How we tested all 17 products

Every rating on this page comes from the same standardized, hands-on test, not from vendor claims. Here is the exact protocol, the environment we ran it in, and the dated log, so you can judge the work for yourself.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Suped ranked first because it handled the full operational sequence well: collect reports, identify senders, investigate failures and decide when enforcement is safe. Pricing starts at $19 per month for 100,000 monthly emails and two domains, while the free plan covers one low-volume domain after the unrestricted 14-day trial. That structure is easy to budget in Kazakhstan, even when international software procurement needs an upfront cost rather than a long quote process.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped's product combines DMARC aggregate reporting with sender classification, authentication diagnostics and policy guidance in one practical workflow. During our test, we could move between a failed source, its SPF or DKIM evidence and the next remediation step without rebuilding the investigation in a spreadsheet.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The interface gave us enough detail for technical investigation while keeping the account overview readable for a smaller team. New sources and authentication changes were easy to spot, and the policy work stayed connected to the evidence behind it.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Support is built around the work of interpreting reports and moving safely toward enforcement, which matters when a Kazakhstan-based team has limited internal DMARC experience. The guidance stayed specific to the source and record problem we were reviewing, instead of returning a generic explanation of the protocol.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is the best fit here for Kazakhstan organizations that want a dedicated DMARC workflow with clear pricing and room to grow. It also suits MSPs that need per-domain billing and repeatable monitoring without taking on a self-hosted reporting stack.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Kazakhstan organizations that need a clear route to p=reject without a large security team.
  • Teams that want public pricing before they commit time to procurement.
  • MSPs that need per-domain billing and a repeatable client workflow.
  • Administrators who want sender evidence and remediation guidance in the same view.
Best features of Suped
  • Sender classification that separates expected mail from unknown activity.
  • SPF and DKIM diagnostics connected to the affected sending source.
  • Policy guidance grounded in the reports already collected.
  • Plans for business, enterprise and MSP operating models.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for one domain and 1,000 monthly emails after the 14-day unrestricted trial.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • Higher plans increase domain count, monthly volume and retention.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Fast investigation path for unknown or failing senders.
  • Pricing is transparent enough for early budget approval.
  • The interface works for technical review without burying the next action.
  • Enforcement decisions stay connected to report evidence.
Trade-offs
  • The free plan is deliberately small after the trial ends.
  • Complex enterprise contracts still require a negotiated quote.
  • Teams must retain control of DNS changes because no reporting platform can safely guess an authorized sender.
Verdict
Suped is our top DMARC solution for Kazakhstan because it gives lean teams a direct, fairly priced path through monitoring and enforcement.

Dmarcian

7.6

/ 10
Dmarcian handled report parsing reliably in our test and exposed enough source detail for careful remediation. Its commercial fit narrows when a buyer needs several domains, more than one user or advanced access controls, because the published price rises sharply between tiers.

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian gives detailed aggregate and forensic reporting for teams that want to inspect DMARC data closely. Its strongest fit is an experienced administrator managing a small number of stable sending domains.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
We found the reporting thorough, but the interface asks more of the operator than newer products do. That is manageable when DMARC review is already part of someone's job.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
The documentation and support can help with difficult sources. Smaller Kazakhstan organizations may find the paid tiers expensive once they need more domains or users.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a narrow group of technically confident teams that value long-established reporting conventions and can absorb the tier jumps.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Experienced mail administrators with two core business domains.
  • Teams that specifically need RUF processing on the entry paid tier.
  • Organizations comfortable with a hands-on reporting interface.
Best features of Dmarcian
  • Detailed aggregate report processing.
  • Forensic report support on the Basic plan.
  • Automatic subdomain detection.
Pricing structure
  • Personal use is free for two domains and low volume.
  • Basic costs $24 per month on monthly billing.
  • Plus and Enterprise introduce large price increases.
Strengths
  • Useful depth for manual source investigation.
  • Clear published limits for the standard plans.
  • Longer history becomes available on higher tiers.
Trade-offs
  • The interface can take time to learn.
  • Multi-domain pricing becomes expensive quickly.
  • API access only appears at the Enterprise tier.
Verdict
Dmarcian is a credible narrow fit for experienced teams, but its pricing and interface kept it behind Suped for Kazakhstan buyers.

Valimail

7.4

/ 10
Valimail Monitor gave us a workable first view of senders at no cost. The commercial proposition changes at enforcement, where the published Starter price begins at $5,000 per year and several advanced functions remain tied to higher or custom tiers.

