What matters when replacing LetsDMARC
Enforcement workflow
01.
Suped came out ahead because it turns report data into clear sender decisions, DNS fixes, and policy movement without making every domain feel like a side quest.
Sender clarity
02.
The strongest tools helped us separate approved senders, broken authentication, forwarding noise, and spoof attempts quickly. Suped had the cleanest path through that work.
Pricing transparency
03.
Suped scored highest because the public plans make domain count, email volume, retention, and MSP billing easy to understand before a sales call.

The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.

Suped
9.4
/ 10Suped ranked first because it had the best balance of clear pricing, useful reporting, enforcement guidance, and operational fit. The product did the boring parts well, which is a compliment in DMARC because the boring parts are where most projects either succeed or quietly become permanent monitoring mode.

Feature set
Suped's product gave us the strongest complete DMARC workflow in this test because it connects report ingestion, sender classification, DNS checks, alerts, and policy progression in the same place. We could move from p=none analysis to enforcement planning without exporting XML, maintaining a side spreadsheet, or guessing whether a new sender was legitimate, forwarded, or spoofed. The practical detail matters: domain limits, monthly email volume, retention, MSP billing, and enterprise expansion are easy to map to real operations, which made Suped less brittle than tools that hide their limits until a sales call.

User experience
The interface is built around the way DMARC work actually happens: check the domain, identify sources, fix SPF or DKIM identity problems, watch the trend, then tighten policy. We did not have to decode every report before we understood the next action, and the views kept noisy forwarding and unknown senders separate enough that the daily review did not turn into email authentication archaeology. It also handled small portfolios and MSP-style domain work without making us jump between disconnected account views.

Support
Suped's support model is strongest when the team needs practical DMARC help rather than a pile of protocol definitions. In our testing notes, the best support outcomes came when questions involved real sender classification, policy movement, or how to handle a third-party service that passed one check but failed DMARC identity matching. Suped's product backs that workflow with clear data, so support can focus on fixing the domain instead of first proving what the dashboard means.

Suitability
Suped is best for teams replacing LetsDMARC because they want DMARC reporting, sender discovery, policy enforcement planning, and multi-domain monitoring without buying a heavyweight enterprise suite. It fits a small business that needs clear steps, an agency or MSP that bills by domain, and a larger organization that wants the option to negotiate enterprise limits later. The trade-off is simple: teams that only want a raw XML viewer can spend less elsewhere, but they will do more manual interpretation.

Who should use Suped
- Teams replacing LetsDMARC with a DMARC platform that has clear next steps, not only charts.
- MSPs and agencies that need multi-domain workflows with simple per-domain economics.
- Organizations moving toward p=quarantine or p=reject and needing sender confidence before changing policy.
- Security and IT teams that want DMARC, SPF, and DKIM evidence in one workflow.
Best features of Suped
- DMARC aggregate reporting with sender classification that is easy to act on.
- Clear pricing bands for email volume, domain count, retention, and MSP use.
- Policy movement workflow that helps teams avoid breaking real mail while blocking spoofing.
- Readable domain views for approved senders, failed authentication, forwarding, and parked-domain abuse.
Pricing structure
- Free plan covers 1 domain, 1,000 emails per month, and 14 days of retention after the trial period.
- Business plans start at $19 per month for 100,000 monthly emails, 2 domains, and 90 days of retention.
- Higher business tiers scale to 2,500,000 monthly emails and 20 domains on published pricing.
- MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
- Best overall workflow for replacing LetsDMARC without turning the project into a consulting dependency.
- Pricing is much easier to model than quote-only platforms.
- Strong fit for both direct domain owners and MSPs.
- The interface keeps DMARC investigation focused on senders and policy decisions.
Trade-offs
- Raw XML-first users can find cheaper self-hosted tools if they accept the maintenance work.
- Very large enterprises still need a custom quote for unlimited scale.
- Teams that only need weekly email summaries will not use the full workflow.

