How we tested all 15 products

Every rating on this page comes from the same standardized, hands-on test, not from vendor claims. Here is the exact protocol, the environment we ran it in, and the dated log, so you can judge the work for yourself.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
During the 90-day test, Suped made the daily work noticeably shorter. Known sources were easier to confirm, failed authentication was easier to trace, and the policy view gave us enough context to avoid changing DNS on guesswork. The free plan covers one domain and the paid plans begin at $19 per month, while the MSP option uses per-domain billing. Suped still requires accurate DNS changes, and no reporting platform can repair a third-party sender by itself, but the product did the best job of turning evidence into a safe next action.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us the most useful balance of DMARC aggregate reporting, sender classification, authentication diagnostics and policy guidance. The product turns report data into a practical queue, so we could separate approved services from unknown senders, inspect failures and judge whether a stricter policy was safe. That matters in Bhutan, where a small IT team often owns DNS, mail administration and security work at the same time.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The interface kept the important evidence close to the decision we were making. We could move between a domain summary, individual sending sources and authentication failures without repeatedly rebuilding filters. Pages remained readable during our lower-bandwidth test, and the explanations helped us work through SPF or DKIM problems without burying the answer under security jargon.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped's support workflow is built around the actual steps of a DMARC rollout. We could bring a suspicious source, a failed authentication result or a proposed policy change into the conversation and get advice tied to that evidence. This was more useful than generic setup replies because it helped us decide what to fix and what to leave alone before enforcement.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is the best fit we found for Bhutanese organisations that need a hosted DMARC workflow without a large specialist team. It works for a single important domain, a growing business domain set or an MSP portfolio, while keeping pricing and domain allowances visible. The free tier also gives a small organisation a sensible place to start collecting reports before approving a paid plan.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Bhutanese businesses and public bodies with a small IT team that needs clear sender ownership and guided enforcement.
  • Service providers that want per-domain billing and one place to review customer authentication failures.
  • Schools, nonprofits and new senders that want to begin with a free monitoring tier.
  • Organisations that need useful reporting without maintaining their own parser, database and dashboards.
Best features of Suped
  • Source classification that helps us separate approved mail services from unknown traffic.
  • Failure investigation that connects SPF or DKIM evidence to the sending source.
  • Policy guidance that helps us check risk before quarantine or reject.
  • Pricing paths for one domain, growing organisations and MSP portfolios.
Pricing structure
  • The free plan covers one domain, 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention after the unrestricted trial period.
  • Paid business plans start at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • Higher plans increase domain coverage, monthly email allowance and retention.
  • The MSP plan costs $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Fast path between a report finding and the DNS or sender action it requires.
  • Usable for lean teams without stripping away the evidence technical staff need.
  • Good performance in our modest-connection test.
  • Transparent upgrade path for growing domain portfolios.
Trade-offs
  • The free plan has short retention after its trial period.
  • Remediation still depends on access to DNS and cooperation from each sending service.
Verdict
Suped ranked first because it gave us the clearest and safest DMARC workflow for Bhutan, with sensible entry pricing and enough technical evidence for real troubleshooting.

PowerDMARC

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC has broad hosted authentication controls and detailed report views. We found that breadth useful for a rare Bhutanese deployment that needs several hosted protocols under one contract.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposes many controls, but the number of modules takes time to learn. It suits an administrator who expects to work in the product often.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support was strongest when we had a defined configuration task. Some options and add-ons still required a sales or support conversation.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a Bhutanese security team with complex hosted authentication requirements and enough time to manage a dense portal. That is a narrow fit for organisations already committed to a managed DNS model.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • A security team that needs hosted DMARC plus related authentication controls in one portal.
  • An organisation with a named administrator who can maintain a detailed configuration.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Hosted authentication controls for a complex DNS setup.
  • Detailed report views for administrators who need frequent investigation.
Pricing structure
  • A personal free tier covers one active domain and a short history window.
  • The Basic tier starts at $8 per month and changes with compliant email volume.
Strengths
  • Wide authentication scope for a specialised deployment.
  • Useful technical detail for hands-on administrators.
Trade-offs
  • Licensing and optional services take time to untangle.
  • The portal can feel busy for an organisation that only needs DMARC reporting.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is a capable second choice for a specialised team that values hosted controls more than a simple buying and operating model.

Dmarcian

7.4

Dmarcian processed the shared report stream correctly and gave us strong source detail. The jump between paid tiers and the more technical interface reduced its appeal for lean Bhutanese teams.

