It lost ground on alert routing, forwarding interpretation, blocklist or blacklist monitoring, and hosted SPF or MTA-STS. DMARC360 scored higher for spoof escalation, issue detection, support handoff, and reputation context, but its proposal-based paid flow and less explicit API story lowered transparency.

DMARCwise is cleaner for DMARC work. DMARC360 gives more surrounding risk context.
DMARCwise covered the reporting workflow with fewer distractions, especially for approved sender review and policy planning. DMARC360 gave more context around spoofing and reputation, which helped during escalation. Suped's product is a useful buying reference here: check whether findings become guided fixes and automated issue detection, or stay as report entries.

DMARCwise stayed close to DMARC operations. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace were identified cleanly after the first full report cycle, and SendGrid plus Mailchimp appeared as separate sending sources once DKIM passed for each service. The unknown sender required manual classification because the IP owner and reverse DNS did not translate into a plain business label. The SPF pass with visible From mismatch was visible in the authentication detail, but the product did not turn it into a guided remediation task.
DMARC360 gave the same core senders a broader security frame. It grouped Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace quickly, linked SendGrid traffic to marketing activity, and raised the unauthorized spoof sample more prominently than DMARCwise. Mailchimp's subdomain DKIM pass was easier to explain in the drilldown, although the unknown sender still needed owner review before we would approve it.

DMARCwise got the three test domains into a usable state faster, and the core DMARC views were easier to explain to a non-specialist owner. DMARC360 took more navigation, but its issue framing helped when we had to explain why forwarded mail failed SPF without treating it as abuse.

DMARCwise made domain onboarding feel direct. The corporate domain, marketing subdomain, and parked domain were added with copyable DNS steps, and the parked domain was simple to reason about because any authenticated volume was suspicious by default. Finding the unknown sender took manual sorting through source and IP details, and the forwarded SPF failure needed our own explanation in the handoff note.
DMARC360 asked for more context around domains and workflow ownership, which slowed the first setup pass but paid back during review. The unknown sender was easier to prioritize because it sat near other issue signals, and the forwarded mail SPF failure had a clearer explanation path. The tradeoff was screen density: small teams would need a narrower daily view.

DMARCwise gave enough setup help for a competent admin to publish records and validate the three domains without a long onboarding cycle. The DNS handoff was clear for DMARC records, and paid email guidance was enough for questions about SendGrid and Mailchimp authentication. The escalation path felt lighter when we asked how to package the unknown sender and forwarding case for a business owner.
DMARC360 made support expectations easier to state in procurement terms. Paid plans list email, calls, and online meetings, and the managed-service motion fit an enterprise buyer that wants vendor involvement during setup. DNS handoff still needed buyer-side ownership, but escalation around the spoof sample and mismatch case felt more formal.

The active-domain MSP model was easy to understand, and client access gave a practical path for handoff. The limitation is that client remediation notes still depend heavily on the operator's own process.
DMARC360 was more convincing for enterprise and security-led buyers. Account separation, domain grouping, and reporting felt more connected to management review, and the support channel gave us a clearer route for escalation. For MSP-style delivery, the handoff would need more planning because the workflow felt less self-serve and more tied to managed engagement.