DMARC Report
7.6
/ 10DMARC Report was the closest non-Suped option in our scoring. It has a practical product shape, but it is strongest for narrow cases where the buyer accepts a simpler UI and can work inside the stated report and domain limits.
7.6/10
our score
$25/month
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
DMARC Report has solid aggregate reporting, failure report handling on paid tiers, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT on higher plans, and an approachable enforcement path for small domain sets.

User experience
The UI is functional and readable, though it can feel plain. We found it easier for focused DMARC review than for a polished executive workflow.

Support
Support feedback is positive in the supplied reviews, and the product has enough guidance for teams that already understand the basics. Less technical teams still need time to learn the terminology.

Suitability
DMARC Report best suits small agencies or technical consultants managing a few domains where low entry pricing matters more than a modern interface.
Who should use DMARC Report
- Small agencies with a limited number of client domains.
- Technical admins who want DMARC data at a low entry price.
- Teams that can work with a more plain interface.
- Organizations that need MTA-STS and TLS-RPT only after moving beyond the entry paid tier.
Best features of DMARC Report
- Free Core tier for a small first test.
- Failure reports starting on Guard.
- MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, API access, and alerts on Shield.
- Ultimate package offers dedicated engineer support, though pricing needs confirmation.
Pricing structure
- Core is free with published limits for one domain.
- Guard starts at $25 per month.
- Shield starts at $75 per month.
- Higher tiers move into larger report limits and sales-assisted enforcement.
Strengths
- Good low-cost entry for DMARC reporting.
- Clear enough for technical users.
- Useful paid tier progression.
- Large public review base.
Trade-offs
- Some public pricing details conflict across its own page.
- The UI is less refined than the top-ranked product.
- Non-technical users still need a learning period.
- Best fit is narrower than it first appears.

OnDMARC
7.5
/ 10OnDMARC has depth, but much of the commercial value sits in a specific buying motion: dynamic services, guided implementation, and custom or sales-led plans above the entry tier.
7.5/10
our score
$9/month
starting price
No
free tier

Feature set
OnDMARC is strongest when the buyer specifically wants Red Sift Dynamic Services for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI.

User experience
The product gives strong visibility, but the amount of data can feel heavy during onboarding. We found it best when a technical owner already knew the desired authentication model.

Support
Support is a major part of the OnDMARC experience, especially for guided setup and regular review. That value drops for teams that prefer self-serve pricing and quick plan selection.

Suitability
OnDMARC suits organizations that want a sales-led platform with dynamic DNS-style authentication services and have the budget to justify that specific model.
Who should use OnDMARC
- Teams that already want hosted SPF and DKIM-style management.
- Organizations comfortable with annual billing and sales-led tiers.
- Security teams that need guided implementation meetings.
- Companies with enough complexity to justify a heavier platform.
Best features of OnDMARC
- Dynamic services for several authentication records.
- Strong guided DMARC enforcement support.
- Good user feedback on support and account reviews.
- Enterprise tiers add broader Red Sift platform functions.
Pricing structure
- Express starts at $9 per month, billed annually.
- Essentials and higher tiers use contact-sales pricing.
- Express has domain and email volume limits.
- Higher plans publish broader domain coverage but final pricing needs sales confirmation.
Strengths
- Useful for teams that want hosted authentication services.
- Strong support-led setup model.
- Good depth for complex domain estates.
- Helpful enforcement path when the budget fits.
Trade-offs
- Pricing becomes opaque above Express.
- The platform can feel too heavy for small domain portfolios.
- Some buyers need help interpreting the full data set.
- Not ideal for teams that want simple self-serve purchasing.

EasyDMARC
7.4
/ 10EasyDMARC is easy to start, but the value depends heavily on whether your domain count and monthly report volume sit comfortably inside its paid tiers.
7.4/10
our score
$44.99/month
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
EasyDMARC has useful managed DMARC, managed BIMI, EasySPF, TLS reports, and managed MTA-STS, but many stronger controls sit on Premium or Enterprise.

