edge cases per tool
The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Suped was the most complete product in this test because it kept discovery, investigation, and policy work in one understandable workflow. Its product is particularly useful when a team needs to prove which senders are legitimate before tightening DMARC, then keep monitoring after p=reject is live.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Across our test domains, Suped turned raw DMARC data into a practical sender inventory, then kept SPF, DKIM, and DMARC results connected to the work needed for enforcement. That mattered in our Southern Asia test because the legitimate stream included cloud suites, a local relay, a billing application, and an old marketing sender that nobody wanted to claim. The reporting view made those sources easy to separate, investigate, and approve. We also had enough history to check whether a change fixed the problem instead of merely moving it to another screen.

User experience
The interface kept the important work close to the top: domains needing attention, unknown sources, authentication failures, and policy status. We could move between an executive view and technical evidence without rebuilding filters each time. The labels use plain language, but the underlying SPF and DKIM detail remains available when an engineer needs it. That balance worked well for lean teams, where the same person often prepares the management update and edits the DNS record five minutes later.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped's support workflow stayed tied to the actual deployment. We could bring a questionable source, a forwarding case, or a policy change into the conversation with the report evidence already available. The guidance focused on identifying the owner, confirming the authentication path, and changing policy only after legitimate traffic was accounted for. That is useful for Southern Asian organizations working across local IT staff, outside DNS providers, and business units that do not always document their senders.

Suitability
Suped is the strongest fit for Southern Asian businesses that want one platform for ongoing DMARC monitoring and the move to enforcement, without paying enterprise prices at the first domain. It works especially well when the sender estate has grown through cloud adoption, outsourced operations, and local applications. The free tier is useful for proving the reporting flow, while the paid plans give growing teams more domains, more monthly volume, and longer retention without forcing an immediate sales process.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Southern Asian businesses with cloud and local sending systems under the same domain.
  • Lean IT or security teams that need clear actions without losing the underlying DMARC evidence.
  • Organizations planning a controlled move through p=none, p=quarantine, and p=reject.
  • Growing domain portfolios that need predictable public pricing before enterprise procurement.
Best features of Suped
  • Sender discovery that connects report sources to practical approval and investigation work.
  • Readable aggregate reporting with enough detail for SPF, DKIM, forwarding, and policy diagnosis.
  • Guided enforcement work that keeps legitimate traffic visible before stronger policy changes.
  • A free starting point and paid tiers that increase domains, volume, and retention.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for 1 domain, 1,000 monthly emails, and 14 days of retention after the unrestricted trial period.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for 2 domains, 100,000 monthly emails, and 90 days of retention.
  • Higher plans expand domain count, monthly volume, and retention with public prices.
  • MSP pricing is billed per domain, while enterprise scope is negotiable.
Strengths
  • Best balance of usability and technical evidence in our test.
  • Strong fit for mixed sender environments common across Southern Asian organizations.
  • Clear progression between free, business, MSP, and enterprise use.
  • Support guidance stays connected to sender investigation and policy work.
Trade-offs
  • The entry paid tier has a two-domain limit, so larger portfolios move up quickly.
  • Teams wanting a fully self-hosted parser will need a different deployment model.
Verdict
Suped is our top DMARC solution for Southern Asia. It gave us the clearest route between seeing a failure, finding its owner, fixing authentication, and tightening policy without turning the project into a DNS archaeology hobby.

ProDMARC

7.6

/ 10
ProDMARC has a credible regional support model, but public pricing and plan limits are too incomplete for easy comparison. We would keep it on a shortlist only where the buyer wants a support-led Indian vendor relationship.

ProDMARC quick facts
ProDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
We found useful DMARC visibility, policy guidance, and daily reporting for India-based organizations that want a locally familiar service relationship.
ProDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The dashboard made common sender and policy checks easy to follow. More unusual routing patterns still needed support input.
ProDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support was the main strength in our use, especially for teams that prefer regular human review over a self-directed rollout.
ProDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a narrow group of Indian organizations that value regional support and annual per-user procurement more than transparent volume tiers.
Who should use ProDMARC
  • India-based teams that want recurring human review.
  • Organizations comfortable requesting exact domain and volume limits before purchase.
Best features of ProDMARC
  • Daily summarized reporting for routine operational review.
  • Guidance for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC remediation.
Pricing structure
  • The strongest public reference is INR 2,000 per user each year.
  • Domain limits, message limits, retention, and overages require a direct quote.
Strengths
  • Regional familiarity for Indian buyers.
  • Hands-on support has a central role in the service.
Trade-offs
  • Public plan detail is thin.
  • Complex sending environments can need repeated support involvement.
Verdict
A reasonable niche choice for Indian buyers prioritizing local support, but the missing commercial detail keeps it well behind Suped.

