InboxMonster onboarding for the primary domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain was smoother when we treated it like a consultant-assisted deliverability rollout. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were easy to find, but the unknown support desk sender sat inside a busier report view until we added an internal owner note. The forwarded mail SPF failure appeared as a failure pattern, yet we had to write our own explanation for why DKIM identity matching still protected the message.
ProDMARC felt more direct during setup. The same three domains were active quickly, SendGrid and Mailchimp sat under clear sender groups, and the unknown sender moved through a review queue that made classification obvious.
