What do you like best about EasyDMARC? The aggregated reports are great, as well as the ability to have multiple domain reports displayed in one reporting system. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? I started my free trial after a sales rep gave me a demo of the tool. I added 12 domains to the system. Ultimately, I was motivated to start using the software since it takes some time to set up. After all domains were set up, I reached back out to schedule another meeting (that's the only support available during the trial) trying to understand "what's next". It costs $79 for 5 domains; so I knew 12 domains would cost more, but I couldn't really grasp the business case yet. Why use easyDMARC over not using it? Setting up DKIM, SPF, etc., can be done without it. In the second meeting, my salesperson wasn't helpful at all. She pointed out that she had already answered some of my questions in the first meeting, repeatedly mentioned how important "this all" is, and that their customers are all happy. But I still didn't understand how to use it effectively. How do I go about using this software daily and make it part of my business routine? The conversation became heated when we went through an aggregated report by domain and looked at non-compliant traffic. There was some, and I didn't know what the source was. So, I asked, "What do I do now with this information?" She responded that she is not an engineer and that after I subscribe, I can reach out to customer service, but that all their customers find this all very easy. I had to stop the conversation and felt very disappointed since I was simply looking for an explanation on how to use the information provided so I could build a case for why it makes sense to buy this software for my company. What do you like best about Red Sift OnDMARC? Managing multiple DMARC traces has become much simpler. By enabling BIMI, we were able to significantly reduce our key risks with both customers and partners. What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC? There is a need for automatic triaging of forensic reports, along with notifications if any anomalies are detected. What problems is Red Sift OnDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? BIMI helps our customers and partners recognize phishing scams more easily.

What do you like best about EasyDMARC? The easydmarc platform offers some features that many major email security companies do not provide, such as managed DMARC and managed DKIM. It also includes support for BIMI and MTA-STS. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? The reporting section feels quite basic. It would be helpful if there were an AI feature to improve the wording, such as clarifying that after enforcing a DMARC policy set to p=reject, any non-compliant or threat-sending sources will no longer have their messages delivered to the receiver. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? Easydmarc addresses the visibility challenges that often arise when implementing DMARC. By providing a clear list of sending sources, separated into compliant and non-compliant sections, it allows us to identify legitimate senders within our organization—even those that might not be known to the IT department. Additionally, the platform simplifies the process of implementing BIMI and MTA-STS, making it possible to set them up with just a few clicks.

What do you like best about Red Sift OnDMARC? I have been using Red Sift OnDMARC for over three years for monitoring DMARC, SPF, and DKIM across multiple domains, which would be difficult to manage without such a tool. It offers the ease of dynamic SPF and dynamic DMARC, which simplify complex monitoring tasks. The software provides a powerful set of features, making any initial setup challenges worthwhile. I especially value the single pane of glass interface as an IT administrator managing domains that engineers use, allowing me to track domain usage, detect spam issues, and dynamically update DMARC, DKIM, and SPF with ease. The dynamic SPF and DMARC/DKIM reports are integral for my operations, as they save considerable time by turning potentially lengthy tasks into several-minute jobs. Furthermore, the friendliness and support from our account manager, alongside our quarterly meetings, enhance the overall experience and decision to continue using the platform. What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC? I find the GUI a little bit difficult to navigate sometimes and a bit clunky, which sometimes makes it hard to find what I want. What problems is Red Sift OnDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? I use the product to monitor DMARC, SPF, and DKIM across domains, simplifying updates and detecting spam issues with ease. It turns lengthy tasks into minutes, providing a comprehensive view of domain usage and security.

What do you like best about EasyDMARC? Multi-tenanted and easy to use for MSP to deploy managed DMARC for customers What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? The platform keeps adding more features, and I find myself needing to learn how to deploy all of them. It also requires me to make manual changes through DNS, which adds another step to the process. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? DMARC and SPF management consolidated for all customers in a single console.

What do you like best about Red Sift OnDMARC? OnDMARC makes it very easy to set up and maintain DMARC records. The guided workflows and clear reporting helped us move from monitoring to full enforcement confidently. The user interface is intuitive, and support is very responsive whenever we have questions. What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC? It would be helpful if some of the reporting dashboards allowed more customization or export options. Sometimes, the volume of daily reports can feel overwhelming without filtering. What problems is Red Sift OnDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us prevent domain spoofing and phishing attacks by enforcing DMARC policies. It has also improved visibility into who is sending emails on behalf of our domain, so we can take quick action if needed. Overall, it has strengthened our email security posture and improved trust in our communications.

What do you like best about EasyDMARC? The UI was the top among the competitors. It makes DMARC analysing task to be very easy. The other tools' interface was very complex compared to EasyDMARC. The support team is also very attentive and they are very quick. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? Their current infrastructure is not enough for the current workload and they are transitioning a new infrastructure to solve this issue which is temporarily. They dont have sub-domain categorization to classify all the sub-domains for their intended purpose. However, they informed that this feature request is on their roadmap. Other than these, there is actually nothing that I can think of being a task-blocker for my daily operation. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? To analyze our large landscape of our email providers that are used for campaings, transactional emails, system notification emails. We are also interested to continuiosly monitor the malicious actors that impersonates our email domains. One of the best use case of DMARC analyzers is to provice a large overview to fix all email records if a domain is missing them like SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records.

What do you like best about Red Sift OnDMARC? The ease of using the application and the UI that is provides that helps in managing the records of the domain. Plus the customer service for the tool is quite responsive. What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC? The limitation of the feature of MTA-STS, in which it reports only a few of the domains. What problems is Red Sift OnDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us in getting a clearer picture of the use case of our domain, plus the acceptance and the rejection rate.

What do you like best about EasyDMARC? Its an incredibly straight forward product. There is managed DMARC, BIMI, and MTA-STS that once added to DNS can be configured quickly! Additionally their customer support is top knotch. I created a ticket, was contacted within 10 minutes, and they answered all my questions. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? This is likely not something they can do based on DNS limitations, but I'd like to see a managed DKIM option if at all possible. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? My company had no DMARC policy in place. This was causing some of our business emails to end up in spam as well as finding spam companies somehow using our domain. While I haven't configured our policy to reject yet, its made the process to get to there much easier.

What do you like best about Red Sift OnDMARC? We have had OnDMARC for several years, we onboarded all of our managed domains over the past 12months. It was very easy adding SPF, DKIM records and moving DMARC to 100% Reject. We had support from Red Sift all the way. What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC?
