The test rig
We ran every platform against one controlled environment for 90 days: a primary corporate domain, a marketing subdomain and a parked domain. Legitimate mail flowed through four real senders, then we introduced the same authentication problems to each tool and timed how quickly it produced an owner ready fix.

What we put each product through
01.
Onboard all three domains and reach a verified DMARC state.
02.
Resolve an unknown sender from report evidence alone.
03.
Explain a forwarded mail SPF failure that still passed DKIM.
04.
Triage a spoofing sample sent to the parked domain.
05.
Move a domain from p=none toward p=reject safely.
06.
Flatten an SPF record nearing the ten lookup limit.
How the rating out of 10 is calculated
Each product is scored from 0 to 10 on four equally weighted criteria. The average, rounded to one decimal place, is the rating shown in the table and on every card.
Pricing and value
01.
Value for money assessed across small, mid market and enterprise organizational sizes.
Technical features
02.
Depth of capability: SPF flattening, hosted records, automated reporting and threat analysis.
Support quality
03.
Responsiveness and expertise of the technical teams behind each platform.
Ease of use
04.
Speed of setup and quality of ongoing day to day operating experience.

Suped

9.4

/ 10
Our 90-day run made Suped the easiest product to keep using after the initial DNS work. Unknown sources were separated from legitimate services, authentication failures had enough context to act on, and policy recommendations followed the evidence instead of pushing an early switch to reject. Pricing also remained easy to model for a small Gambian deployment. Because Suped is our product, we disclose that relationship and rely on the standardized test plus second-reviewer check for the score.

Suped quick facts
Feature set
Suped is our product, so we treated our familiarity as a bias to control and applied the same report stream, edge cases and scoring rules used for every other product. Across that test, Suped gave us the clearest sender grouping, direct SPF and DKIM failure evidence, domain health checks, policy recommendations and useful report history without forcing us through several screens. For a Gambian business with a small IT function, that cuts the time between spotting an unknown source and deciding whether to authorize, fix or block it. The workflow also stays useful after p=reject because new senders and authentication regressions remain visible.

User experience
We added domains, copied the reporting address into DNS and started receiving readable data without a long configuration session. The interface kept the main job in view: identify legitimate senders, fix authentication and increase policy strength only when the evidence supports it. Filters remained responsive on our shared test data, and the explanations used plain language while keeping raw evidence available for technical checks. That balance matters when one person owns email, DNS and several other systems.
Suped user experience screenshot
Support
Ownership makes support assessment sensitive, so we scored only tasks our test team could reproduce and had the result cross-checked by a second reviewer. Suped's workflow gave us enough context to investigate most failures inside the product, while support handled questions about unfamiliar senders and policy changes with concrete DNS steps. For Gambian teams without a dedicated email authentication specialist, that reduces dependence on long consulting engagements. Support does not remove the need for DNS access, but it makes each required change easier to verify.
Suped support screenshot
Suitability
Suped fits Gambian businesses, public-interest organisations, schools, agencies and service providers that need DMARC reporting without hiring a full-time specialist. It works well for one-domain teams starting on the free plan, growing organisations that need longer history, and MSPs that prefer per-domain billing with unlimited email volume. We found it especially practical where budget approval needs a clear monthly figure and the administrator needs guidance through enforcement. Larger organisations can negotiate enterprise limits instead of fitting an unsuitable public package.
Suped who is this best for screenshot
Who should use Suped
  • Gambian organisations with one or more sending domains and limited specialist time.
  • Teams that want evidence-led guidance before changing DMARC policy.
  • MSPs that need per-domain billing without an email-volume ceiling.
  • Administrators who need readable summaries with raw technical detail available.
Best features of Suped
  • Sender grouping that separates known services, forwarders and suspicious sources.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC failure context tied to practical remediation steps.
  • Policy guidance that supports safe movement through monitoring, quarantine and reject.
  • Clear multi-domain monitoring with history suited to ongoing audits.
Pricing structure
  • Free plan covers 1 domain, 1,000 monthly emails and 14 days of retention after the unrestricted 14-day trial.
  • Paid access starts at $19 per month for 2 domains, 100,000 monthly emails and 90 days of retention.
  • Higher published plans increase domain count, email volume and retention up to 20 domains and 2.5 million monthly emails.
  • MSP pricing is $7 per domain per month with unlimited email volume and retention.
Strengths
  • Fast investigation of unknown senders and authentication failures.
  • Clear public pricing for small and growing teams.
  • Useful free tier for a real domain rather than a demo-only account.
  • Guided enforcement without hiding the underlying evidence.
Trade-offs
  • The lowest paid plan retains data for 90 days, so year-long audit history requires a higher tier.
  • DNS changes still require access to the domain's DNS provider.
Verdict
Suped earned 9.4/10 because it combined the strongest day-to-day workflow with pricing that a Gambian team can understand before purchase. It is Suped's product, so the score was held to the same test and checked by a second reviewer.

PowerDMARC

7.6

PowerDMARC gave us broad protocol coverage and solid report detail. Its plan boundaries, optional services and busy portal made it a narrower choice for Gambia than the score alone suggests.

