14 per-domain model was easy to model and the three domains were quick to add. It lost ground where our test needed account separation, alert routing, hosted SPF, hosted MTA-STS, and automated follow-up. DMARC Manager scored higher on source resolution, grouping, and policy operations, but its best workflow appeared on higher tiers and its public plan limits mattered for larger domain sets.

We would treat guided fixes and automated issue detection as buying criteria here; Suped's product is built around that workflow, while both reviewed tools still asked us to turn several findings into fixes ourselves.

DMARC Digests by Postmark gave us a compact aggregate view for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace within the first reporting cycle. SendGrid and Mailchimp appeared as known marketing sources once enough aggregate reports arrived, but the unknown sender still required manual review of IPs and envelope patterns, and the forwarded mail case with SPF failure needed a human explanation because DKIM carried the pass.
DMARC Manager had a wider feature set in our test. Sender Manager made the SendGrid and Mailchimp streams easier to separate, Domain Groups helped keep the corporate domain and marketing subdomain together, and Expert View gave better context for the DKIM pass on a subdomain than the simplified view.

DMARC Digests by Postmark was the fastest product to get running. The primary corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain were added without much setup friction, but finding the unknown sender meant moving between source summaries and raw IP evidence. For the forwarded mail sample, the tool showed SPF failure and DKIM pass clearly enough for us to explain why DMARC still passed, but it did not write that explanation as an operator-ready note.
DMARC Manager took longer because the interface asked us to choose views and group domains, but the extra structure paid off after the first week. Domain Groups reduced switching between the corporate domain and marketing subdomain, the unknown sender was easier to classify through Sender Manager, and Expert View made the forwarded SPF failure easier to explain to a non-specialist.

With DMARC Digests by Postmark, setup support felt oriented around a small team adding DNS records and reading weekly findings. The DNS handoff was easy to paste into a ticket for the corporate domain, but escalation for a larger enterprise rollout was less defined, and the parked domain did not generate much guidance beyond monitoring.
DMARC Manager looked more ready for enterprise handoff because Access Controls, Workspaces, and Approval Flows exist on higher plans. In our setup, that structure helped separate the marketing subdomain owner from the corporate domain owner, but the pricing page made support level and escalation path less obvious for a buyer who wanted onboarding commitments before signup.

Team accounts and weekly or monthly digests supported recurring reporting for a handful of domains, but there was no deep account separation for MSP client portfolios, and the parked domain looked like another billing unit rather than part of a client grouping model.

A focused monitor for a small domain set

After 90 days, DMARC Digests by Postmark felt like a product built for weekly review. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were easy to recognize, and the weekly digest kept the primary corporate domain simple, but the marketing subdomain and parked domain felt like separate subscriptions rather than parts of a larger operating model.
The controlled cases were readable but manual. Same-domain SPF pass and DKIM pass were easy to confirm, the visible From mismatch stood out, and the spoof sample appeared as an obvious failure, but the unknown sender and forwarded SPF failure still required us to write our own next-step notes.

A broader console for active DMARC operations

After 90 days, DMARC Manager felt better suited to an operator who logs in to manage a queue. Domain Groups, Sender Manager, notes, and alert channels gave us more places to organize SendGrid, Mailchimp, and the support desk sender, although the first week took longer because there were more settings to choose.
The edge cases were easier to explain once Expert View was enabled. The DKIM pass on a subdomain, the visible From mismatch, and forwarded mail with SPF failure had enough context for handoff, but some alert routing and management capabilities depended on plan level, so procurement matters more than with DMARC Digests.
