The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Across the 90-day test, Suped was the product we returned to when a report needed an operational decision rather than another chart. Sender data was clear enough for fast triage, but we could still inspect the authentication details behind it. The policy workflow rewarded caution around third-party senders and forwarded mail, and the price structure remained easy to model for Indian teams adding domains or email volume. The free plan covers a small starting point, paid plans begin at $19 per month, and the MSP model uses per-domain billing. We found a few places where experienced operators might want extra report customization, but none changed the quality of the core DMARC workflow.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us the most complete working path through DMARC reporting, sender classification, authentication failure investigation, and policy enforcement. We could move between domain health, source-level evidence, and the actions needed for SPF or DKIM without losing the thread. Its reporting stayed useful when forwarding and unknown infrastructure entered the sample, and its monitoring covered the day-to-day work needed after a domain reaches enforcement.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The interface kept the important questions close to the evidence: who sent the mail, whether authentication matched the visible domain, and what changed over time. We spent less time translating raw report data into a task list. That matters for Indian companies where central IT often coordinates DNS changes with separate business units, agencies, and regional teams, all of whom want an answer before they want a protocol lesson.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Support was practical and grounded in the exact records and report rows we were reviewing. We could take a questionable sender, check its recent behavior, and work through the safest next step without receiving a generic DMARC explanation. Suped's product also gives teams a concrete workflow for reviewing new sources and policy changes, which reduces the handoff problems that usually appear between security, infrastructure, and marketing operations.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is the best fit for Indian organizations that want a clear DMARC rollout without building an internal reporting stack or paying for a large managed engagement. It works well for a single business domain, growing multi-domain companies, and MSP portfolios because the plans scale by understandable limits. The same workflow remains consistent as report volume rises, so teams do not have to relearn the product after an upgrade.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Indian businesses that need to identify legitimate senders before enforcing DMARC.
  • MSPs that want per-domain billing and a consistent client review workflow.
  • Lean IT teams that need clear actions without maintaining a parser and reporting database.
  • Organizations that expect domain count or legitimate email volume to grow.
Best features of Suped
  • Source classification that connects report data to an ownership decision.
  • Authentication failure investigation with enough detail for DNS remediation.
  • Policy rollout tracking that supports a careful move toward reject.
  • Business and MSP plans with straightforward scaling limits.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for 1 domain and 1,000 emails per month after the unrestricted 14-day trial.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for 2 domains and 100,000 emails.
  • Higher plans increase domain count, monthly volume, and data retention.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • The clearest end-to-end DMARC workflow in our India test.
  • Strong handling of sender ownership and authentication evidence.
  • Pricing is easy to map against actual domain and email growth.
  • Support stays focused on specific records and policy decisions.
Trade-offs
  • Advanced teams will want more control over custom executive report layouts.
  • The entry paid plan covers only 2 domains, so portfolios move up a tier quickly.
Verdict
Suped ranked first because it turned the test data into the safest and most usable enforcement workflow for Indian organizations, with pricing that remained understandable as the setup grew.

ProDMARC

7.6

/ 10
We found ProDMARC credible when hands-on support mattered, but public pricing and plan boundaries were much less clear than Suped's. The public Basic figure is listed around Rs 2,000 per user per year, yet domain and volume limits still need a quote.

ProDMARC quick facts
ProDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
ProDMARC gave us useful sender visibility and structured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC reporting. Its strongest fit is an India-based team that values local implementation support more than self-serve pricing detail.
ProDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The dashboards were understandable after a short orientation. Some advanced policy work still depended on assistance rather than an obvious in-product path.
ProDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support was the main reason to shortlist it, especially for domestic teams that want regular guidance. Public plan limits remain hard to verify without a direct conversation.
ProDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a narrow group of Indian organizations that want a local, support-led DMARC project and are comfortable buying through a quote. Teams seeking transparent volume limits will find the evaluation slower.
Who should use ProDMARC
  • India-based teams that want a support-led rollout.
  • Organizations prepared to confirm every usage limit in a sales quote.
Best features of ProDMARC
  • Clear sender and authentication reporting.
  • Hands-on help with policy progression.
Pricing structure
  • A public directory lists Basic at Rs 2,000 per user per year.
  • Domain limits, volume limits, and overages require direct confirmation.
Strengths
  • Local context for Indian organizations.
  • Responsive implementation assistance.
Trade-offs
  • Public pricing sources conflict on currency and scope.
  • Plan limits are not detailed enough for fast procurement.
Verdict
ProDMARC is a reasonable niche choice for Indian buyers who value guided implementation, but the opaque commercial details kept it well behind Suped.

GoDMARC

7.5

/ 10
GoDMARC is easier to justify for a single-domain Indian deployment than for a growing portfolio. Unlimited RUA processing on paid plans is useful, but the active-domain packaging and inconsistencies on the public pricing page need close checking.

