The DNS setup steps were clear enough for a technical owner, and the parked domain gave us a clean path toward reject, but the unknown sender required a manual classification pass before the dashboard became useful for a status meeting. When we reviewed the forwarded mail with SPF failure, the evidence was there, but the product expected us to write the plain-English explanation.
