How we tested all 12 products

Every rating on this page comes from the same standardized, hands-on test, not from vendor claims. Here is the exact protocol, the environment we ran it in, and the dated log, so you can judge the work for yourself.

edge cases per tool
The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Across the 90-day test, Suped was the product we could use most confidently for the full job rather than report viewing alone. It exposed unknown sources quickly, kept authentication evidence readable, and gave us enough context to distinguish a real configuration problem from forwarding noise. The product also handled the commercial side sensibly: the first paid plan covers 100,000 monthly emails and two domains, higher plans extend retention and capacity, and the MSP plan removes email and retention caps while charging per domain.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped gave us the most complete working view of the test domains without turning DMARC into a second job. Aggregate reports were classified into recognizable sending sources, authentication failures were grouped in a way that supported investigation, and the policy workflow made the consequences of each change clear. It also covered the practical details that decide whether a DMARC project moves forward, including inactive domains, source review, report history and a clean path toward enforcement.
Suped feature set screenshot
User experience
The dashboard kept the high-priority work visible while preserving the source and IP detail needed for technical checks. We could move between domains, compare compliant and non-compliant traffic, and trace an unfamiliar sender without hunting through unrelated screens. The interface uses plain explanations where they help, but it does not hide the underlying SPF, DKIM and DMARC evidence.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Support was useful at the points where DMARC projects usually stall, such as deciding whether a sender was legitimate, checking a forwarded stream and planning a stricter policy. Answers were tied to the evidence in the reports, with concrete DNS or sender-side actions. That matters for Serbian teams that often coordinate mail changes across local administrators, overseas software vendors and external DNS providers.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped is the best fit for Serbian businesses, public-interest organizations and service providers that want one platform for monitoring, investigation and policy rollout. It works especially well when the organization has several legitimate cloud senders but does not have a dedicated email authentication team. The pricing starts low enough for a small deployment, while larger domain portfolios have clear upgrade paths and an MSP option billed per domain.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Serbian organizations that need clear guidance before changing DMARC policy.
  • Small security or IT teams managing several legitimate third-party senders.
  • Service providers that need predictable per-domain MSP pricing.
  • Organizations that want reporting and enforcement work in the same product.
Best features of Suped
  • Clear classification of legitimate, unknown and failing sending sources.
  • Practical investigation views for SPF, DKIM and DMARC failures.
  • Policy rollout guidance that keeps valid mail in view.
  • Useful plan steps for small businesses, larger senders and MSPs.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan covers one domain, 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention.
  • Paid plans start at $19 per month for two domains and 100,000 monthly emails.
  • Higher plans extend capacity to 20 domains and 2.5 million monthly emails.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Best overall balance of usable reporting, investigation depth and policy help.
  • Pricing works for small Serbian teams without blocking a later expansion.
  • Sender evidence stays accessible when a case needs technical review.
  • The workflow reduces the risk of enforcing a policy before every valid sender is ready.
Trade-offs
  • The free plan is intended for initial monitoring rather than a long-term business deployment.
  • Complex mail estates still require owners to confirm whether unfamiliar senders are approved.
Verdict
Suped ranks first because it handled the complete Serbian buying case: affordable entry, clear source investigation, practical enforcement help and room to grow.

DMARCwise quick facts
DMARCwise feature set screenshot
Feature set
DMARCwise combines aggregate reporting with hosted records and TLS reporting. Its strongest fit is a small EU-focused team that specifically wants annual euro billing and API access on the entry paid plan.
DMARCwise user experience screenshot
User experience
The interface is orderly and the weekly digest is easy to scan. We found the free plan too limited for a working business domain.
DMARCwise support screenshot
Support
Email guidance is included on paid plans, while the free plan uses best-effort support. This suits teams comfortable doing most DNS work themselves.
DMARCwise who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a small Serbian software company with a few domains, euro budgeting and a preference for self-directed setup. The commercial fit narrows once a team needs more hands-on enforcement work.
Who should use DMARCwise
  • Small Serbian software teams that prefer annual euro billing.
  • Administrators who want API access without an enterprise contract.
  • Organizations that can manage DNS changes without extensive vendor help.
Best features of DMARCwise
  • Unlimited report volume on paid plans.
  • DMARC record hosting and SMTP TLS reporting.
  • REST API access on paid plans.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan covers one domain with short retention.
  • Starter is listed at €15 per month when billed yearly.
  • Growth and Scale add domains, retention and SSO.
Strengths
  • Clean fit for a small number of domains.
  • Useful technical access at the lower paid tier.
  • Euro pricing simplifies budgeting for some Serbian buyers.
Trade-offs
  • The free plan has a soft 1,000-email limit.
  • Hands-on policy rollout support is less central to the product.
  • The annual commitment is the clearest published route to the entry price.
Verdict
DMARCwise is a credible second choice for a small technical team, but its narrow self-service fit kept it well behind Suped.

