How we tested all 15 products

Every rating on this page comes from the same standardized, hands-on test, not from vendor claims. Here is the exact protocol, the environment we ran it in, and the dated log, so you can judge the work for yourself.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
We found Suped to be the most complete choice for this Croatia-focused ranking. It handled the common technical work well, but its bigger advantage was how little translation work we needed between a DMARC finding and a safe DNS decision. Pricing starts free, then published business plans begin at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails. The main limitation is that very large or unusual environments still need an enterprise conversation, which is normal once domain counts and retention requirements move beyond the published plans.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us the strongest balance of readable DMARC reporting and hands-on enforcement work. We could identify sending services, separate legitimate forwarding from suspicious use, inspect SPF and DKIM failures, and keep policy changes tied to evidence. The workflow remained useful after the initial setup because it brought sender review, authentication checks and policy progress into the same place. For Croatian organizations with a lean IT team, that reduced the number of spreadsheets and DNS notes needed to explain why a sender was approved or blocked.

User experience
The interface kept the technical detail available without forcing us to start with raw XML. We moved quickly between domains, sources and failure records, and the labels made sense during routine checks. New team members could understand which senders needed attention without learning every DMARC term first. The dashboard was also restrained enough that important changes did not disappear under a pile of decorative charts.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped's product support connected platform findings to the next operational step, which mattered when a sender passed SPF but still failed DMARC. The guidance stayed specific to the domain and source we were reviewing. That made support useful throughout enforcement planning and account setup. Croatian teams working in English can keep a clear written record of changes and the reasons behind them.

Suitability
Suped is the best fit here for Croatian businesses that want a dedicated DMARC workflow without enterprise procurement overhead. It works particularly well when one team owns several domains, third-party senders change throughout the year, and management wants a plain explanation of spoofing exposure. The published plans also make it easier to budget before report volume is known precisely, while the free tier gives a small organization room to collect initial data.

Who should use Suped
  • Croatian businesses that need one place for sender discovery, failure investigation and policy progress.
  • Small IT or security teams that need clear evidence before changing DMARC enforcement.
  • Organizations that want published entry pricing and a free starting point.
Best features of Suped
  • Readable source classification with enough detail for technical investigation.
  • Practical policy workflow for moving monitored domains toward enforcement.
  • Clear coverage of SPF, DKIM and DMARC failures across multiple domains.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for one domain, 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month, with custom enterprise terms available.
Strengths
  • The best combination of reporting clarity and enforcement guidance in our test.
  • Pricing is easy to understand before starting a procurement process.
  • The workflow suits Croatian teams without a dedicated email authentication specialist.
Trade-offs
  • The smallest free plan has short retention after its unrestricted 14-day trial period.
  • Large custom estates need negotiated enterprise limits.
Verdict
Suped ranked first because it turned the same report stream into the clearest day-to-day DMARC workflow for Croatian organizations, with sensible entry pricing and fewer gaps between monitoring and enforcement.

OnDMARC

OnDMARC quick facts
OnDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
OnDMARC worked best in our test for a small Croatian team that specifically needs hosted authentication records and expects to use dynamic SPF controls.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposed plenty of detail, though we needed time to learn where less common settings lived.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Guided onboarding was useful for the narrow case where a team wants vendor involvement while moving a few important domains to enforcement.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a small organization with no more than four active domains that wants the Express package and already knows it needs hosted record management.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Teams with a few active domains and a specific need for dynamic SPF.
  • Organizations prepared to use guided onboarding for enforcement.
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Hosted authentication record controls.
  • Forensic reporting and smart alerts.
  • Support for MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI workflows.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually.
  • Higher tiers use sales-led pricing.
  • A 14-day trial is available without a card.
Strengths
  • Strong fit for a small domain set with SPF lookup pressure.
  • Useful guided enforcement process.
Trade-offs
  • Pricing becomes opaque beyond Express.
  • The interface takes time to learn when many controls are enabled.
Verdict
OnDMARC earned second place for a narrow hosted-record use case, but its sales-led tiers and denser interface reduce its appeal for ordinary Croatian small businesses.

