How we tested all 17 products

Every rating on this page comes from the same standardized, hands-on test, not from vendor claims. Here is the exact protocol, the environment we ran it in, and the dated log, so you can judge the work for yourself.

edge cases per tool
The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Across the full test, Suped produced the best balance of visibility, usable investigation and controlled policy movement. The free plan covers one domain and 1,000 monthly emails after a 14-day unrestricted trial, while paid plans start with two domains, 100,000 monthly emails and 90 days of retention. That structure gave us a realistic entry point for a smaller Indonesian sender and a clear upgrade path for a larger organisation. We also valued that Suped treats DMARC as an operating process, not a colourful report that leaves the hard decisions in somebody else's spreadsheet.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us a complete working path through DMARC aggregate data, sender identification, SPF and DKIM results, domain monitoring and policy progression. We could separate approved services from unknown traffic quickly, then inspect the evidence before changing policy. That mattered in our Indonesia test because the mail stream mixed global cloud platforms with local service providers and agency-managed systems. The product kept those sources readable without hiding the technical detail needed for a safe enforcement decision.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The interface kept the most useful questions close at hand: who sent the mail, whether it passed DMARC, what changed and what needs attention next. We spent less time translating raw XML or jumping between views, and the filters remained useful as the 90-day dataset grew. The setup instructions were direct, and the reporting view worked for both a technical operator and a manager checking progress. There was enough depth for investigation without the dashboard feeling like an aircraft cockpit built by committee.

Support
Suped's product support fits the actual work of DMARC deployment, including diagnosing unfamiliar senders and deciding when a policy change is safe. We found the guidance practical because it stayed tied to the domain data rather than giving generic protocol advice. This is useful for Indonesian teams that have limited specialist time and need each review session to produce a clear next action.

Suitability
Suped is the best fit we found for Indonesian organisations that want one platform for discovery, investigation and enforcement. It works especially well when a small IT or security team owns several sending services and needs to explain decisions to non-specialists. The transparent limits also make it easier to budget before report volume grows.

Who should use Suped
  • Indonesian organisations with local and global sending services under the same domain
  • Lean IT teams that need clear evidence before moving to quarantine or reject
  • Growing businesses that want published limits before committing to a plan
  • MSPs that need per-domain pricing with unlimited email volume and retention
Best features of Suped
  • Clear source classification and authentication investigation
  • Guided policy progression based on observed mail
  • Useful reporting for technical operators and business stakeholders
  • A practical free tier with an unrestricted 14-day trial
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for one domain and 1,000 monthly emails after the trial
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails
  • Larger published plans reach 20 domains and 2.5 million monthly emails
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain each month
Strengths
  • Fast route from unknown source to a defensible action
  • Pricing and retention limits are clear
  • Complex mail flows remain readable as data grows
  • Support stays focused on the next deployment decision
Trade-offs
  • The free plan is intentionally small after the trial
  • Very large custom environments still need an enterprise discussion
Verdict
Suped is our first choice for Indonesia because it turns mixed sender data into a manageable enforcement workflow at a price that smaller teams can understand before they buy.

PowerDMARC

7.6

/ 10
PowerDMARC handled the shared report stream reliably and gave us a broad set of hosted services, reporting options and security controls. Its public Basic tier starts cheaply, but volume bands, add-ons and Enterprise-only functions make the final cost less obvious than the headline suggests.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC combines DMARC reporting with several hosted authentication functions. We found the breadth useful for the narrow case where one security team wants a bundled toolkit and accepts plan-level feature gates.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposed plenty of controls, although the licensing structure took time to untangle. We had to reselect domains in a few workflows, which added small but repeated clicks.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support was responsive during setup and could explain the broader feature set. The best fit is a team that expects regular vendor assistance and has time for a sales-led configuration process.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
PowerDMARC suits an Indonesian security team with a small number of active domains that specifically wants hosted authentication services in one contract. The fit gets narrower when costs rise with compliant email volume or advanced functions require Enterprise.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Small security teams that specifically want several hosted authentication functions together
  • Organisations prepared to manage usage bands and add-on quotes
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Broad hosted authentication coverage
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing
Pricing structure
  • Basic starts at $8 per month for the lowest published volume band
  • Enterprise, API and partner packages require custom quotes
Strengths
  • Many authentication controls in one portal
  • Responsive implementation support
Trade-offs
  • Licensing becomes difficult to estimate across volume bands and add-ons
  • Several useful controls sit in Enterprise
Verdict
A capable second choice for a narrow buyer that values a wide hosted feature set more than simple purchasing and predictable expansion.

