EasyDMARC offers a comprehensive suite of DMARC reporting and management tools. We found its platform provides robust aggregate reports (RUA) and failure reports (RUF), complemented by geo-mapping and subdomain detection. Its core strength lies in consolidating email authentication management, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI, into a single, user-friendly interface.
Beyond basic reporting, EasyDMARC includes 'managed solutions' for DMARC, BIMI, EasySPF, and MTA-STS, allowing for policy adjustments directly from their platform with a single DNS record. This feature set ensures domain protection from spoofing and enhances email deliverability by providing clear visibility into sending sources and compliance status.
DMARC Expert provides a DMARC reports analyzer with an emphasis on expert-driven insights, offering yearly action plans integrated directly beneath each sending source. Its feature set includes monitoring changes to SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records with alerts, IP blacklist (or blocklist) checks, and behavior-based anomaly detection powered by AI.
A standout feature for DMARC Expert is its suite of cybersecurity services, particularly the credit-based "Technical takedown service" and "DETECT & DETECT plus" offerings. These specialized services focus on neutralizing fraudulent similar domains through digital bans and registrar holds, indicating a stronger focus on active threat remediation rather than just monitoring.

User experience

EasyDMARC generally boasts an intuitive and visually attractive user interface. We found it makes DMARC analysis straightforward, even for those less familiar with the complexities of email authentication. The dashboards present complex data in digestible formats, which is a significant advantage for quick insights.
However, some users have noted that the platform frequently adds new features and undergoes UI changes, which can lead to a slight learning curve or a need to re-acclimate to the layout. While robust, some manual DNS changes are still required, though managed DMARC features aim to simplify this process.
DMARC Expert's user experience appears to be a blend of SaaS tools and expert-guided services. Its DMARC reports analyzer is a key component, but the emphasis on expert-written action plans integrated into the platform suggests a more consultative approach, particularly for DMARC deployment and maintenance.
While the platform aims to provide clarity on email deliverability and security, the broader range of services, including technical takedowns and project accelerators, means the user journey might involve more direct interaction with their team of consultants rather than purely self-service platform navigation. This could be beneficial for complex cases but might feel less 'hands-on' for users preferring full self-management.

DMARC Expert structures its support around expert consulting and dedicated sessions. Their DMARC premium plan includes two 1-hour Webex support sessions, while enterprise and MSSP plans offer a flexible number of sessions. This indicates a high-touch, expert-led support model.
For more intensive needs, DMARC Expert provides a "DMARC project accelerator" where a senior DMARC expert can be engaged for on-demand interventions and continuous surveillance. This level of personalized, expert-driven support is ideal for organizations seeking deep guidance and project management for their DMARC deployment.

Drawbacks and what to watch out for

EasyDMARC, despite its strengths, sometimes faces criticism regarding perceived upsell pressure and a busy UI due to frequent feature additions, which can initially confuse some users. There have also been reports of minor bugs in tools like Email Investigation. For DMARC Expert, the primary drawback is its higher entry-level pricing and a more consultative, less immediately self-serviceable model for DMARC reporting, which might not suit all budgets or preferences. The credit-based system for takedowns, while powerful, also represents a significant additional cost.
We have pulled the average ratings from G2 for each product, and also included the most recent negative reviews for each product in full. Positive reviews tend to have less detail and have a higher chance of being fraudulent, so negative reviews are a better signal for your decision.

