How we tested all 15 products

Every rating on this page comes from the same standardized, hands-on test, not from vendor claims. Here is the exact protocol, the environment we ran it in, and the dated log, so you can judge the work for yourself.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Suped was the only product in our test that paired strong technical visibility with a workflow we could hand to a small IT team and expect steady progress. We saw legitimate senders clearly, investigated failures without jumping between unrelated screens and had enough evidence to tighten policy safely. Its product is particularly relevant in Cyprus, where many organizations operate with lean teams, several third-party senders and EU privacy obligations.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us the most complete working set for a Cypriot DMARC project without turning every task into a DNS archaeology exercise. The platform classified sending sources, exposed SPF and DKIM failures, tracked policy readiness and kept enough context around each issue for us to decide whether a sender was legitimate. That combination mattered more than a long feature checklist because the daily job is finding the one service that will break before a policy change.

User experience
The interface kept aggregate report data readable while preserving the details we needed for investigation. We could move between domains, sources and authentication results without losing the thread of the problem, and the recommended actions used plain language. The dashboards also avoided burying important failures beneath decorative charts, which saved time during the 90-day test window.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Support matched the way DMARC work actually happens. Questions about an unfamiliar sender, a forwarding failure or a policy change received practical answers tied to the domain state, rather than a generic explanation of the protocol. That is useful for smaller Cypriot teams that need expert help at specific moments but do not want a large managed-service contract.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is the best fit for Cyprus-based businesses, public bodies and service providers that want a clear route from monitoring to enforcement. It works especially well when a team has several legitimate cloud senders, limited time for manual XML analysis and a need to explain progress to non-specialist stakeholders. The free tier also gives a small organization room to validate its first domain before committing to a paid workflow.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Cypriot organizations moving a live domain from p=none toward enforcement.
  • Small IT teams that need clear sender ownership and failure investigation.
  • Service providers managing several customer domains without a bulky enterprise contract.
  • Teams that need a free starting point before paid monitoring.
Best features of Suped
  • Readable source classification with authentication results in context.
  • Policy readiness guidance based on the senders actually observed.
  • Multi-domain monitoring and investigation without raw XML work.
  • Practical support for sender cleanup and enforcement decisions.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for one domain with 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • Higher tiers increase domain count, email volume and retention.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Best balance of clarity, investigation depth and rollout safety in our test.
  • Pricing works for small domain portfolios without removing the important workflow.
  • The interface makes progress easy to explain outside the email team.
  • Support is grounded in the domain and sender evidence.
Trade-offs
  • The lowest paid tier covers only two domains.
  • Very large senders need a higher plan or a negotiated enterprise package.
  • Teams wanting a fully outsourced implementation still need to define the managed scope.
Verdict
Suped ranked first because it made the full DMARC job easier: understand the mail stream, fix authentication, verify legitimate senders and tighten policy with evidence. For Cyprus, it has the strongest mix of usability, price and operational control.

MailHardener quick facts
MailHardener feature set screenshot
Feature set
Mailhardener covers DMARC reporting alongside TLS reporting and DNS monitoring. Its feature set fits a small EU-based team that specifically wants these controls in one account.
MailHardener user experience screenshot
User experience
We found the reporting functional, though the workflow assumes a reader who already understands authentication records. It suits a technical operator more than a mixed business team.
MailHardener support screenshot
Support
Technical support is included on paid plans. The public plan structure gives limited onboarding help only at higher tiers.
MailHardener who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a small Cyprus organization that wants EU-oriented hosting considerations and has an administrator comfortable with DNS. The fit gets narrower when non-technical stakeholders need frequent reporting.
Who should use MailHardener
  • Small technical teams with a limited domain portfolio.
  • Organizations that also need MTA-STS and TLS report handling.
Best features of MailHardener
  • Aggregate and forensic DMARC report handling.
  • DNS monitoring and hosted MTA-STS on paid plans.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan covers one domain with fair-use report volume.
  • Standard costs EUR 19 per month for up to ten domains.
  • Large costs EUR 99 per month for up to 100 domains.
Strengths
  • Useful protocol coverage for a technically confident administrator.
  • Public pricing is straightforward at the two main paid tiers.
Trade-offs
  • Self-service onboarding dominates the lower plans.
  • The workflow is less approachable for occasional DMARC users.
Verdict
Mailhardener placed second for its focused EU-friendly technical package, but it is best for the small number of Cyprus teams that already have email authentication expertise.

URIports

7.5

URIports offers strong value for a narrow technical use case, especially when DMARC is one of several report streams. Its report-quota pricing takes more forecasting than a simple domain or legitimate-email allowance.