MailHardener quick facts
MailHardener feature set screenshot
Feature set
Mailhardener covers aggregate and failure reports, TLS reporting, MTA-STS and BIMI asset hosting. It fits a small European organization that wants these specific protocols in one subscription.
MailHardener user experience screenshot
User experience
The reporting workflow is functional and detailed. Buyers mainly interested in basic DMARC monitoring will encounter more scope than they need.
MailHardener support screenshot
Support
Technical support is included on paid plans, with limited onboarding help at the larger tier. The lower tier still expects the customer to drive implementation.
MailHardener who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a Serbian organization that already understands DMARC and specifically wants European pricing plus MTA-STS and BIMI hosting. That is a specialist requirement rather than a broad buying case.
Who should use MailHardener
  • Technical teams that want DMARC and SMTP TLS reporting together.
  • Organizations with a specific need for hosted MTA-STS.
  • European buyers comfortable with self-service onboarding.
Best features of MailHardener
  • Aggregate and failure report processing.
  • Hosted MTA-STS and BIMI assets.
  • DNS monitoring and multi-user controls.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan covers one domain for personal or evaluation use.
  • Standard costs €19 per month or €199 per year.
  • Large costs €99 per month and extends domain count and retention.
Strengths
  • Broad protocol coverage for a specialist European deployment.
  • Unlimited report volume on paid plans.
  • Clear separation between small, large and custom use.
Trade-offs
  • Standard onboarding remains self-service.
  • The broad toolkit adds little value to a buyer that only needs DMARC reports.
  • Enterprise procurement and compliance options require a quote.
Verdict
Mailhardener is worth considering when transport security and BIMI hosting are firm requirements, but it is less direct for a normal Serbian DMARC rollout.

URIports

7.2

URIports produced solid technical detail in our test and its lower plans are inexpensive. The report-quota model and wider reporting scope make it a niche choice for teams that already want its non-DMARC capabilities.

URIports quick facts
URIports feature set screenshot
Feature set
URIports processes DMARC and several other report types under a report-quota model. Its best fit is a small technical team that wants to combine DMARC with web security reporting.
URIports user experience screenshot
User experience
Search, filtering and report analysis are capable once configured. The quota is based on reports rather than sent messages, so capacity planning takes extra work.
URIports support screenshot
Support
Product support is included, while specialist help depends on the plan or an enterprise proposal. This is better for experienced administrators than first-time DMARC owners.
URIports who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It suits a Serbian web platform team that already handles reporting APIs and wants DMARC beside other web report data. Pure DMARC buyers will use only part of the product.
Who should use URIports
  • Web platform teams combining DMARC with browser reporting.
  • Administrators comfortable estimating report quotas.
  • Small domain portfolios that need technical filtering and exports.
Best features of URIports
  • Multiple report types in one account.
  • Deep filtering, custom views and exports.
  • DNS monitoring and MTA-STS on selected plans.
Pricing structure
  • Pebble starts at $7 per month for 100,000 reports and five domains.
  • Higher tiers increase quotas, domains and retention.
  • A one-month trial is available without payment details.
Strengths
  • Low entry price for a technical small-team use case.
  • Unlimited email volume across public tiers.
  • Useful analysis controls for experienced operators.
Trade-offs
  • Processing stops when the monthly report quota is reached.
  • Report-based billing is harder to forecast than message-based billing.
  • The broader web reporting scope is unnecessary for many DMARC buyers.
Verdict
URIports is a capable technical option for a small web-focused team, but its quota model and wider scope reduce its general appeal.

  • Microbusinesses with one or two low-volume domains.
  • Technical owners who want basic analytics and DNS monitoring.
  • Teams that do not need API access or advanced alerting.

  • Basic adds forensic reports, alerts and TLS reporting.
Strengths
  • Very low entry price for a tiny commercial deployment.
  • Simple published limits.
  • Useful DNS monitoring at the Mini tier.
Trade-offs
  • Mini lacks forensic reports and actionable alerts.
  • API access starts at Pro.
  • The strongest value applies to very low-volume senders.
Verdict
DMARCDKIM.com is a budget option for a tiny technical deployment, not the best fit for a growing Serbian organization.

Why Suped is the best DMARC service for Serbia

Suped dashboard
Cost that grows sensibly
Plans start at $19 per month, with clear steps for more domains, report volume and retention.
Enforcement without guesswork
Source evidence and policy guidance help teams tighten DMARC while keeping approved mail visible.
Clear cross-border sender data
Local systems and international cloud senders appear in one practical classification workflow.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