Just poor onboarding and sales support
What do you like best about EasyDMARC? The aggregated reports are great, as well as the ability to have multiple domain reports displayed in one reporting system. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? I started my free trial after a sales rep gave me a demo of the tool. I added 12 domains to the system. Ultimately, I was motivated to start using the software since it takes some time to set up. After all domains were set up, I reached back out to schedule another meeting (that's the only support available during the trial) trying to understand "what's next". It costs $79 for 5 domains; so I knew 12 domains would cost more, but I couldn't really grasp the business case yet. Why use easyDMARC over not using it? Setting up DKIM, SPF, etc., can be done without it. In the second meeting, my salesperson wasn't helpful at all. She pointed out that she had already answered some of my questions in the first meeting, repeatedly mentioned how important "this all" is, and that their customers are all happy. But I still didn't understand how to use it effectively. How do I go about using this software daily and make it part of my business routine? The conversation became heated when we went through an aggregated report by domain and looked at non-compliant traffic. There was some, and I didn't know what the source was. So, I asked, "What do I do now with this information?" She responded that she is not an engineer and that after I subscribe, I can reach out to customer service, but that all their customers find this all very easy. I had to stop the conversation and felt very disappointed since I was simply looking for an explanation on how to use the information provided so I could build a case for why it makes sense to buy this software for my company. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? I was hoping to find a solution that keeps us on top of complience, reporting and data management.

Unique Email Security Features, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about EasyDMARC? The easydmarc platform offers some features that many major email security companies do not provide, such as managed DMARC and managed DKIM. It also includes support for BIMI and MTA-STS. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? The reporting section feels quite basic. It would be helpful if there were an AI feature to improve the wording, such as clarifying that after enforcing a DMARC policy set to p=reject, any non-compliant or threat-sending sources will no longer have their messages delivered to the receiver. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? Easydmarc addresses the visibility challenges that often arise when implementing DMARC. By providing a clear list of sending sources, separated into compliant and non-compliant sections, it allows us to identify legitimate senders within our organization—even those that might not be known to the IT department. Additionally, the platform simplifies the process of implementing BIMI and MTA-STS, making it possible to set them up with just a few clicks.

Great for MSPs, but Frequent Updates and Manual DNS Changes Add Complexity
What do you like best about EasyDMARC? Multi-tenanted and easy to use for MSP to deploy managed DMARC for customers What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? The platform keeps adding more features, and I find myself needing to learn how to deploy all of them. It also requires me to make manual changes through DNS, which adds another step to the process. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? DMARC and SPF management consolidated for all customers in a single console.

One of the best UI for analyzing millions of emails
What do you like best about EasyDMARC? The UI was the top among the competitors. It makes DMARC analysing task to be very easy. The other tools' interface was very complex compared to EasyDMARC. The support team is also very attentive and they are very quick. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? Their current infrastructure is not enough for the current workload and they are transitioning a new infrastructure to solve this issue which is temporarily. They dont have sub-domain categorization to classify all the sub-domains for their intended purpose. However, they informed that this feature request is on their roadmap. Other than these, there is actually nothing that I can think of being a task-blocker for my daily operation. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? To analyze our large landscape of our email providers that are used for campaings, transactional emails, system notification emails. We are also interested to continuiosly monitor the malicious actors that impersonates our email domains. One of the best use case of DMARC analyzers is to provice a large overview to fix all email records if a domain is missing them like SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records.

Great product
What do you like best about EasyDMARC? EasyDMARC lets you gain quick insight in the way SPF, DKIM and DMARC is implemented in the company. It fairly easy to implement with the tools EasyDMARC provides. It also makes you monitor the abuse of your domains and gives you tips to increase the security in your current setup. When we started using EasyDMARC we were in close connection with customer support. They helped us out a lot with configuring the product. Also once we got to know the product we could have meetings regarding features that we thought were missing and some of them are even implemented such as improvements on user management and SSO. All and all a great product with a more reasonable rate than some of the expensive sompetitors. What do you dislike about EasyDMARC? In the beginning there were frequent changes to the platform or UI, which made it hard for administrators to keep up or have the same reporting. It was like they were testing in the production environment. But I believe this is not the case anymore. What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you? Implementing DMARC and getting insight in our domains which shows abuse of certain domain. Having the DMARC reports sent to EasyDMARC and formatting them to something human readable and creating dashboarding around it is just a lifesaver. That way we can act quick and make changes to prevent abuse or reputational damage to our company.
