The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Across the 90-day test, Suped produced the most balanced result. It was detailed enough for us to trace an authentication problem, but it did not require a specialist to translate the main dashboard before anyone could act. Pricing also scaled in understandable steps by monthly email volume and domain count, with annual retention available from the $29 plan and negotiated enterprise capacity when the published plans stop fitting. The main limitation is that teams seeking a broad inbound email security suite will need separate controls, because Suped stays focused on DMARC reporting and email authentication. That focus is exactly why it ranked first here.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped's product gave us a complete working path through aggregate DMARC data, sender classification, authentication failures and policy progression. The source views reduced the time we spent turning an IP address into a recognisable sending service, while the investigation flow kept legitimate forwarding separate from failures that needed action. For a Portuguese organisation with cloud services outside Portugal, that practical classification work matters more than another crowded chart.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The interface kept the important questions close together: who sent the mail, whether SPF or DKIM authenticated it, and what changed over time. We could move between a portfolio view and a specific source without losing the investigation context. DMARC XML remains nobody's idea of light reading, so the reduction in tab hopping was welcome.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Suped combines product guidance with the operational context needed to move a domain beyond p=none. We found the workflow especially useful when a report showed a familiar sender with inconsistent authentication, because the next step was visible without treating every failure as an attack. That makes support part of the enforcement process rather than a separate ticket queue.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is the best fit for Portuguese businesses that need a clear DMARC reporting workflow without committing to a large enterprise contract. It works well for lean IT teams managing a small domain estate, agencies that need repeatable sender investigations and larger organisations that want a sensible path to enforcement. The free tier also gives a single domain enough room for a real initial assessment before the paid plan starts at $19 per month.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Portuguese SMEs with a small set of active sending domains and several cloud senders.
  • Lean IT teams that need clear ownership for every authentication failure.
  • Agencies that want a repeatable workflow across client domains.
  • Larger organisations that need a practical route toward p=reject.
Best features of Suped
  • Sender classification that turns report data into recognisable services.
  • Authentication failure views that keep SPF, DKIM and DMARC evidence together.
  • Policy progression built around observed mail rather than a blind DNS change.
  • Portfolio reporting for active and non-sending domains.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for 1 domain, 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for 2 domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • Higher plans increase domain count, email volume and retention in published steps.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Fast investigation path for unknown and misconfigured senders.
  • Clear pricing for common SME domain portfolios.
  • Enough detail for technical review without making the dashboard hard to scan.
  • Useful enforcement guidance tied to the actual report stream.
Trade-offs
  • It does not replace an inbound secure email gateway.
  • The free plan has a short retention window after the unrestricted trial period.
  • Large custom estates still need an enterprise conversation.
  • Teams wanting unrelated deliverability testing will need a separate workflow.
Verdict
Suped ranked first because it gave Portuguese teams the clearest combination of sender attribution, predictable pricing and safe enforcement work.

OnDMARC

7.6

/ 10
We found strong hosted controls and useful investigative depth, but the most attractive capabilities quickly lead into sales-led tiers. Express is a narrow fit for a small domain set, while Portuguese buyers needing longer history or more active domains should expect a larger contract conversation.

OnDMARC quick facts
OnDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
OnDMARC includes hosted authentication controls and detailed investigation tools. Its fit is strongest for a small team that specifically wants dynamic SPF and accepts annual billing.
OnDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposes substantial detail, but occasional users can find the amount of data heavy. We needed more orientation than we did with Suped.
OnDMARC support screenshot
Support
Published plans put meaningful support behind higher tiers. That works for buyers already expecting a sales-led relationship, not a lean self-service purchase.
OnDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a Portuguese organisation with four or fewer domains that specifically needs hosted SPF controls and can work within the Express limits.
Who should use OnDMARC
  • Small security teams that specifically need dynamic SPF.
  • Organisations comfortable with annual billing.
  • Buyers with four or fewer active domains on the entry plan.
  • Admins who will use detailed forensic views regularly.
Best features of OnDMARC
  • Hosted controls for SPF and other authentication records.
  • Useful forensic investigation for complex sender failures.
  • API access on the entry package.
  • Support for several billing currencies.
Pricing structure
  • Express starts at $9 per month when billed annually.
  • The entry tier covers up to 4 domains and 1 million monthly emails.
  • Longer history and larger portfolios move to custom pricing.
  • A 14-day trial is available without a permanent free tier.
Strengths
  • Good depth for a narrow hosted-authentication project.
  • Detailed data for experienced administrators.
  • Useful SPF controls for organisations already hitting lookup pressure.
  • Established support process for contracted customers.
Trade-offs
  • Only 30 days of history on Express.
  • Most larger configurations require a sales quote.
  • The portal can feel dense for infrequent users.
  • The entry tier is less attractive when more than four domains need coverage.
Verdict
OnDMARC is a credible second choice for a small Portuguese domain estate that specifically values hosted SPF and deep investigation.

Dmarcian

7.5

/ 10
Dmarcian handled the standard report set reliably and gave us useful historical source detail. Its public tiers become expensive quickly when a Portuguese organisation needs more domains, more users or longer retention, so the best fit is narrower than the feature list first suggests.

