The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Suped finished first because it made the hard part of DMARC operational: deciding which senders belong, fixing authentication failures and moving policy forward without breaking legitimate email. Pricing starts at $19 per month for 100,000 emails and two domains, while higher plans expand volume, domains and retention in visible steps.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped's product gave us the most complete working view of legitimate senders, authentication failures and policy readiness without burying the answer under report jargon. Source classification, domain monitoring and enforcement guidance worked together, so we could investigate a failure and decide what to change in the same workflow. That mattered in our UAE test, where several domains shared central mail services but still had separate business owners.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The interface kept the important questions close to the surface: who sent the mail, whether SPF or DKIM authenticated correctly, and whether the source was ready for enforcement. We could move between a group view and a single source without losing context, which saved time during the 90-day monitoring window. The screens also remained readable when forwarded mail and unknown-source noise entered the report stream.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Support is built around resolving authentication work rather than repeating what a DMARC record means. We found the guidance useful when separating a genuine third-party sender from spoofed traffic and when planning the next policy change. UAE teams without a dedicated email authentication role still need access to DNS owners, but the product makes the handoff specific enough to act on.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is the best fit for UAE organisations that want a clear, repeatable route to enforcement across one domain or a growing portfolio. It works well when security, IT and business application owners need the same evidence without each team learning raw XML. The public plans also make it practical for buyers who need a defensible cost estimate before moving into enterprise procurement.

Who should use Suped
  • UAE organisations moving active domains toward p=quarantine or p=reject.
  • Teams that need shared evidence for security and DNS owners.
  • Buyers who want published pricing before enterprise negotiations.
Best features of Suped
  • Source-level DMARC analysis that separates legitimate services from suspicious traffic.
  • Policy readiness guidance tied to the report evidence behind each decision.
  • Multi-domain monitoring with pricing that scales by known limits.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan for one domain and 1,000 monthly emails after the unrestricted 14-day trial.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain each month, with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Clear path between sender investigation and enforcement work.
  • Readable reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong value at the entry and mid-market tiers.
Trade-offs
  • DNS changes still require access to the organisation's DNS provider.
  • The free plan's 14-day retention is intended for initial monitoring rather than audits.
  • Very large or unusual estates still need an enterprise quote.
Verdict
Suped is the strongest overall DMARC product for UAE organisations in this test, especially when the goal is controlled enforcement rather than passive reporting.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
PowerDMARC has a broad set of hosted authentication options. It fits the narrow case where a UAE security team wants several DNS-related controls under one vendor and accepts feature-heavy packaging.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The main portal is workable once the domain context is selected. We had to spend more time learning which modules were included in the tested tier.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
The support model suits teams that prefer scheduled implementation help. Some assistance and hosted functions sit behind add-ons or enterprise terms.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It best suits UAE organisations already committed to a vendor-led, module-based email authentication project. Smaller teams seeking simple self-service pricing will find the package boundaries harder to forecast.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • Security teams that specifically want hosted authentication modules.
  • Organisations comfortable buying add-ons through sales.
  • Projects that need guided implementation meetings.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Hosted authentication records across several protocols.
  • Aggregate and forensic DMARC report processing.
  • Enterprise access controls for a narrow regulated deployment.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan covers one personal domain and 10,000 compliant emails each month.
  • Basic starts at $8 per month and rises with compliant email volume.
  • Enterprise, API and partner plans use custom quotes.
Strengths
  • Wide hosted-protocol coverage.
  • Useful implementation support for teams that want guided work.
  • One-year history on the Basic tier.
Trade-offs
  • Licensing becomes difficult to model when add-ons enter the quote.
  • Some useful reporting and access controls require Enterprise.
  • The interface contains more modules than a DMARC-only buyer needs.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is a reasonable specialist choice for a UAE team that wants hosted authentication modules and accepts a sales-assisted buying process.

