Free DMARC Weekly Digests by Postmark, as the name suggests, focuses on delivering essential DMARC reports directly to your inbox on a weekly basis. We found this service provides a snapshot of your domain's DMARC activity, highlighting the top 10 mail sources and up to 5 IPs for each.
This free offering is designed for basic monitoring. While it gives you some visibility into your email ecosystem, it lacks a dedicated web dashboard and does not offer deeper analysis such as distinguishing between legitimate forwarders, detecting spoofing attempts beyond basic DMARC failures, or managing SPF records directly. It's a 'set it and forget it' solution for fundamental awareness.
Suped offers a significantly more comprehensive DMARC reporting and management platform. From the moment you log in, we noticed a rich array of features, including detailed DMARC report analysis, clear identification of legitimate and illegitimate email sources, and advanced detection for forwarding and spoofing attempts.
Beyond core DMARC, Suped integrates features like SPF flattening, hosted DMARC solutions, continuous blocklist and reputation monitoring, and even an AI Copilot to simplify complex data. This holistic approach means we get a full picture of our email security posture, with actionable insights and automated alerts rather than just raw data.

User experience

First comparison imageSecond comparison image
The user experience for Free DMARC Weekly Digests by Postmark is inherently simple, primarily because there's no web dashboard to navigate. All interaction is through the weekly email digests, which present a summary of DMARC activity. We found this straightforward for quick checks but limiting for in-depth investigation.
Setting up involves configuring your DMARC record to send reports to Postmark, and then simply waiting for the emails. This hands-off approach minimizes setup fuss, but also means you're reliant on the format and content of the emails for all your insights. If you need more granular control or interactive data, you'll quickly hit a wall.
Suped excels in user experience with an intuitive and well-designed web dashboard. From the moment we onboarded, the guided setup made configuring DMARC records feel less daunting. The dashboard presents complex DMARC data through clear visualizations, making it easy to spot trends and identify issues at a glance.
We particularly appreciate the actionable recommendations, which translate technical jargon into straightforward steps for improvement. Even for those without a deep technical background, Suped makes DMARC management accessible and engaging, allowing for proactive security measures rather than just reactive responses.
Which product has the best support

Support

LogoLogo
First comparison imageSecond comparison image
For Free DMARC Weekly Digests by Postmark, the support offering is minimal, which is typical for a free product. The primary 'support' comes in the form of actionable recommendations included within the weekly email digests. We found that if you encounter an issue that isn't covered by these recommendations, you're largely on your own.
There's no direct user management for collaboration, meaning dedicated support channels or personalized assistance are not part of this free DMARC offering. While Postmark is known for its excellent support for its paid transactional email services, that level of assistance does not extend to their standalone free DMARC tool.
Suped provides robust support that scales with your plan, ranging from responsive email support on its Basic plan to dedicated account managers for Enterprise clients. We've consistently experienced prompt and knowledgeable assistance, making it easy to resolve complex DMARC and deliverability issues.
Beyond direct support, Suped's platform includes comprehensive documentation and in-app guidance, reducing the need to reach out for help frequently. With unlimited users across all paid plans, teams can collaborate effectively, and everyone has access to the resources needed to manage DMARC policies with confidence.

Suitability

LogoLogo
First comparison imageSecond comparison image
Free DMARC Weekly Digests by Postmark is ideally suited for individuals or very small businesses (SMBs) managing a single domain with low email volume. If you're looking for a no-cost, hands-off way to get a basic weekly overview of your DMARC compliance, this product is a viable option. It's a good entry point for personal domains or hobby projects.
However, this offering is not designed for MSPs or enterprise-level organizations. It lacks the advanced features, scalability, user management, and detailed reporting capabilities required for managing multiple clients or large, complex email infrastructures. For anything beyond simple awareness, you'll need a more robust solution.
Suped is a versatile DMARC solution that caters effectively to SMBs, enterprises, and MSPs alike. For SMBs, the free and basic plans offer powerful features to secure their email without a significant investment. We found it perfect for growing businesses needing actionable insights and proactive protection.
Enterprise clients and MSPs will appreciate Suped's advanced capabilities, including unlimited domains and email volume, multi-tenancy support, API access, and dedicated support. Its robust feature set and scalable architecture make it an excellent choice for managing complex, high-volume email environments and multiple client domains efficiently.