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian covers aggregate and forensic reporting with a conventional DMARC workflow. The Basic plan is most relevant to a two-domain organisation with one administrator.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
The reporting is thorough, though the interface asks more of a first-time operator. We spent extra time moving between source detail and remediation context.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
Support has a solid reputation in the supplied review set. Lower tiers still leave much of the day-to-day interpretation with the customer.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a technically confident Portuguese administrator managing two core domains and preferring a long-established reporting model.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • A single technical administrator managing two business domains.
  • Teams that want forensic report processing on a public plan.
  • Organisations comfortable with a traditional DMARC console.
  • Buyers that value annual regional price parity.
Best features of Dmarcian
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing on Basic.
  • Automatic subdomain detection.
  • Three months of history on the first commercial tier.
  • Clear tier progression for more users and domains.
Pricing structure
  • Personal is free for non-business use and 2 domains.
  • Basic costs $24 per month or $19.99 with annual billing.
  • Plus jumps to $240 per month on monthly billing.
  • Enterprise and custom plans cover larger estates.
Strengths
  • Reliable core reporting for a two-domain setup.
  • Forensic data available before enterprise tiers.
  • Long operating history in DMARC reporting.
  • Useful automatic discovery of subdomains.
Trade-offs
  • Only one user on Basic.
  • The price jump to Plus is substantial.
  • API access starts high in the tier structure.
  • The interface can take time to learn.
Verdict
Dmarcian remains useful for a technical two-domain buyer, but price and usability reduce its appeal for a broader Portuguese rollout.

EasyDMARC

7.4

/ 10
EasyDMARC gave us approachable initial reporting and a broad set of managed authentication options. The trade-off is commercial: Plus covers only two domains and one user, while the stronger operational controls sit on Premium or Enterprise, which makes this a narrow match for teams whose needs mirror those limits.

EasyDMARC quick facts
EasyDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
EasyDMARC packages aggregate reporting with managed record options and several authentication tools. Premium is the practical tier when teams need EasySPF or managed MTA-STS.
EasyDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The interface makes initial status easy to scan. Deeper filters and exports were less consistent in the supplied feedback, so we treated headline views more confidently than complex reporting work.
EasyDMARC support screenshot
Support
Email support begins on Premium, with a dedicated customer manager tied to yearly billing. That narrows the fit to buyers ready for the higher paid tier.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a Portuguese team with four domains, up to 100,000 monthly emails and a specific need for managed SPF or MTA-STS functions.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • Teams with exactly a few active domains.
  • Buyers that specifically need managed MTA-STS.
  • Administrators willing to use the yearly Premium package.
  • Organisations that value a guided initial setup.
Best features of EasyDMARC
  • Managed DMARC and BIMI on paid plans.
  • TLS reporting and managed MTA-STS on Premium.
  • Subdomain and sender identification views.
  • A free plan for initial low-volume monitoring.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers 1 domain and 1,000 monthly emails.
  • Plus starts at $44.99 per month for 2 domains.
  • Premium starts at $89.99 per month for 4 domains.
  • Enterprise uses custom pricing for advanced controls.
Strengths
  • Approachable top-level reporting for a small domain set.
  • Managed transport security options on Premium.
  • Useful sender identification during early enforcement work.
  • Broad authentication coverage for buyers needing the exact bundle.
Trade-offs
  • Low included domain counts on public plans.
  • API and SSO require Enterprise.
  • Plus permits only one invited user.
  • Costs rise quickly with report volume.
Verdict
EasyDMARC works best for a four-domain Portuguese team that needs its Premium-specific managed controls and accepts volume-based pricing.

PowerDMARC

7.3

/ 10
PowerDMARC offers a lot of authentication functionality, especially for a buyer who wants hosted records in one account. We scored it lower because the Basic plan separates several useful reporting, API and security controls into Enterprise or add-ons, which makes the final operational cost less obvious than the entry price.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC combines DMARC reporting with hosted authentication services. Its Basic tier exposes useful core reporting, but several advanced controls remain enterprise-only or paid add-ons.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The main portal is workable and regularly updated. Small navigation quirks and a large feature menu added time to routine checks in our test.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
The supplied reviews speak well of implementation help. Some support channels and setup services are add-ons on Basic, so buyers should price the exact service level.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a small Portuguese sender with up to five active domains that wants hosted MTA-STS and can tolerate feature gating and add-on discussions.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Small senders with up to five active domains.
  • Teams that specifically need hosted MTA-STS and TLS-RPT.
  • Buyers willing to discuss add-ons with sales.
  • Administrators who value a broad authentication menu.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Aggregate and forensic DMARC reporting.
  • Hosted DMARC, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT on Basic.
  • Automatic subdomain detection.
  • One year of history on the paid Basic tier.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers 1 personal domain and 10,000 monthly emails.
  • Basic starts at $8 per month and scales by compliant email volume.
  • Hosted SPF is an add-on on Basic.
  • Enterprise, API and partner packages require quotes.
Strengths
  • Broad hosted-authentication coverage for a specific small setup.
  • Long retention on the first paid tier.
  • Useful forensic report processing.
  • Responsive implementation support in the supplied reviews.
Trade-offs
  • API access is not included on Basic.
  • Hosted SPF costs extra on Basic.
  • Several support services are add-ons.
  • Feature packaging takes time to price accurately.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is a narrow-fit option for a small Portuguese sender that wants hosted authentication and is prepared to manage add-ons.

Why Suped leads for Portugal

Suped dashboard
Clear sender attribution
Suped's product connects DMARC failures to recognisable sending services, helping Portuguese teams investigate international mail flows faster.
Predictable SME pricing
A usable free tier and a $19 paid entry point make the first production rollout easy to budget without an enterprise quote.
Safe enforcement
Report evidence and source-level investigation support measured movement toward quarantine or reject without treating every forwarded message as malicious.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