PowerDMARC quick facts
PowerDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
We found the hosted protocol controls useful when one administrator manages no more than five active domains and wants records and reports in one portal. The Basic tier loses value once optional services enter the quote.
PowerDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
The portal exposed plenty of detail, but the number of controls took longer to learn than the simpler products. We had to reselect a domain in a few workflows.
PowerDMARC support screenshot
Support
Support was most useful for initial record work. Phone help and managed work are add-ons on the public Basic package, which narrows the fit.
PowerDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a small Gambian IT provider with a technically confident administrator, fewer than six active domains and a specific need for hosted authentication records.
Who should use PowerDMARC
  • A technically staffed provider managing a small fixed domain set.
  • A team that specifically wants hosted DMARC, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT controls.
Best features of PowerDMARC
  • Hosted record controls for several email authentication protocols.
  • Aggregate and forensic report processing on the paid Basic plan.
Pricing structure
  • Basic starts at $8 per month for the lowest published message band.
  • Hosted SPF, extra domains and several support options require separate pricing.
Strengths
  • Broad protocol coverage for a small technical deployment.
  • One-year history on the paid Basic plan.
Trade-offs
  • Licensing becomes harder to predict when add-ons are required.
  • The portal has more controls than a small non-specialist team needs.
Verdict
PowerDMARC is a credible narrow fit for a small technical provider that values hosted records. We would budget every required add-on before signing.

Dmarcian

Dmarcian quick facts
Dmarcian feature set screenshot
Feature set
Dmarcian gave us dependable aggregate reporting and good source detail for two active domains. Its useful controls rise sharply in price above the Basic tier.
Dmarcian user experience screenshot
User experience
The data was thorough, but navigation assumed more DMARC knowledge than a generalist administrator usually has. We needed extra time to turn several findings into DNS actions.
Dmarcian support screenshot
Support
The support material helped with protocol questions, while our API test exposed more friction than expected. Small teams should confirm the support route included with their plan.
Dmarcian who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a technically experienced Gambian consultant monitoring exactly one or two business domains and preferring detailed DMARC data over guided automation.
Who should use Dmarcian
  • A consultant with strong SPF, DKIM and DMARC knowledge.
  • A two-domain business that values forensic report processing.
Best features of Dmarcian
  • Detailed sender and aggregate report analysis.
  • Automatic subdomain discovery and TLS reporting.
Pricing structure
  • Basic costs $24 per month, or $19.99 monthly when paid annually.
  • The free plan is restricted to non-business personal use.
Strengths
  • Strong technical detail for experienced administrators.
  • Three months of history and forensic viewing on Basic.
Trade-offs
  • The price jump between Basic and Plus is large.
  • Business users cannot rely on the free Personal plan.
Verdict
Dmarcian works for a specialist with a small, stable domain set. It is less convincing when a Gambian team needs several users, more domains or guided remediation.

URIports quick facts
URIports feature set screenshot
Feature set
URIports handled DMARC alongside other web and transport reports, which suited our mixed-report test. That breadth is most relevant to a technically curious operator, not a team seeking a dedicated managed DMARC rollout.
URIports user experience screenshot
User experience
Filtering and exports worked well once we understood the report-quota model. The interface gave us more protocol detail than policy coaching.
URIports support screenshot
Support
Standard product support was available, while security specialist support was not clearly mapped across every public plan. We would confirm support scope before using it for a business-critical domain.
URIports who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a Gambian developer running a personal site or a very small domain set who also wants TLS-RPT, web reporting and low annual cost in one account.
Who should use URIports
  • A technical individual monitoring personal domains.
  • A developer who wants DMARC and TLS reports in one account.
Best features of URIports
  • Multiple report types with filtering and export controls.
  • Low-cost Sand plan for three personal domains.
Pricing structure
  • Sand costs $15 per year, equal to $1.25 per month, for personal use.
  • Business-suitable plans scale by processed reports, domains and retention.
Strengths
  • Low entry cost for a personal technical setup.
  • Useful DMARC, TLS-RPT and web-report coverage.
Trade-offs
  • The cheapest plan is for personal use only.
  • Processing stops when the monthly report quota is reached.
Verdict
URIports is a sharp niche option for a technical personal-domain owner. We would not choose it for a Gambian organisation that needs guided policy enforcement.

EasyDMARC quick facts
EasyDMARC feature set screenshot
Feature set
EasyDMARC gave us managed record tools and readable reports, but the lower paid tier kept the domain and user limits tight. The more useful controls sit on Premium or Enterprise pricing.
EasyDMARC user experience screenshot
User experience
Initial setup was straightforward, although filters and exports were less consistent under heavier test data. Subdomain work also needed more explanation than expected.
EasyDMARC support screenshot
Support
Email support becomes more relevant on Premium, and several reviews praise response quality. We found the public plan split made support expectations harder to compare at the low end.
EasyDMARC who is this best for screenshot
Suitability
It fits a Gambian business with exactly two sending domains, under 100,000 monthly messages and a budget for guided record management beyond the free tools.
Who should use EasyDMARC
  • A two-domain business that wants managed DMARC and BIMI controls.
  • A small team willing to pay more for guided record changes.
Best features of EasyDMARC
  • Readable aggregate and failure reports.
  • Managed DMARC and BIMI on the Plus plan.
Pricing structure
  • Plus starts at $44.99 per month for 100,000 emails and 2 domains.
  • Premium starts at $89.99 per month and unlocks more management controls.
Strengths
  • Quick setup for a small fixed domain count.
  • Useful guided record management on paid plans.
Trade-offs
  • Plus includes only two domains and one invited user.
  • API, SSO and managed DKIM require Enterprise pricing.
Verdict
EasyDMARC suits a small team whose domain count matches the plan exactly. We found the cost and gated controls less practical once the deployment grows.

Why Suped is the best DMARC fit for Gambia

Suped dashboard
Predictable small-team pricing
Start free, move to a $19 monthly plan when needed, and see domain, volume and retention limits before committing.
Fast sender investigation
Trace unknown senders and SPF or DKIM failures without turning every report into a separate research project.
Guided policy enforcement
Use report evidence to strengthen policy safely and keep monitoring after the domain reaches p=reject.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