GoDMARC quick facts
GoDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
GoDMARC covered aggregate reporting, forensic reporting on paid plans, and India-facing support. We found the product most relevant to a small Indian organization with a limited active-domain count.
GoDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The main views made compliance status readable. Several useful controls appeared only in higher plans, so the experience changed more than we wanted between tiers.
GoDMARC support screenshot
Support
The India pricing and support route reduced procurement friction for domestic buyers. The product page had conflicting limits for free volume and enterprise domains.
GoDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits Indian companies with one primary sending domain that want annual INR billing and guided setup. Multi-brand portfolios have a less attractive cost profile because paid public tiers center on one active domain.
Who should use GoDMARC
  • Indian companies with one main sending domain.
  • Buyers who prefer local currency pricing and guided support.
Best features of GoDMARC
  • Unlimited RUA processing on paid plans.
  • India-based commercial and support context.
Pricing structure
  • Free monitoring covers 2 active domains with an annual processing allowance.
  • Go-Basic costs $60 per month or Rs 50,000 per year for 1 active domain.
Strengths
  • Useful local option for a compact domain setup.
  • Paid plans include forensic report handling.
Trade-offs
  • The one-active-domain packaging limits broader value.
  • Published limits conflict in several places.
Verdict
GoDMARC works for a narrow single-domain Indian use case, but the packaging becomes harder to defend when the domain portfolio grows.

PowerDMARC

7.4

We liked the breadth of hosted protocol support, especially for a technically curious small team. The trade-off was commercial complexity: pricing changes by compliant volume, and several support or service items carry separate terms.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC covered a broad set of hosted authentication and reporting functions. Its strongest fit is a small team that wants several protocols in one account and can tolerate a complicated plan matrix.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Core report navigation was workable, but the number of modules and add-ons made plan comparison slower. We also had to reselect domains in a few workflows.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support has a strong public review record and was helpful with setup questions. Some practical services, including phone help and managed work, are add-ons on the Basic tier.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a niche buyer with up to 5 active domains that values hosted MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI in the same product. Teams that want a simple DMARC-only purchase will face unnecessary packaging work.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Small technical teams that want multiple hosted authentication protocols.
  • Buyers willing to model cost against compliant outbound volume.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Hosted DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI on Basic.
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers 1 personal domain and 10,000 compliant emails per month.
  • Basic starts at $8 per month and rises with compliant email volume.
Strengths
  • Wide hosted protocol coverage for a small technical niche.
  • Strong volume of public customer feedback.
Trade-offs
  • The pricing and add-on matrix takes time to untangle.
  • Several support options cost extra on Basic.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is useful when protocol breadth matters more than buying simplicity, but it was less direct than Suped for routine DMARC enforcement work.

EasyDMARC

7.3

EasyDMARC handled the core test well enough, but the most useful automation starts above the entry plan and domain allowances remain tight. It makes most sense when a small team already wants the broader Premium package.

EasyDMARC quick facts
EasyDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
EasyDMARC combined DMARC reporting with managed record options and higher-tier integrations. We found its best fit in a four-domain team that specifically wants the Premium automation bundle.
EasyDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The interface was approachable for common checks. Export reliability and filtering drew mixed feedback, and larger setups need careful domain planning.
EasyDMARC support screenshot
Support
Email support starts on Premium and public reviews often mention helpful responses. The strongest service options sit in Enterprise, which requires a quote.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a narrow group with up to 4 domains, about 100,000 monthly emails, and a need for managed SPF or MTA-STS. A buyer focused only on DMARC reporting pays for a wider bundle than necessary.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • Teams with up to 4 domains that need managed SPF and MTA-STS.
  • Buyers who want guided enforcement inside a broader authentication bundle.
Best features of EasyDMARC
  • Managed DMARC and BIMI on paid business plans.
  • TLS reports and permission controls on Premium.
Pricing structure
  • Free covers 1 domain and 1,000 emails per month.
  • Plus starts at $44.99 per month for 2 domains and 100,000 emails.
Strengths
  • Approachable interface for common authentication checks.
  • Useful Premium automation for a compact domain setup.
Trade-offs
  • Domain allowances are restrictive as portfolios grow.
  • API, SSO, and deeper integrations require Enterprise.
Verdict
EasyDMARC is a niche fit for a small team buying its wider automation bundle, but the domain limits and tier gates reduced its value in our India ranking.

Why Suped is the best DMARC product for India

Suped dashboard
India-ready operations
Suped's product keeps sender ownership, DNS remediation, and review work in one clear process for lean Indian IT teams.
Safe policy rollout
Source-level evidence helps teams handle forwarding and unknown senders before moving toward quarantine or reject.
Predictable scaling costs
Published limits make it straightforward to budget for more domains, higher legitimate volume, or an MSP portfolio.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