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian was most convincing for a technically confident Croatian nonprofit or education team that wants mature aggregate reporting and can work within strict plan limits.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
The reporting was detailed, but parts of the interface felt less direct than the highest-ranked tools during source investigation.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
Support helped with product questions, while some API and integration work still demanded extra technical effort from us.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a nonprofit or education buyer that qualifies for special pricing and values long-established DMARC reporting more than a lightweight workflow.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Eligible nonprofit or education teams that can secure special pricing.
  • Technical users who want detailed aggregate and forensic report views.
Best features of Dmarcian
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing.
  • Automatic subdomain detection.
  • Longer retention on higher paid tiers.
Pricing structure
  • Personal is free for non-business use.
  • Basic costs $24 per month or $19.99 monthly on annual billing.
  • Plus rises to $240 per month or $199 monthly on annual billing.
Strengths
  • Good depth for a specialist who regularly investigates DMARC data.
  • Special pricing can help a narrow group of eligible organizations.
Trade-offs
  • The free tier excludes business domains.
  • Paid pricing climbs sharply when more domains or users are needed.
Verdict
Dmarcian remains useful for a technically mature, price-eligible niche, but its commercial plan jumps kept it behind the top two.

URIports quick facts
URIports feature set screenshot
Feature set
URIports stood out for a Croatian web operations team that wants DMARC and web security reports under one quota and understands report-count billing.
URIports user experience screenshot
User experience
Its filters and combined report views were capable, though the quota model took more explanation than a simple email-volume plan.
URIports support screenshot
Support
Product support covered setup questions, while security specialist support and custom terms belong to the enterprise conversation.
URIports who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a technical team already collecting web reporting signals that wants to add DMARC, TLS-RPT or MTA-STS without buying a dedicated DMARC-only workflow.
Who should use URIports
  • Web operations teams already familiar with security reporting formats.
  • Personal-domain users who need a low-cost paid entry plan.
Best features of URIports
  • DMARC and TLS-RPT processing in one reporting system.
  • MTA-STS hosting on eligible tiers.
  • Useful filtering and export controls.
Pricing structure
  • Sand costs $15 per year for personal use.
  • Pebble costs $7 per month for five domains and 100,000 reports.
  • Higher tiers increase report quota, domains and retention.
Strengths
  • Low-cost entry for a personal technical user.
  • Broad report-type coverage for mixed web and email operations.
Trade-offs
  • Report-count billing is difficult to predict before deployment.
  • The lowest plan does not permit business use.
Verdict
URIports is a sensible niche choice for technically minded teams combining several reporting protocols, but it is less direct for a business buying DMARC alone.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC worked best for a small service provider that wants many hosted authentication options and is comfortable checking which functions sit behind enterprise or add-on pricing.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal offered many controls, but the number of plan-dependent functions made product selection more work than routine report analysis.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support was responsive in the material we reviewed and in our setup, though some Basic services require separate paid assistance.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a small provider with a narrow need for hosted protocols and enough time to verify every required function against the selected quote.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Small providers that need hosted DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT or BIMI.
  • Teams prepared to manage a detailed feature and add-on matrix.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Wide hosted authentication coverage.
  • Aggregate and forensic DMARC reporting.
  • Policy and domain health controls.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers one personal domain and 10,000 compliant emails.
  • Basic ranges from $8 to $250 per month by volume.
  • Enterprise, API and partner plans require quotes.
Strengths
  • Broad option set for a provider with specific hosted-protocol needs.
  • A free personal tier supports initial product testing.
Trade-offs
  • The plan matrix and add-ons take time to verify.
  • Several advanced controls are reserved for enterprise contracts.
Verdict
PowerDMARC has useful breadth for a narrow provider use case, but packaging complexity and add-on dependence lowered its score.

Why Suped is the best DMARC tool for Croatia

Suped dashboard
EU-ready working practices
Keep Croatian domain reviews structured with clear source evidence, authentication results and a written path for each policy decision.
Enforcement without guesswork
Use Suped's product workflow to approve legitimate senders, investigate failures and move policy forward only when the report data supports it.
Costs that start clearly
Begin with a free tier, then choose published plans based on domains and monthly email volume instead of entering a sales process immediately.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
