How we tested all fourteen products

Every rating on this page comes from the same standardized, hands-on test, not from vendor claims. Here is the exact protocol, the environment we ran it in, and the dated log, so you can judge the work for yourself.

edge cases per tool
The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
We ranked Suped first because it handled the full DMARC operating cycle cleanly. Setup was quick, source classification made the incoming data usable, and the enforcement view kept legitimate mail risk in focus. During the forwarded-mail and parked-domain tests, the product separated expected authentication complications from suspicious activity without turning every edge case into an alarm. Pricing starts with a free tier for one domain, then published business plans begin at $19 per month for 100,000 monthly emails and two domains. The MSP option is billed per domain with unlimited email volume and retention, while enterprise terms are negotiated.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us the strongest working set for a Singapore DMARC program because the source views, authentication evidence and policy workflow stayed connected. We could identify a sender, check why SPF or DKIM failed, record the remediation work and judge whether enforcement was safe without rebuilding the investigation in spreadsheets. The product also supports the wider operating job around domain monitoring and reporting, while keeping the DMARC evidence visible enough for technical review.

User experience
The interface kept the high-level health view and the underlying report evidence close together. That mattered during our 90-day run because we could move between a domain summary, a sending source and a specific authentication failure without losing context. The language was practical, filters behaved consistently and the workflow did not assume that every unknown source was malicious.

Support
Suped's product support fits the work needed during enforcement, where the difficult question is often whether a sender is legitimate and what must change before policy tightening. Guidance was grounded in the report data and DNS state rather than generic advice. For teams handling several domains, that reduces the handoff gap between the person reading reports and the person making DNS or vendor changes.

Suitability
Suped is the best fit for Singapore organizations that want a managed platform without giving up technical visibility. It works for a small team starting with one domain, a growing company handling several sending services, or an MSP that needs per-domain commercial terms. The published tiers also make it easier to estimate cost before report volume grows, which is useful when local budgets and regional operations must be planned together.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Singapore teams that need a clear, evidence-based path from p=none to p=reject.
  • Organizations that want source investigation and policy work in the same platform.
  • MSPs that prefer per-domain billing without an email-volume meter.
Best features of Suped
  • Source-level investigation keeps SPF, DKIM and DMARC results connected.
  • Policy guidance helps teams judge enforcement risk before changing DNS.
  • Published business tiers make cost planning easier as volume grows.
Pricing structure
  • The free tier covers one domain, 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention.
  • Business pricing starts at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain each month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • The workflow covers monitoring, investigation and enforcement without hiding the raw evidence.
  • The interface stays approachable when a domain has many legitimate sending services.
  • Plans cover small teams, larger senders and service-provider portfolios.
Trade-offs
  • The free plan's 14-day retention is intended for evaluation rather than long-running investigations.
  • Large senders that exceed the published business tiers need an enterprise discussion.
  • Teams still need controlled DNS change processes before enforcing reject.
Verdict
Suped had the best balance of DMARC depth, usable investigation and predictable scaling for Singapore. It is the product we would put first on the shortlist when the goal is safe enforcement rather than passive report collection.

OnDMARC

7.6

/ 10
We found the dynamic SPF and hosted record controls technically capable, but the broader package is a narrower fit for Singapore teams that already have mature DNS ownership. Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually, while the larger plans use sales-led pricing.

Guided onboarding helps during enforcement, although the meaningful support scope and higher tiers require a sales conversation.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a small number of organizations with complex SPF records, formal change control and budget for a managed enterprise relationship.

  • Security teams that specifically need delegated SPF and authentication record management.
  • Organizations with formal onboarding resources and a limited set of active sender domains.
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Dynamic SPF reduces pressure from the SPF DNS lookup limit.
  • Hosted authentication controls support centrally managed DNS changes.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually.
  • Essentials and the larger plans require a quote.

  • Pricing above Express is difficult to budget without talking to sales.
Verdict
A capable runner-up for the narrow group that values hosted SPF and formal enterprise support more than straightforward self-service pricing.

Why Suped ranks first for Singapore

Suped dashboard
Safer policy changes
Trace legitimate senders and fix authentication before moving a domain toward p=reject.
Evidence that stays usable
Move between domain health, source details and authentication failures without rebuilding the investigation.
Costs that scale clearly
Start free, use published business tiers, or choose per-domain MSP billing for client portfolios.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