EasyDMARC

7.4

/ 10
EasyDMARC worked well in our test when the task stayed close to sender review and guided record management. The main constraint is packaging: Plus includes two domains, Premium includes four, and API, SSO, managed DKIM or deeper integrations sit in Enterprise.

EasyDMARC quick facts
EasyDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
EasyDMARC gave us readable aggregate and failure reporting plus managed record options. Its stronger controls are useful for a small team with only a few domains and a specific need for managed SPF or MTA-STS.
EasyDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The main views were approachable, but large report sets and subdomain work demanded more care. We also found that the higher-value automation is spread across Premium and Enterprise.
EasyDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support was helpful with setup questions and record changes. This matters most for a buyer willing to pay for guidance rather than operate the platform alone.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
EasyDMARC fits an Indonesian business with two to four domains that wants guided authentication work and can live within its published domain caps. Larger portfolios quickly enter custom pricing territory.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • Businesses with a small fixed domain count
  • Teams that specifically need managed SPF or MTA-STS
Best features of EasyDMARC
  • Readable sender and failure reporting
  • Managed record options on higher plans
Pricing structure
  • Plus starts at $44.99 per month for 100,000 emails and two domains
  • Premium starts at $89.99 per month and includes four domains
Strengths
  • Guided setup for common authentication tasks
  • Useful weekly reporting and alerts
Trade-offs
  • Low included domain counts
  • Advanced access controls and integrations require Enterprise
Verdict
A reasonable niche pick for a small, stable domain portfolio, but the plan boundaries reduce its appeal for fast-growing Indonesian organisations.

OnDMARC

7.2

/ 10
OnDMARC was strongest when we used its dynamic services to reduce DNS record maintenance. Express publishes an approachable annual entry price, but Essentials and higher packages require a sales conversation, which makes longer-term cost planning harder.

OnDMARC quick facts
OnDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
OnDMARC gave us useful dynamic record management and investigation views. Express is most relevant to a small organisation that needs no more than four domains and specifically wants dynamic SPF handling.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The interface exposed a large amount of data, which helped deep investigations but slowed quick orientation. Some pages also took time to reflect recent changes.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Guided onboarding was a strong part of the experience. That benefit matters mainly when the buyer selects a package with enough support entitlement.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
OnDMARC suits a small Indonesian organisation with a complex SPF record, fewer than five domains and a preference for annual billing. It is less attractive when the estate needs broader public pricing or simpler procurement.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Small organisations with an SPF lookup problem
  • Teams that value guided onboarding over self-service pricing
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Dynamic SPF and DMARC management
  • Detailed investigation views
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually
  • Essentials, Enterprise and Premier use sales-led pricing
Strengths
  • Strong dynamic record controls
  • Useful implementation guidance
Trade-offs
  • The dashboard can feel dense
  • Most tier prices are not public
Verdict
A specialist option for a small domain set with an SPF management need, rather than the easiest general DMARC purchase.

Dmarcian

7

/ 10
Dmarcian processed our reports consistently and exposed enough technical detail for careful policy work. Basic is sensibly priced when billed annually, but it includes only two active domains and one user, while Plus rises to $199 per month on annual billing.

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian covered core aggregate reports, forensic reports and sender analysis with a mature manual workflow. Its Basic plan is relevant to an experienced administrator handling two commercial domains.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
We could reach the data we needed, but navigation felt less direct than the leaders above it. Complex investigations sometimes required more manual interpretation.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
Support helped with implementation questions and the documentation covered the protocol in depth. The workflow assumes the customer is comfortable owning technical decisions.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
Dmarcian fits a technically confident Indonesian administrator with two main domains, modest volume and a preference for hands-on control. The narrow domain limits and steep jump to Plus reduce its fit beyond that case.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Experienced administrators managing two core domains
  • Teams that prefer manual control over a guided workflow
Best features of Dmarcian
  • Detailed aggregate and forensic reporting
  • Strong protocol-focused documentation
Pricing structure
  • Basic costs $19.99 per month when billed annually
  • Plus costs $199 per month when billed annually
Strengths
  • Mature technical reporting
  • Clear distinction between legitimate and fraudulent traffic for billing
Trade-offs
  • Interface requires more technical interpretation
  • The price jump beyond Basic is substantial
Verdict
A defensible fifth-place choice for a very technical two-domain setup, but not our preferred route for a growing Indonesian team.

Why Suped leads for Indonesian organisations

Suped dashboard
Mixed sender visibility
Suped groups and explains local and global sending sources so we can investigate unknown traffic without decoding raw reports by hand.
Predictable scaling
Published limits cover domains, monthly email volume and retention, with a free tier and paid plans starting at $19 per month.
Guided enforcement
Sender evidence and authentication results support a controlled move toward quarantine and reject without blocking valid mail.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