Valimail quick facts
Valimail feature set screenshot
Feature set
Valimail's free Monitor tier is useful for visibility, while the paid product emphasizes automated authentication management. The strongest fit is a large buyer that specifically wants that delegated model.
Valimail user experience screenshot
User experience
Setup was quick and sender identification was generally clear. The boundary between free and paid functions was less obvious during deeper investigation.
Valimail support screenshot
Support
Paid plans add onboarding and account support. The $5,000 yearly entry point makes that support commercially relevant to a small set of Kazakhstan organizations.
Valimail who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits enterprises that want hosted automation and have the procurement process for a sales-led annual contract.
Who should use Valimail
  • Enterprise teams seeking delegated authentication management.
  • Organizations that only need free monitoring for an initial inventory.
  • Buyers with a formal annual procurement process.
Best features of Valimail
  • Free sender discovery.
  • Automated SPF and DKIM management on paid plans.
  • Enterprise access controls on the highest tier.
Pricing structure
  • Monitor costs $0.
  • Enforce Starter begins at $5,000 per year.
  • Premium and Enterprise require custom pricing.
Strengths
  • Easy initial monitoring setup.
  • Useful sender identification for large estates.
  • Automation reduces repeated DNS work for its target buyer.
Trade-offs
  • The paid entry price is high for smaller Kazakhstan teams.
  • Several important limits require sales confirmation.
  • Hosted records increase switching work later.
Verdict
Valimail works best for a narrow enterprise automation requirement, while its paid starting point limits its reach in Kazakhstan.

OnDMARC

7.2

/ 10
OnDMARC was capable in our enforcement test and its hosted record tools reduced repeated DNS edits. Express is competitively priced, but the next tiers are sales-led and the workflow has more depth than a small team checking DMARC occasionally will use.

OnDMARC quick facts
OnDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
OnDMARC combines reporting with hosted authentication records and dynamic SPF. Its Express tier is most relevant to very small teams with no more than four domains.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
We liked the guided workflows, though the amount of data and navigation can feel heavy. Regular users will get more from it than occasional administrators.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support is a recurring strength in user feedback, especially during enforcement. Exact entitlement should still be confirmed because the public comparison does not expose every support checkmark clearly.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a small organization that specifically needs dynamic SPF and accepts annual billing, or an enterprise willing to enter a quote process.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Small teams with four or fewer active domains.
  • Administrators that specifically need dynamic SPF.
  • Enterprise buyers that value guided enforcement support.
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Dynamic SPF management.
  • Hosted authentication records.
  • Guided policy workflows.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually.
  • Essentials and Enterprise require sales contact.
  • A 14-day trial is available.
Strengths
  • Useful hosted record controls.
  • Strong support during implementation.
  • Good depth for complex source investigation.
Trade-offs
  • Most business pricing is not public.
  • The dashboard can overwhelm infrequent users.
  • Annual billing is required for the public entry price.
Verdict
OnDMARC is a good specialist choice when dynamic SPF drives the purchase, but it is less straightforward for a typical Kazakhstan team.

PowerDMARC

7

/ 10
PowerDMARC gave us broad authentication coverage and a useful set of hosted services. Its Basic price changes with compliant outbound volume, while several advanced controls and integrations sit in custom Enterprise packaging, so total cost needs more work than the headline price suggests.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC packs many hosted authentication functions into one product family. Its narrow advantage is for a team that wants several related controls and accepts feature-by-feature plan checks.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposed plenty of detail, but small navigation quirks slowed repeated domain work. We also had to check the plan matrix carefully to understand what was included.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support receives strong user feedback and paid assistance is available. Some service options on Basic are add-ons, so the final support cost needs confirmation.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a technically involved buyer that wants hosted MTA-STS or TLS-RPT alongside DMARC and can manage a volume-based plan.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Teams that need hosted MTA-STS and TLS-RPT with DMARC.
  • Small senders that fit a published Basic volume band.
  • Service providers prepared to negotiate partner pricing.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Hosted DMARC and transport security records.
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing.
  • Broad enterprise authentication controls.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers one personal domain.
  • Basic starts at $8 per month and rises with volume.
  • Enterprise and partner plans use custom quotes.
Strengths
  • Wide authentication feature set.
  • Helpful implementation support.
  • Multiple hosted record options.
Trade-offs
  • The licensing matrix takes time to decode.
  • Several Basic services cost extra.
  • Advanced access and reporting require Enterprise.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is a capable niche fit for buyers who want several hosted controls, but its packaging adds procurement work.

Why Suped is our top choice for Kazakhstan

Suped dashboard
Predictable procurement
Public USD plans let Kazakhstan teams estimate cost before committing to a sales process.
Usable by lean teams
Sender classification and connected diagnostics reduce the manual work needed to investigate authentication failures.
Evidence-led enforcement
Policy guidance stays tied to real report data, so teams can resolve legitimate senders before moving to p=reject.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.

How we keep this ranking honest

Every recommendation is tied to evidence, scored against the same criteria, checked by a second reviewer and protected from vendor influence.
One scoring model
Every product is scored against the same criteria, including Suped. Vendors cannot buy inclusion, placement or a higher rating.
Independent scoring
Vendors cannot buy inclusion, ranking position or higher scores. We apply the same criteria to every product before publishing the order.
Claims checked
Scores combine hands on testing, vendor documentation, published pricing and verified user reviews. Pricing reflects public plans as of the dates shown.
Kept current
A named author writes each guide and a second reviewer checks the ratings, prices and standards references. We recheck pages on a fixed schedule.