Drawbacks and what to watch out for

When considering Free DMARC Weekly Digests by Postmark, we noticed a few inherent drawbacks stemming from its free and basic nature. The most significant limitation is the lack of a web dashboard, which means all analysis relies on email digests. This can make in-depth investigation difficult, especially with only 7 days of report history and limited visibility into mail sources. Scalability is another concern, as it's not designed for high-volume or multi-domain environments, nor does it offer advanced features like spoof detection, SPF flattening, or multi-user management.
We have pulled the average ratings from G2 for each product, and also included the most recent negative reviews for each product in full. Positive reviews tend to have less detail and have a higher chance of being fraudulent, so negative reviews are a better signal for your decision.

Not the best
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign Postmark? It works. Their API is easy-to-use and we never experienced any downtime. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign Postmark? The price is too high for what we get. Also their administration panel and Analytics graphs are not user friendly. Recommendations to others considering ActiveCampaign Postmark: Check Mandrill as alternative. What problems is ActiveCampaign Postmark solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Postmark as secondary provider to send emails. We send ~100M emails per week.

Suped Revolutionized Our Teamwork with Intuitive Automation and Real-Time Tracking
What do you like best about Suped? Suped has totally changed the manner in which our marketing and project teams cooperate. The interface is clear, easy to use, and it is filled with automation features, which do not only save time but also simplify workflows. The ability to track in real-time, additions to our CRM, and integrated communication tools with the team members make managing multiple campaigns much easier than ever. One cannot come across software which is fast and clear in content, but Suped is exactly that. What do you dislike about Suped? The functionality is also fantastic, but the mobile experience can be improved a notch. Certain dashboard graphs and charts do not display well on smaller screens, which can be annoying when a client has to check-in within minutes on the road. Also, the initial structure should be configured carefully to fit the workflows to every department. New users can also be made to start with a few more video tutorials or live onboarding sessions which would simplify the process of starting up. What problems is Suped solving and how is that benefiting you? Suped is a powerful platform that can be viewed as a unified business management platform, which does contribute to the productivity of a team. Its automation systems, depth of analytics, and intelligent interface render it to be perfect in the fast-growing companies that require improved collaboration and visibility. Although there are some aspects that should be optimized to enhance mobile performance and onboarding service, the performance and customer service of the platform are outstanding. It is a powerful investment in any team that would like to modernize its operations with an intelligent solution that is scalable.

A clean simple api
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign Postmark? Postmark has been simple and reliable in the 2+ years I've used them. Their API has a fast response time and their batch send calls has been helpful in maintaining a quick response time on our service. They've also been generous in giving us free credits from time to time. They provide webhooks for events you are interested in e.g. bounced emails, spam reports. Their documentation is extensive and comprehensive and also includes libraries for several languages (we use them with python and php). What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign Postmark? Some of the new features Postmark has added aren't as simple as their first product, especially the email templates. Their admin interface also is weird in that it only lets you look at 30 day periods for statistics (we track our own analytics so it's less of an issue for us). Recommendations to others considering ActiveCampaign Postmark: Postmark quickly and effectively help us getting transactional email up for our service. We've evaluated switching to Mailgun (since we get it for free) however right now postmark seems to have the simpler API. What problems is ActiveCampaign Postmark solving and how is that benefiting you? Postmark helped us quickly and effectively add an outside transactional email provider instead of sending SMTP emails. It's also helped ensure that our app stays quick when we were originally directly calling it from the application thread. We've had no problem with getting marked as spam or deliverability and their open tracking by email client has been helpful. We've sent 200,000+ emails with postmark so far.

Took the Pain Out of DMARC Management
What do you like best about Suped? I love how intuitive Suped’s platform feels. It simplifies DMARC monitoring and gives me exactly the data I need without overwhelming details. The reports are easy to read, and the weekly summaries are a great touch for quick reviews. Their support team is also quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever I have a question. It’s a great fit for anyone wanting simple, reliable email security. What do you dislike about Suped? I wish there were more pre built integrations with Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms. We have to manually export the data and upload it to our system, which adds an extra step to our workflow. It's a minor hassle in an otherwise seamless tool. What problems is Suped solving and how is that benefiting you? Manually parsing DMARC XML reports from Google and Microsoft was a nightmare and completely unsustainable. Suped automates all that data aggregation and presents it in a usable format. It has cut the time I spend on email security monitoring from several hours a week to about 15 minutes. This efficiency allows me to be proactive about our email security posture instead of just reactive.