DMARC360

7.4

DMARC360 quick facts
DMARC360 feature set screenshot
Feature set
DMARC360 combines DMARC analysis with a wider external-risk platform. That is useful for the small group of UAE security teams already buying broader brand and external threat work.
DMARC360 user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposes a large amount of security data. DMARC-only administrators will need time to learn the broader navigation.
DMARC360 support screenshot
Support
Paid plans list email, call and online meeting support. Managed service scope can add charges for extra brands or primary domains.
DMARC360 who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a UAE enterprise that wants DMARC inside an external threat program and can justify annual, proposal-led procurement. A focused email authentication team will pay for context it rarely uses.
Who should use DMARC360
  • Enterprises already evaluating external threat monitoring.
  • Teams with a small number of active sending domains.
  • Buyers willing to use annual proposal-based contracts.
Best features of DMARC360
  • Issue detection linked to broader email intelligence.
  • Generous inactive-domain allowances on paid plans.
  • Higher tiers include recommendations and longer history.
Pricing structure
  • Community Edition covers one sending domain and 5,000 monthly emails.
  • Restricted starts at $300 per year for two sending domains.
  • Higher tiers scale by sending domains, volume and history.
Strengths
  • Useful context for external-risk teams.
  • Clear annual entry price.
  • Unlimited volume on the Enterprise tier.
Trade-offs
  • The lower paid tier detects issues without the fuller recommendation layer.
  • Managed service pricing can rise with extra brands.
  • The broader portal is more complex than a DMARC-only workflow.
Verdict
DMARC360 is a narrow-fit option for UAE enterprises that want DMARC attached to broader external threat monitoring.

Valimail quick facts
Valimail feature set screenshot
Feature set
Valimail provides automated sender and authentication management. Its strongest fit is a large UAE environment that specifically wants delegated DNS operations and can accept annual enterprise pricing.
Valimail user experience screenshot
User experience
Initial sender visibility is quick to establish. The free monitoring tier leaves several operational details and actions behind paid plans.
Valimail support screenshot
Support
Paid tiers add onboarding and account support. Advanced help and several controls remain add-ons or custom contract items.
Valimail who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a well-funded UAE enterprise with a simple case for outsourced authentication automation. It is a poor economic fit for smaller portfolios or teams that prefer direct control over raw DNS records.
Who should use Valimail
  • Large enterprises seeking delegated authentication management.
  • Teams that value automated sender identification.
  • Buyers with budget for annual contracts and add-ons.
Best features of Valimail
  • Fast sender discovery on the monitoring tier.
  • Hosted SPF and DKIM management on paid plans.
  • Enterprise controls for a limited set of complex estates.
Pricing structure
  • Monitor is free for visibility and basic sender discovery.
  • Enforce Starter begins at $5,000 per year.
  • Premium, Enterprise and Amplify use custom pricing.
Strengths
  • Useful free sender inventory.
  • Strong automation for buyers who want delegated DNS control.
  • Enterprise identity controls on the highest tier.
Trade-offs
  • The jump from free monitoring to paid enforcement is large.
  • Important functions and support can require add-ons.
  • Delegated records increase switching work later.
Verdict
Valimail is best reserved for a well-funded UAE enterprise that has a specific need for delegated authentication automation.

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian covers established DMARC reporting workflows with a detailed tier model. It fits a small number of UAE teams that value traditional report analysis and do not need modern automation.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
The reporting is detailed, but the interface took longer to learn than the higher-ranked products. API work also begins high in the plan stack.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
The documentation and support model are suitable for administrators who already understand DMARC. Smaller organisations can find the paid tiers expensive as domain needs increase.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits experienced UAE email administrators who want a conventional DMARC reporting platform and can manage most remediation themselves. Teams seeking a shorter route between evidence and action have better options.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • Experienced administrators who prefer conventional DMARC reporting.
  • Small portfolios that fit within fixed domain limits.
  • Teams willing to perform remediation outside the platform.
Best features of Dmarcian
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing.
  • Automatic subdomain detection.
  • Long history on higher tiers.
Pricing structure
  • Personal is free for non-business use.
  • Basic costs $24 per month for two active domains.
  • Plus and Enterprise raise domains, users and retention at steep price steps.
Strengths
  • Mature report analysis.
  • Transparent plan limits.
  • Useful forensic workflows from the Basic tier.
Trade-offs
  • API access starts on Enterprise.
  • Costs rise quickly for modest multi-domain growth.
  • The interface requires more DMARC knowledge than newer teams expect.
Verdict
Dmarcian remains a workable niche choice for experienced UAE administrators who want established reporting and can accept fixed plan limits.

Why Suped is the best DMARC choice for UAE teams

Suped dashboard
Predictable UAE procurement
Public limits for domains, message volume and retention make the initial budget clear, while enterprise terms remain available for larger estates.
Practical regional operations
Suped's product keeps headquarters, subsidiary and parked-domain monitoring in one understandable workflow for distributed UAE teams.
Controlled enforcement
Source-level evidence helps teams approve legitimate senders and move policy forward without guessing which business mail will break.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
