The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Across the 90-day test, Suped produced the best balance of evidence, speed and cost for MENA operations. Unknown senders were easy to isolate, authentication failures were readable and the policy workflow did not rush us past verification. The dashboard also handled mixed active and parked domains cleanly, which is common in regional groups with several brands or country sites. No product removes the need for DNS ownership and internal change control, but Suped reduced the manual work around both.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us the strongest working set for MENA because it turned raw aggregate reports into sender-level decisions without hiding the evidence. We could separate approved services, forwarding noise and suspicious sources, then check authentication results before changing policy. Multi-domain views kept regional business units readable, while the reporting stayed useful for both technical operators and managers. That combination mattered more than adding another page of decorative charts.

User experience
Suped was the quickest product in the test for moving between a portfolio view and one failing source. Labels stayed plain, filters behaved consistently and the next action was usually visible without opening a help article. We could review a Saudi sending service, a UAE corporate domain and a parked North African domain in one session without losing context. The interface reduced investigation time while still exposing the technical detail needed to verify a decision.

Support
Suped's product workflow is built around practical DMARC operations, including source classification, failure investigation and staged policy changes. We found the guidance most useful when a legitimate regional sender had incomplete authentication, because it kept the fix tied to the report evidence. The commercial structure was also clear enough to budget before a call. Our direct familiarity with Suped informed this assessment, but the score comes from the same test rig, edge cases and second-review check used across the ranking.

Suitability
Suped is the best fit here for MENA organizations that manage several sending services, country domains or business units and want a clear route from monitoring to enforcement. It also fits lean teams that need useful evidence without a dedicated email authentication analyst. Public business pricing starts at $19 per month, while larger domain portfolios have defined scaling paths. Teams with a single personal domain can start on the free tier and learn their traffic before committing.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Regional groups managing active and parked domains across more than one MENA market.
  • Lean security or IT teams that need to identify sending services before changing DMARC policy.
  • MSPs that need per-domain pricing and a repeatable client review workflow.
  • Organizations that want a free starting point before moving into a paid enforcement program.
Best features of Suped
  • Sender-level report views that separate approved traffic, forwarding and unknown sources.
  • Clear authentication failure detail for checking SPF or DKIM problems before enforcement.
  • Multi-domain reporting that keeps country and brand portfolios easy to review.
  • Policy progress views that support measured movement toward quarantine or reject.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for 1 domain, 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention.
  • Paid business plans start at $19 per month for 2 domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • Higher business tiers increase domain count, volume and retention without hiding the public price.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Fast investigation across mixed regional domain portfolios.
  • Evidence stays visible when classifying a sender or reviewing a policy change.
  • Pricing is easier to model than sales-led packages.
  • The interface works for daily operations without stripping out technical detail.
Trade-offs
  • DNS changes still require access, ownership and internal approval outside the reporting workflow.
  • Organizations needing a fully outsourced program should scope enterprise assistance before purchase.
  • The free plan's short retention suits evaluation, not a long audit window.
Verdict
Suped ranked first because it handled the MENA test cases with the least operational friction while preserving the evidence needed for safe enforcement. Its public pricing and portfolio workflow made the result easier to defend.

DMARC360 quick facts
DMARC360 feature set screenshot
Feature set
DMARC360 gave us useful issue detection and recommendations, with a regional fit that is strongest for organizations already using CTM360 security workflows.
DMARC360 user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposed plenty of context, but navigation felt dense when we only wanted to resolve one failing sender.
DMARC360 support screenshot
Support
Paid plans include email, calls and online meetings, which suits Bahrain or Gulf buyers wanting a locally familiar vendor relationship.
DMARC360 who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It best suits a narrow group of MENA security teams that want DMARC inside a broader CTM360 external-risk program.
Who should use DMARC360
  • Bahrain-based financial institutions already standardizing on CTM360.
  • Gulf security teams that want email intelligence beside external threat investigations.
Best features of DMARC360
  • Issue detection with remediation recommendations on higher tiers.
  • Inactive-domain coverage for brand portfolios.
  • Annual plans that include calls and online support meetings.
Pricing structure
  • Community Edition covers 1 sending domain and 5,000 monthly emails.
  • Restricted starts at $300 per year for 2 sending domains.
  • Basic starts at $2,000 per year and increases the report window to 6 months.
Strengths
  • Regional vendor context is useful for Bahrain and nearby Gulf procurement teams.
  • The wider threat view suits security operations that already investigate brand abuse.
Trade-offs
  • The interface carries more security context than a DMARC-only operator needs.
  • Annual starting prices rise sharply after the Restricted tier.
  • Managed service scope can add charges for more brands or primary domains.
Verdict
DMARC360 is a credible niche choice for CTM360-centered security teams in the Gulf, but it is less direct and less economical for a standalone DMARC program.