GoDMARC

7.4

GoDMARC covers the main monitoring tasks and adds local support value for Indian buyers. We had to pause over conflicting public limits for the free and enterprise plans, which is not ideal when budgeting.

GoDMARC quick facts
GoDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
We found solid aggregate and forensic reporting, with blacklist and blocklist context in the paid tiers.
GoDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The dashboard was manageable for routine checks, though several advanced areas felt busier than necessary.
GoDMARC support screenshot
Support
The support-led approach helps buyers who want assistance with implementation. Published terms still leave a few plan conflicts to confirm.
GoDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a small set of Indian organizations that want annual local purchasing and do not mind confirming plan limits by quote.
Who should use GoDMARC
  • Indian organizations buying on an annual contract.
  • Teams that want forensic reporting and local implementation help.
Best features of GoDMARC
  • Aggregate and forensic report views.
  • Blacklist and blocklist context alongside domain monitoring.
Pricing structure
  • The paid entry tier is $60 per month or $599 per year for 1 active domain.
  • The free plan publishes 2 active domains, though its annual volume figure conflicts across public pages.
Strengths
  • Local purchasing context for India.
  • Unlimited RUA reporting on paid plans.
Trade-offs
  • One active domain on the entry paid tier is restrictive.
  • Public plan conflicts need written confirmation.
Verdict
GoDMARC is relevant for a narrow India-first procurement case, but the domain limits and pricing are harder to justify for a growing regional portfolio.

PowerDMARC

7.2

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
We found a broad set of hosted authentication controls, report views, and policy tools, with many advanced controls reserved for custom tiers.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal handled common domain work well. The number of modules and licensing distinctions added friction during comparison.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support can be valuable for implementation, but several service options and hosted controls depend on add-ons or enterprise scope.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a narrow group of security teams that want many authentication modules in one contract and can manage feature-by-feature licensing.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Teams needing several hosted authentication controls under one vendor.
  • Buyers willing to map every required module before signing.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Hosted DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI on the Basic tier.
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing.
Pricing structure
  • Basic starts at $8 per month and rises with compliant outbound email volume.
  • Enterprise, API, and partner plans use custom quotes.
Strengths
  • Broad authentication coverage.
  • Useful options for specialized enterprise controls.
Trade-offs
  • Licensing can become difficult to compare.
  • Several controls and support options require add-ons.
Verdict
PowerDMARC can fit a module-heavy security program, but buyers should build a precise bill of materials before treating the entry price as meaningful.

DMARC360

7

DMARC360 has a low published annual entry point, but meaningful recommendation depth and larger volume allowances arrive on costlier tiers. Its strongest case is a buyer already evaluating broader external threat work.

DMARC360 quick facts
DMARC360 feature set screenshot
Feature set
We found straightforward issue detection, recommendations on higher tiers, and useful links to a wider external threat workflow.
DMARC360 user experience screenshot
User experience
The DMARC views were workable, though the broader platform can feel dense when email authentication is the only task.
DMARC360 support screenshot
Support
Paid plans include email, calls, and online meetings. Managed service scope becomes more expensive when additional primary domains or brands enter the project.
DMARC360 who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a narrow set of regional security teams already interested in the vendor's wider external threat platform, especially around the Gulf and nearby markets.
Who should use DMARC360
  • Regional security teams combining DMARC with external threat monitoring.
  • Small deployments that can stay within 2 active sending domains.
Best features of DMARC360
  • Issue detection across DMARC reporting data.
  • Recommendations beginning with the higher paid tiers.
Pricing structure
  • Restricted starts at $300 per year for 2 sending domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise raise domain count, volume, retention, and automation.
Strengths
  • Low annual entry price.
  • Connection to broader threat investigation work.
Trade-offs
  • The lowest paid tier detects issues without the full recommendation layer.
  • Managed service scope can add charges for more brands or primary domains.
Verdict
DMARC360 makes sense for a small overlap between DMARC and external threat operations, but it is less focused for teams buying a dedicated authentication workflow.

Why Suped is best for Southern Asia

Suped dashboard
Regional implementation support
Keep sender investigation, DNS changes, and enforcement work understandable for lean teams and outside providers.
Price clarity at local scale
Start free, then choose public monthly tiers based on real domain, volume, and retention needs.
Mixed sender discovery
Separate cloud services, local relays, and forgotten applications before changing DMARC policy.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