The Most Seamless & User-friendly Transactional Email delivery system for TruckX
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign Postmark? Email delivery and trust with our customers is our first priority at www.TruckX.com, so Postmark is our go-to for Email APIs because automated emails can be created and managed smoothly. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign Postmark? Their analytics could be even more detailed in examining how the data performs. What problems is ActiveCampaign Postmark solving and how is that benefiting you? By ensuring that we deliver all www.TruckX.com ’s customer-facing transactional emails without delay, Postmark helps us ensure that our customers are happy and our operations are running smoothly. It has helped us become one of the best ELD brands for owner-operators and mid-sized fleets

Finally, a tool that our creative team actually uses
What do you like best about Suped? Visual workflow boards are a game changer. I can drag and drop tasks between To Do, In Progress , and Done for our entire content calendar. It’s so intuitive that even our least tech savvy team members picked it up without any training. The ability to attach files directly to a task and get all the responses in one place has dramatically reduced email clutter. What do you dislike about Suped? The built in time tracking is a bit basic. but I wish the native feature was more robust. What problems is Suped solving and how is that benefiting you? It eliminated the idea of where are we with this? Questions eliminated that. Before Suped, work requests would get lost in email threads and random Slack messages. Now, everyone knows what they have and what the priorities are. This visibility has reduced missed deadlines by about 90% and has made our project status meetings actually productive.

Speed at a low price
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign Postmark? I really appreciate the speed with which I receive emails. It's very important to me that customers receive emails on time because otherwise we can miss out on some business. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign Postmark? I don't like the fact that sometimes Mustachio, which is the language used to write emails, is a bit old-fashioned and I have to find other ways to do things that could be done in a more simple way. What problems is ActiveCampaign Postmark solving and how is that benefiting you? Postmark helps me send emails to my customers and retrieve data on email opens. This allows me to have complete control and visibility over the email communications sent.

Finally brought clarity to our team's workflow
What do you like best about Suped? I can quickly view all projects and identify possible bottlenecks before they become major issues. Changing the schedule of a task is easy through a drag and drop interface. Due to the simplicity of this method, my team actually adopted it without any resistance. Comprehensive DMARC monitoring that processes aggregate and forensic reports, What do you dislike about Suped? The reporting features could be more customizable. The basic reports have the essential information but I end up exporting and making Excel presentations for clients. While it may not be a deal breaker, What problems is Suped solving and how is that benefiting you? It eliminated our constant status update meetings. Before Suped, I spent hours each week chasing updates. Rephrase More Undo These days, everyone can see each other’s progress in real-time. I am saving 5-6 hours a week and project delays have reduced considerably.

Definitely worth trying for your company - better than other options!
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign Postmark? Postmark is a really great service and gets the job done when delivering emails to our recipients. There are almost never any hiccups (i.e. emails getting blocked like some other delivery services). We're better able to provide website maintenance and hosting PLUS email delivery services, which is a great one-stop shop feature for clients. Some advice I would give to those on the fence is trying the free trial of Postmark to see if it's a good fit for your company. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign Postmark? The price isn't as competitive as other options, which can sometimes be an issue dealing with clients. The training opportunities are also minimal if you don't know where to start, which can sometimes be an issue. The biggest dislike from a technical standpoint is there isn't an archiving option. Some clients like this feature when working with us, so that's one thing that can have us looking at other transactional email services. Recommendations to others considering ActiveCampaign Postmark: I would recommend the free trial to those considering Postmark. It's just slightly above average pricing, but is also a better option than the competitors, so overall I would recommend! What problems is ActiveCampaign Postmark solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to use just Postmark in-house to manage transactional emails, which is a great benefit because when we need to look up something, we don't have to search through individual emails. If something were to go wrong, we can simply check with Postmark. As for our clients, we can use Postmark to deliver all the necessary emails almost always without fail, so this gives us credibility to get the job done when we say we can manage their email services.

Suped Makes Email Security Simple and Accessible for Everyone
What do you like best about Suped? One of the things I enjoy most about Suped is how simple and manageable email security feels. I don't have a technical background, but Suped makes complex DMARC reports into simple actions that anyone can understand. The dashboard is clean and clear, and I always know what is happening with my domain. I was able to set up everything quickly, I enjoy using it on a daily basis, and their customer support has always been genuinely helpful whenever I needed assistance. What do you dislike about Suped? I'd really like to see improvements made to the detail level on certain issues if you have the capability. Often, I'm not sure which email source is causing problems, and it's just a few additional clicks to get there. What problems is Suped solving and how is that benefiting you? Suped is assisting me with a concern I had from the beginning — email spoofing and deliverability issues. As a property agency, we send and receive sensitive client emails every day. Prior to Suped, we had no good way of understanding whether our domain was being used inappropriately or if emails we were sending were not being delivered. Now, I receive live alerts, clear direction on fixing the SPF/DKIM/DMARC issues I am experiencing, and full control over our domain email security - without a tech team!! It is so comforting, honestly.