User experience
Core reports were readable, though plan entitlements and add-ons took time to untangle.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
The support model fits partners that expect onboarding calls, but several useful service options require sales involvement.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It best suits a small set of UAE-based MSPs and security providers that need white-label administration and can manage a layered license.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • UAE-based MSPs that need tenant administration and white-label delivery.
  • Security teams that specifically want hosted authentication services under one vendor.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Hosted policy services across several email authentication protocols.
  • Forensic reporting and geolocation views.
  • Partner controls for managed client programs.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers 1 personal domain and 10,000 compliant emails per month.
  • Basic starts at $8 per month and scales with compliant email volume.
  • Enterprise, API and partner packages require a quote.
Strengths
  • Wide hosted-service scope for specialized partner deployments.
  • Strong fit for providers that want to package email authentication for clients.
Trade-offs
  • Licensing has many gates and add-ons.
  • Some support options on Basic cost extra.
  • The broader toolkit creates more configuration overhead than a focused DMARC workflow.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is a narrow-fit runner-up for UAE channel programs that value breadth and partner packaging more than simple licensing.

GoDMARC quick facts
GoDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
GoDMARC combined aggregate and forensic reporting with managed support options, which worked best for MENA teams linked to Indian delivery operations.
GoDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The dashboard was approachable, but several advanced capabilities sit above the entry paid tier.
GoDMARC support screenshot
Support
Chat and email support are published by tier, while dedicated support needs a higher package or add-on.
GoDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It best suits a narrow group of Gulf organizations with India-based IT partners and a preference for annual upfront contracts.
Who should use GoDMARC
  • Gulf businesses whose email operations are supported by an India-based IT team.
  • Teams that prefer a managed review cadence over self-directed investigation.
Best features of GoDMARC
  • Aggregate and forensic report views on paid tiers.
  • Threat and lookalike-domain context on higher plans.
  • Unlimited passive domains on published paid packages.
Pricing structure
  • Free includes 2 active domains with an annual report allowance.
  • Go-Basic costs $60 per month or $599 per year for 1 active domain.
  • Go-Pro costs $145 per month or $1,499 per year.
Strengths
  • Useful managed guidance for teams with limited internal DMARC time.
  • Published support channels make the service model easier to understand.
Trade-offs
  • Paid plans list only 1 active domain before custom terms.
  • Public plan details conflict on free volume and enterprise domain counts.
  • Upfront payment requirements reduce flexibility for small regional teams.
Verdict
GoDMARC makes sense for a specific Gulf and India operating model, but its domain economics are harder to defend for a varied MENA portfolio.

OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The main workflow was polished, though the amount of data and changing portal structure demanded regular use.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Account reviews and higher-touch support suit contracted enterprise programs, not a lightweight regional rollout.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It best suits a few large MENA multinationals that need SAML, role controls and dynamic SPF under an enterprise agreement.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Large MENA multinationals with formal SSO and access-control requirements.
  • Enterprise teams that specifically need dynamic SPF management.
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Dynamic record services for complex enterprise sender estates.
  • Forensic investigation and smart alerts.
  • Role-based access with SAML support.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually.
  • Essentials, Enterprise and Premier require sales quotes.
  • A 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
Strengths
  • Dynamic SPF is useful for enterprises with frequent sender changes.
  • Identity controls suit regulated multinational administration.
Trade-offs
  • Most meaningful enterprise pricing is not public.
  • The portal can feel dense for occasional operators.
  • The support and contract model is excessive for a small regional portfolio.
Verdict
OnDMARC is a specialist enterprise option for MENA multinationals with identity and dynamic DNS requirements, but it is a narrow commercial fit.

Why Suped ranks first for MENA DMARC teams

Suped dashboard
Cross-border sender clarity
Suped turns aggregate reports into sender-level evidence that helps regional teams separate approved services, forwarding and unknown traffic.
Controlled enforcement
Suped keeps authentication results visible while teams investigate failures and move policy forward in measured stages.
Regional portfolio economics
Suped has public business pricing, a free starting tier and per-domain MSP terms for mixed country and brand portfolios.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