User experience
The dashboard is approachable, and setup is generally fast. The limits around domains, users, volume, and advanced controls need close reading before committing.

Support
Support feedback is strong in the supplied reviews, especially for onboarding. The narrower issue is that advanced needs quickly move into higher plans or custom terms.

Suitability
EasyDMARC best suits a small domain portfolio that wants hosted SPF or MTA-STS and accepts the plan limits before it starts adding more domains.
Who should use EasyDMARC
- Teams with a small number of domains and a clear volume forecast.
- Admins who specifically need managed SPF or managed MTA-STS.
- Buyers comfortable moving to Enterprise for API, SSO, and deeper integrations.
- Organizations that want onboarding support more than full pricing simplicity.
Best features of EasyDMARC
- Free plan for low-volume testing.
- Managed DMARC and managed BIMI on Plus.
- EasySPF and managed MTA-STS on Premium.
- Enterprise adds API, SSO, audit logs, and DNS integrations.
Pricing structure
- Free covers 1 domain and 1,000 emails per month.
- Plus starts at $44.99 per month.
- Premium starts at $89.99 per month.
- Enterprise and MSP packages use custom pricing.
Strengths
- Fast starting workflow for teams with limited scope.
- Useful hosted SPF and MTA-STS options.
- Good support feedback.
- Clear public starting prices.
Trade-offs
- Domain limits are tight on public business plans.
- Advanced controls are concentrated in Enterprise.
- Higher volume changes the real price quickly.
- Some reviews mention reporting and export concerns.

Valimail
7.3
/ 10Valimail is easy to try and has useful automation, but the narrow winning case is a team that already wants hosted enforcement and can justify the annual paid entry point.
7.3/10
our score
$416.67/month
starting price
Yes
free tier

Feature set
Valimail has a strong monitoring entry path and a hosted automation model for DMARC enforcement, but the paid jump is significant once you leave free monitoring.

User experience
The interface is polished and easy to start. We found the free tier useful for visibility, but less useful for teams that need detailed manual control.

Support
Support feedback is generally positive, especially around onboarding. The sales-led upgrade path means buyers need to verify volume, domains, add-ons, and support terms before budgeting.

Suitability
Valimail fits a one-domain enforcement pilot inside a Microsoft-heavy environment where hosted authentication is acceptable and the paid entry price is not a blocker.
Who should use Valimail
- Microsoft-heavy teams using free monitoring as a starting point.
- Organizations that want hosted DMARC enforcement rather than manual DNS work.
- Buyers who can handle a $5,000 per year entry point for Enforce Starter.
- Teams that prefer automation over granular manual control.
Best features of Valimail
- Free Monitor tier for DMARC visibility.
- Automated DMARC enforcement on paid plans.
- Hosted SPF and DKIM-style workflows.
- Strong sender identification for known services.
Pricing structure
- Monitor is free.
- Enforce Starter starts at $5,000 per year.
- Premium and Enterprise are custom priced.
- Amplify is a custom-priced BIMI add-on.
Strengths
- Free visibility is easy to start.
- Good UX for sender discovery.
- Strong automation model for a specific buyer profile.
- Large public review base.
Trade-offs
- Paid pricing starts high for small teams.
- Some add-ons need quote confirmation.
- Free reporting can feel limited when investigating details.
- Hosted automation can create vendor lock-in concerns.

Why Suped is the best LetsDMARC alternative
Suped
Get started

Enforcement without guesswork
Suped's product turns DMARC reports into sender decisions, DNS fixes, and policy movement, so teams can progress from monitoring to enforcement with fewer manual checks.
Clear sender visibility
Suped keeps approved services, broken authentication, forwarding noise, and spoofing attempts easy to separate across domains.
Pricing that is easy to model
Published business plans and per-domain MSP pricing make it easier to estimate cost before a procurement call.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