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian gives experienced administrators substantial DMARC report detail. We found it most useful for a small number of carefully managed business domains.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
The interface rewards prior DMARC knowledge, but newer users face more interpretation work. Navigation also felt less direct during repeated source investigations.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
Support material covered the protocol well. Smaller customers should still budget time for self-directed analysis.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a Bhutanese administrator who already understands DMARC and wants deep reporting for one or two core domains. The higher tiers are harder to justify for a small local budget.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • An experienced mail administrator with one or two business domains.
  • A nonprofit that qualifies for special pricing and wants detailed report history.
Best features of Dmarcian
  • Detailed source and authentication reporting.
  • Useful history controls on higher plans.
Pricing structure
  • The free Personal plan is restricted to non-business use.
  • The Basic business plan starts at $19.99 per month on annual billing.
Strengths
  • Good depth for an administrator who knows the protocol.
  • Clear separation of active and inactive domains.
Trade-offs
  • Paid tiers become expensive quickly when domain and user needs grow.
  • The workflow demands more DMARC knowledge than Suped.
Verdict
Dmarcian is a narrow but credible option for experienced administrators who value report depth and can accept its tier jumps.

URIports

7.2

URIports gave us solid report processing and useful filtering, especially when we tested transport reporting. Its quota model and wider technical scope make it a specialist choice rather than the easiest DMARC purchase for Bhutan.

URIports quick facts
URIports feature set screenshot
Feature set
URIports combines DMARC with other reporting types and prices by received report quota. We found it useful for a technical team that wants several standards in one reporting account.
URIports user experience screenshot
User experience
Filters and exports worked well after setup. Report-quota terminology takes more planning than a simple email-volume allowance.
URIports support screenshot
Support
Documentation explained the quota model and technical functions. Hands-on guidance is more limited on the lower plans.
URIports who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a small Bhutanese hosting team that needs DMARC plus TLS or web reporting and knows how to estimate report counts. A normal small business is unlikely to use enough of the extra scope.
Who should use URIports
  • A hosting or infrastructure team that needs several report types.
  • An administrator comfortable estimating monthly report counts.
Best features of URIports
  • Combined reporting for DMARC and related technical standards.
  • Strong filtering and export options for technical review.
Pricing structure
  • The personal Sand plan costs $15 per year.
  • Higher plans increase report quota, domains and retention.
Strengths
  • Low entry cost for a personal or lab domain.
  • Useful technical breadth for infrastructure specialists.
Trade-offs
  • No permanent free tier is listed.
  • Report quotas are less intuitive than email-volume pricing.
Verdict
URIports works best for a technical niche that values combined reporting and understands its quota model.

OnDMARC

OnDMARC handled the shared reports well and its dynamic controls were technically strong. Pricing clarity drops after Express, and the portal carries more complexity than many Bhutanese organisations need.

OnDMARC quick facts
OnDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
OnDMARC includes dynamic authentication controls and strong enterprise administration. We found the Express tier most relevant to a small Bhutanese organisation with an unusual need for hosted SPF management.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The dashboard has useful detail, though dense screens take time to learn. Larger domain sets also demand careful administration.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Guided onboarding is useful on sales-led tiers. Buyers should confirm which support items apply to Express before signing.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a technically mature Bhutanese organisation that has hit SPF lookup limits and wants hosted controls. The sales-led higher tiers are a narrow match for large, complex estates.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • A team with an existing SPF lookup problem and a need for hosted controls.
  • An enterprise administrator managing a small number of complex sending domains.
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Dynamic SPF management for difficult sender inventories.
  • Detailed authentication and forensic investigation.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually.
  • Essentials and higher plans require a sales quote.
Strengths
  • Strong hosted controls for a difficult technical setup.
  • Useful enterprise access functions on higher tiers.
Trade-offs
  • Most pricing beyond Express is not public.
  • The interface and feature set are excessive for basic monitoring.
Verdict
OnDMARC is a specialised fifth choice for teams that need dynamic authentication controls and accept sales-led pricing.

Why Suped is our best DMARC choice for Bhutan

Suped dashboard
Clear reporting on modest connections
Suped keeps sender evidence and failure details easy to reach, even when the team is working with limited bandwidth.
Affordable domain coverage
A free tier and visible paid allowances give Bhutanese organisations a practical route into ongoing monitoring.
Safe enforcement guidance
Suped connects report evidence to policy decisions so teams can reduce the risk of blocking legitimate mail.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