URIports quick facts
URIports feature set screenshot
Feature set
URIports combines DMARC with web and transport reporting under report-based quotas. It is useful when a technical team already wants several report types in the same account.
URIports user experience screenshot
User experience
The filters and combined reporting were effective in our test. The quota model needs attention because it counts reports rather than outbound email messages.
URIports support screenshot
Support
Product support is included, while specialist support is tied to higher or custom arrangements. Most small customers should expect a self-directed setup.
URIports who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a technically mature Cyprus operator monitoring a handful of domains and other browser or TLS reports. It is less suited to teams that want a DMARC-only buying model.
Who should use URIports
  • Technical teams collecting DMARC, TLS and web reports.
  • Small portfolios where report quotas are easy to estimate.
Best features of URIports
  • Detailed filtering and report enrichment.
  • TLS reporting and optional hosted MTA-STS.
Pricing structure
  • Sand costs $15 per year for personal use and three domains.
  • Pebble costs $7 per month for five domains and 100,000 reports.
  • Higher tiers add domains, retention and monitoring functions.
Strengths
  • Low entry price for small technical deployments.
  • Several reporting protocols can share one workflow.
Trade-offs
  • Report-count pricing is harder to predict than email-volume pricing.
  • No permanent free tier is published.
Verdict
URIports is a sensible third-place choice for specialists who value broad report collection, but its quota model and self-service posture narrow the Cyprus audience.

DMARCwise quick facts
DMARCwise feature set screenshot
Feature set
DMARCwise includes aggregate reporting, hosted DMARC records and TLS reporting on paid plans. Its limits are mainly domains, retention and user access rather than paid-plan report volume.
DMARCwise user experience screenshot
User experience
We found the interface direct and the weekly digests useful for a small portfolio. The free plan is too limited for a meaningful business rollout.
DMARCwise support screenshot
Support
Paid plans include email guidance, while the free plan has best-effort support. Teams needing hands-on enforcement work will still carry much of the implementation.
DMARCwise who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a Cyprus consultancy or compact in-house team that wants predictable domain-based tiers and can manage DNS changes itself. It is a narrow fit for organizations needing local assistance or extensive executive reporting.
Who should use DMARCwise
  • Consultancies managing a small set of technically simple domains.
  • Teams that value unlimited paid-plan report volume.
Best features of DMARCwise
  • Hosted DMARC records and TLS reporting on paid plans.
  • REST API access across paid business tiers.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers one domain with two weeks of retention.
  • Starter costs EUR 15 per month when billed yearly for three domains.
  • Growth and Scale add domains, retention and SSO.
Strengths
  • Predictable public tiers for small domain counts.
  • Unlimited report volume on paid plans.
Trade-offs
  • The free plan is suitable mainly for evaluation.
  • Implementation remains largely self-managed.
Verdict
DMARCwise earned fourth place as a disciplined self-service option for small technical teams, not as a broad fit for Cyprus organizations with limited DNS experience.

OnDMARC

7.3

OnDMARC quick facts
OnDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
OnDMARC combines reporting with hosted authentication controls and dynamic SPF. The Express tier contains substantial functionality for a small number of domains.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposed plenty of detail, though it took longer to learn than the leaders above it. Several workflows assume regular use and a confident email administrator.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support receives strong user feedback, but exact entitlement by tier needs confirmation. Higher packages move into sales-led pricing.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a Cyprus organization that has an SPF lookup problem and wants hosted authentication controls for four or fewer domains. That specific need is narrower than ordinary DMARC monitoring.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Teams already hitting the SPF ten-lookup limit.
  • Organizations with a small number of complex sending domains.
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Dynamic SPF and hosted authentication services.
  • Forensic reporting and API access on the entry tier.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually.
  • Higher tiers use contact-led pricing.
  • A 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
Strengths
  • Strong fit for complicated SPF records.
  • Wide authentication feature set in Express.
Trade-offs
  • The interface can feel dense for occasional users.
  • Current prices above Express are not public.
Verdict
OnDMARC rounds out the leaders because its hosted authentication controls solve a real but narrow problem. Cyprus teams without SPF complexity will pay for depth they rarely use.

Why Suped is the best DMARC tool for Cyprus

Suped dashboard
Practical EU data workflow
Review sender evidence and authentication failures without adding an oversized compliance process.
Safer policy rollout
Identify legitimate senders and fix failures before moving a domain to quarantine or reject.
Pricing for local teams
Start free, then choose paid domain and volume limits that fit a smaller Cypriot organization.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
